I've been here many times and it is always packed. Be prepared to wait and potentially have a difficult time finding a seat. It seems a lot of people come and work from here. The space is clean and ascetically pleasing. Visited yesterday (Monday) around 9:15am and I was the second person in line. By the time I sat down, the line was out the door. If I'm in a hurry, I place my order online for pickup which is fast & efficient. The coffee is some of the best in town. I typically get my latte half sweet which is perfect and not overwhelming. They have pastries from Dozen Bakery which are fresh and very good. I haven't tried their food yet. Parking is easy, it's in a strip mall, with plenty of stores and other restaurants nearby. Crema is a fantastic coffee shop inside the Brentwood Place shopping center. The interior is a welcoming, causal vibe with a soothing atmosphere. Every time I've stopped in here, the place has been in the middle of the morning coffee rush, and yet I've always received my drink and food quickly. As I continue my journey to find a new coffee shop, crema has stepped up the game to a whole new level. The service was quick despite them being busy. I got my coffee within 5-8 minutes of ordering, and they finished making a coffee order every 30 seconds. They even garnished it with a candied orange even though I got it to go. Their coffee drinks are not sweet (which I like) and you can taste all the flavors. Their space is airy with plants, and plenty of conference tables to work at. Crema is one of my favorite Nashville coffee shops. It's one of my regular shops. Every coffee, tea, food item, and pastry has been great. This is a busy spot! I would suggest ordering ahead online if you are in a rush. In the mornings and around lunch on weekdays they are very busy. The menu stand in the line is perfect for making decisions while you wait. For dine in you'll order at the counter and have your food brought to the table. Every coffee here has been great. I love the Cortados, Pour Over, brewed coffees, iced coffees, and all of the lattes. I like that they have seasonal lattes and tea drinks. My iced teas have been good here too. The Brentwood's Avocado Toast is more than basic. The lemon, goat cheese, and chili flakes make it so delicious. The crusty sourdough is great. I like to add a fried egg for some protein. The pastries are great for a treat. First time at this location, glad I got in and ordered before they were slammed with a line stretching the door! What a poppin' spot for a week day morning. Plenty of parking as it's in a massive plaza with lots of open free parking lot spots. Ordered the quiche of the day - a roasted red pepper from Dozen Bakery - it was fluffy and delicious. Also, one of their speciality summer latte's - the Tiramisu - that came with a lady finger and was perfection!!! Grabbed an iced americano to go before leaving and it was very bitter to me, had to add cream and sugar back at the office, where I am usually looking for a smooth easy to drink americano. The ambiance is so modern and chic, I enjoyed the middle community working table with dim globe style lights and plug in's for laptops. This coffee shop seems to always be hopping busy, and with good reason. The coffee is excellent, the service is great, the food is good, and they do a good job keeping the place clean and tidy. The only challenge with Crema is that it is so good that it draws quite a crowd. It is pretty common to have a line to the door waiting to order, and also somewhat common that most (or even all) of the seats are taken. I visited here a few weeks ago to kill some time while my dad took a woodworking class nearby. I was looking for a nice cafe so I could do some schoolwork while I waited. Cream delivered! It's in a large shopping center so there's plenty of parking available. The cafe itself doesn't feel like a shopping center cafe, though -- the vibe is super refined and classy, beautiful, modern, and spacious! Lots of gentle warm light and plenty of spots to settle down. You order at the counter. They have coffee, obviously, as well as some simple meal options and pastries. My mom (who was with me) and I were able to snag a booth for two. Despite them being very busy, I think the space contained the noise well, as I was able to focus without too much trouble. Those who are super sensitive to noise may have more difficulty, though. The barista at the counter was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I must admit that I'm a person who wants a little coffee in their dessert, rather than the other way around, and I was nervous these rather high brow coffee concoctions wouldn't be sweet enough for me. The barista suggested a beverage she thought would be a good fit and offered to make it extra sweet for me. Appreciate her help! I wound up with their version of a pumpkin spiced latte. I was morbidly curious about their coffee soda, too, so I ordered that on a whim. My drinks came out quickly. The coffee soda was a miss for me, sadly -- just a little too strange. I'm more than willing to accept that's a me problem, though. It was a very novel concept and I could see what they were going for with some of the flavor combos. Their take on a PSL was lovely, though! It honestly still wasn't super sweet, but the coffee was brewed so well and was so mellow I really didn't mind. The pumpkin was present but not overwhelming, and the whipped cream on top made it even smoother and creamier. Good stuff! Thanks for a nice hangout spot while in the area! I was craving a nice warm drink and a cozy environment and Crema only partially delivered. I found the actual layout of the shop cold and uninviting. The seating and the industrial look did not bring what I believe should embody a coffee shop- cozy and comfy vibes. The music was obnoxiously loud and that paired with the large groups of people attempting to converse with each other created an uncomfortably noisy environment even for someone who is always wearing noise cancelling headphones. Both the employee who took my order as well as the barista who handed me my coffee were not very courteous or inviting. As for the food and drinks themselves, I ordered the masala chai latte with oat milk and the spicy smoked salmon toast. The chai was delicious - perfectly spiced and full of flavor. I definitely would go back just for a to-go chai. The toast was laughably not spicy. I have the lowest spice tolerance of anyone I've ever met and I couldn't feel an ounce of heat in the roast. The arugula was also used as a bed for the toast, which I found odd. I can see how that would be more aesthetically pleasing, but made for an especially messy experience trying to put the arugula back on top of the toast. Simply put, Crema is the best coffee shop in middle Tennessee and we have to start having the conversation about whether it's the best coffee shop in country. I used to live in NYC and have been to the top rated coffee shops in at least LA, Dallas, Boston, Charlotte, NYC obviously, and Crema is better. I've now been to both locations. I don't even really like coffee that much (my wife does) and have loved every coffee I've ever had from here. My pet peeve is when places have a flavored drink and it doesn't taste like anything different than a normal coffee. Crema always has some unique flavors and they hit you right in the mouth with what they're supposed to taste like. The cherry on top is that it's actually a good value too. The prices are very competitive compared to similar craft coffee spots in the Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin corridor. read more

What a delight to finally have good coffee and baked goods in Brentwood! I've gotten to try this location a few times and it's actually one of my favorite locations of Crema in the Nashville area: really great ambiance and seating options for doing work or meeting up with a friend for a bite and a beverage. Incredible service (Isabella is the best!) even when it's super busy (and it's ALWAYS super busy). Very VERY clean despite how busy it is: I would have expected more chaos/unkemptness with the water glasses or tray to put away dishes, but staff really keeps up with the foot traffic here and I love that. Crema is truly one of the best when it comes to specialty lattes and the seasonal latte options are truly what I come here for: I've never had a miss with one of their seasonal options. I also absolutely LOVE that they have pastries and goodies from Dozen because sometimes I don't want to drive all the way to Wedgewood Houston for a good croissant. I have not tried the food options at this location yet but the menu is such a breath of fresh air with yummy healthier options than what's available at other breakfast/lunch places in the surrounding area. My two gripes about this place that honestly they can't control: way too many people love this place and it's always so freaking crowded (line out the door almost always when I go in.) Means it's hard to just grab and go a coffee when I want to. Also means it can get quite LOUD in here during particularly happening hours. Again, not their fault for being too popular (and helps illustrate how much Brentwood needed an actually good coffee shop), but it does prevent me from coming here sometimes when I really want to! read more

Hands down THE BEST avo toast!! Only regret is not getting the soft boiled egg added to it. The avo mash had flavor, the herbs gave it a fresh taste, and the pepper flakes added the finish touch bringing a little heat to eat bite. Vanilla latte with oat milk was just as delicious. I cannot think of a better addition to Brentwood than Crema! I have been giddy about this location since the moment I heard it was going in. They have made excellent use of their new space -- lots of seats, lots of outlets, strong Wifi, and good flow. The shop is fresh and bright- I imagine it'll be the perfect place to sit and be productive, but so far each time I've visited, I've bumped into lovely people & wound up chatting for the length of my lattes :) Crema's coffee always satisfies. The drinks here are to die for! We tried The Lutito (their current specialty drink) and the chai latte and both were 10/10. The decor is sleek and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The team is so friendly and knowledgeable and you could tell they were having fun together even though the shop was extremely busy when we came in. From an accessibility standpoint, there is a curb to step up from the parking lot but there are ramps close by and there are no stairs to get into the shop itself. There are two single stall bathrooms and both are wide enough for walkers and wheelchairs to enter easily. I believe they both have grab bars as well.
