absolutely horrible. they always forget items when you doordash from here, overnight shifts needs to be looked, absolutely embarrassing

So don't come to this McDonald's cuz they can't get it right through the drive thru! All I ordered was a fish sandwich, 10 pieces of chicken McNuggets and fries ! With hot mustard! They forgot fish sandwich and the hot mustard sauce so I paid $25. And got ripped off! They did a national wide survey and said McDonald's was 2nd on getting the orders right! Well they didn't visit the city of Brighton cuz McDonald's is number one of getting it wrong! Check your order before you drive off! Cuz you might get ripped off! And the teens don't care! Perhaps I should have read the other reviews before arriving here. I ordered ice cream cones, but the machine was broke. Next, I ordered a basic hot coffee, but when it arrived, it was warm. I returned it and asked for a hot one, and I can bet they brought the same cup. They likely microwaved it because it was a tad bit warmer. Sorry, McDonald's, but you let me down. read more

Ordered through the drive- thru gave the worker an app code and she "added it" once we got our order and receipt we noticed she didn't add the code what's so ever. Called the Mcdonald's and after 3 unaswered calls she finally answered and she tried blaming ME! saying I should've realized that the code wasn't added! Good service ok food and clean easy access great location service is ok depending on the time you go

Always ask for a receipt at this location. Do you like to charge for extra stuff that you do not get to pick and choose when they want to charge for sauces and if you don't have a receipt, you will never know that they charged you. The manager is not a manager she sits there giggling with the girls when I asked, are you charging for sauces when the lady brought over and put the sauces out on the counter, before I even paid, this McDonald's trash needs to hire all new employees read more

Worst customer service experience at a McDonalds I've ever encountered. It was 6:33 pm on Sunday night, October 18, 2020. I was running late heading home after shopping and decided to pick up dinner for my father instead of cooking and serving dinner too late. I drove up a little past the speaker and the person behind me had pulled up right against my bumper so I couldn't see the board with my order nor back up but I knew exactly what I wanted. I ordered, "I'll have a big Mac, a big Mac with no bun, and a large fry." (I am celiac so when I order here i take mine home and put it on gluten free bread). I then hear "mumble, mumble, mumble, first window". Of course I was past the speaker so I couldn't hear the amount. I pull up to the first window and hand the cashier my card. He hands me back a long receipt and I drive to the 2nd window. The guy hands me my order and says, "Big mac no bun and a large fry.". I realize my Dads big mac with everything isn't in the bag. Now I've been a customer here over four years I understand how the guy taking the order could have misunderstood me and thought I only wanted a single big Mac, but it wasn't the fact that he missed my Father's big Mac with everything but what was said next. "That's not what you ordered." he said. I responded with, "I know exactly what I ordered and I asked for two big Macs. I need a 2nd big mac with everything for my Father!" "Let me see your receipt." He says taking my receipt. "Pull up to the next window." It's at that moment I realized I hadn't checked my receipt because i was so worried about getting dinner back to my 83 year old diabetic father who needs to eat at the same time every day. I pull up to the next window and waited. Twenty minutes of fuming and staring at an empty window later after watching a dozen plus other cars get served and drive around me a girl finally comes to the window and I tell her I just need a 2nd big mac. She asked to see my receipt which the guy had taken. "I'll have to charge you for the big Mac." She says. "I don't care! I just need a 2nd f#$$ing sandwich!". She smirks and takes my card. Finally after 25 minutes of rage I get my father's dinner and bring it home with half filled ice cold large fries and my sorry cold bunless burger. When this had happened to me once before several years earlier at this very store also during the rush the lady who had helped me had said, "Sorry, I must have misheard you. I will have to charge you for the other sandwich." And I had happily said "No problem. I was unclear. Sorry for the confusion. Here is my card.". She rang it up and said "Pull in to the spot on the right and I'll have someone bring it out to you." There was no delay in the line and I got my sandwich within 5 minutes. I was so happy. It was this experience plus a bad experience at the Prairie Center McDonald's that had made me an exclusive customer of this franchise. This is my last time as a customer of this franchise. I now understand why my sister stopped getting food from here for my dad and instead goes to the Arby's across the street, a place which has no food options for her as she is also celiac. So what went wrong? 1. Blaming the customer for the mistake 2. Making the customer wait when the problem could have been easily corrected without slowing down the line. 3. Poor attitude. 4. Taking the receipt and not returning it to the customer. Had I been the general manager this would have been the last day these two worked here and i would have reprimanded the supervisor who had trained them. They are lucky I am not. Am usually here a lot. The food is okay, the staff is good. Today though I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal (L), came all the way home to find out they forgot the most important thing. This location is pretty poorly managed and the service really lacks but face it they're not going anywhere. They do have a large play place for the kids and the restaurant is newly remodeled. But face it, unless you enjoy beef that's been washed in ammonia or chicken that's been mechanically separated. (Google it, I dare you) then this place probably isn't for you. read more

Every time I come to this McDonald's the order is always wrong and the fries are always cold. But it's the most convenient McDonald's so I continue to come. This time I placed an order and before they even gave me my total I wanted to order a smoothie with the rest of my order. They told me I had to order it out the window said they had just pushed total for my order I moved up to the window they repeated my order back and I said yes and then I needed to put on a smoothie and a manager came they were working on the order screen charged me and then when I got up to pick up my food my smoothie was there I told him that I needed a smoothie I had added it it didn't get added to the order and she could not help me because she could not take my money at that thing and I would have to go all the way around and waited that long ass line again. I have tried to give this location a few tries but it always gets messed up. I don't eat McDonald's all the time but when I do this one is close.. my order is never right here. Why pay the extra money for the double quarter pounder if they only give you a single with a ton of onions. Also it is pretty frustrating waiting in line and then having the cashier pull their friends to the front of the line and then listen to a 4 minute conversation in Spanish. We visited this McDonald's today only to be extremely disappointed. We ordered something as simple as a plain hamburger with NOTHING on it and received one with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. I USUALLY check the food before we drive away expecting things to be wrong but because I was in a rush making a lunch run for the office (our office is off of 104th and Havana, so there WAS a closer location I could have visited) I did not check. Because of this simple sounding mistake, someone (our office manager) went without lunch today. May seem like a SMALL mistake to be complaining about but when someone goes without food that they waited for I find that to be unacceptable. There are many McDonalds we can visit other than this one so I suppose in the future we will visit a different location. read more
