This location consistently delivers excellent service. The food is always prepared quickly and comes out hot and fresh every time. I never have to wait long, even when it's busy, which says a lot about how well the staff works together. The employees here are also friendly and professional. They greet you with a smile, get the orders right, and really make the experience better than what you usually expect from fast food. It's clear they care about doing a good job. The service is so good here! Why can't other McDonald's be like this? If they were, I'd come more often.

All parking spots were blocked off with the brown plastic bread rack so I couldn't go in to use restroom even if I wanted. I brushed that off. Then, the wrong food was handed to me in the drive thru and they almost forgot my drink. Okay. But then they had the car in front of us pull up to wait for their food but the area is so tight I couldn't go around. The drive-thru area is also closed in so if you change your mind or are in a hurry you are forced to stay until all the vehicles in front of you go. Anxiety inducing for sure. I've been to way too many McDonald's in many different states. This is probably the worse designed from the ones I've been to. I will be avoiding this one when I'm the area. Oh. And usually I only go to McDonald's to use restroom and so my partner can get her daily McDonalds Diet Coke but occasionally she'll get food. After the remodeling, this McDonald's location is top-notch. I have been twice in the last two weeks (yes, we all have our demons to fight), and each time the food has come out fresh, and the staff has been friendly. Today, I ate inside for the first time. From what I could see of the kitchen and from my experience in the seating area, the place is clean. Cleanliness goes a long way. Perception is reality. My only constructive feedback is to work on the organization of orders. During both of my visits, I have noticed that the service becomes a little chaotic when there are many customers. read more

Not my favorite place. Service is not very good and food isn't great. I'm not a fast food person usually but I do sometimes crave McDonalds. I have found others in the area though that are nicer and also that offer more efficient service. I have always loved mcdonalds and i really like there spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. They have never not satisfied me. I miss some things on the menu like the buttermilk tenders. Worst. McDonalds. Ever. We eat at McDonalds everywhere we travel but have the misfortune of living close to this one. My family and I have given them many chances but the continual mistakes and wrong orders have finally gotten to us. Today was the last straw. I regularly order iced coffee with milk and since they always put in too much milk even though I specify 1, I've learned to order it black and pay for a small bottle of milk so I can fix it to my liking. Today they gave me an OPEN bottle of milk that was half empty! Today, just like every time we complain, they explain it's an "honest mistake". She said when someone orders milk in their coffee they use a little bottle. The girl gave me the wrong bottle. Listen, an honest mistake is one thing, but continual mistakes on almost every order is bad management and no accountability. So that's it for us at this location. The manager has too much attitude with the customers, the place doesn't get cleaned as much as other McDonald's and the drive thru is always backed up because they don't serve as fast as McDonald's should be serving. After you're done placing an order you drive up to the window and you pay but they make you pull up to the end of the drive thru and you have to sit there until when ever they decide to take your order to you. Their drive thru service is really really slow here. Usually I've been to some and it's never this slow. The line is out to the street. They need more workers. I haven't even ordered yet and it's been 8 minutes. They have many workers who don't speak any English. So its difficult to communicate with them. This is my go to McDonald's and usually great! However, some feedback for the manager. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the cashier who then told me they didn't have what I ordered! Maybe customers can be told that at the drive through window and then be allowed the option of leaving the line and not waiting for nothing. Especially annoying when in a rush to work. After the tasting of such a delectable meal I feel the need to share my thoughts. I would first off like to ensure u that this will be with 3 main points. 1. The 20 piece chicken nugget meal was delicious, the crispiness that I tasted in every bite was unlike any other nugget I have allowed in my mouth and I can picture myself enjoying this fast cooked meal time and time again. 2. The iconic McDonald's fries were an excellent partner to my chicken nuggets. They continuously made my mouth water with every chomp. Fortunately, unlike most fries they did not dry out my mouth at all and I could comfortably eat the entire bag of fries. 3. Lastly, the strawberry milkshake was the perfect way to end the meal. It washed down all the food and left a beautiful taste lingering on my tastebuds. It was smooth and just the right amount of thick, also the strawberry taste was authentic and damn near perfect. Remodeled over the past year, the inside is immaculate. They've changed the way you order, now it's self-ordering at a kiosk and it can be a little confusing if you are ordering their "Two For..." deals, but usually there is a clerk to assist you near the kiosk. My only complaint is that since the remodel, the parking is limited to one row along the right side of the building and one more row at the rear of the lot which fills up quickly. On my last visit, there was a tractor trailer making a delivery that took up all but three parking spaces on the side of the building ---- and to add to the inconvenience, the spaces at the rear of the lot were filled. Several cars were parked along the side street at the curb closest to the building, which left me with the option of parking on an incline to the right of the exit---- so my car would have obstructed the view of other drivers as they exited the business. I opted to go across the street to Burger King rather than leave my car parked in a treacherous location. read more

This place is always packed around 12 so I usually can't get a seat but if I come back a little later it's usually not as busy. If you get there between the rush and when they send the employees out to clean there's a chance there'll be scraps of food left over from the last people at the table. If you bring those into the bathroom an old man (I think he's the manager?) will let you cum inside him in exchange for like a quarter pound of food.
