Place an order at 12:45 a.m., took over 15 minutes to get a double cheeseburger meal and a 10 nugget meal both large. We get home only to find that both large fries have less fries in them then a small fry. Yet that cost three times the price. But if you complain you get a hassle. So I received some wrong items in my order and had to take two of them back! This isn't the first time! So I walk in and a woman who is wearing a managers uniform looks at me and walks away. 30 seconds later she comes walking back out and sees me with receipt and bag in hand and just walks right past me without any acknowledgment. I was told her name was Danielle. Anyway another girls approaches and was nice I explain the situation and they exchange out what I was given to what I actually wanted, so I thought. I get home and realize that there's no cheese on the biscuit that I know I asked for and was on the receipt! Hit or miss every time. Please check your bags to make sure you got exactly what you ordered before pulling away from the drive-thru, they have a tendency of mixing up your order. They have 2 drive-thru lanes which is great because it's quick. They definitely want to move fast and get you out of there asap. read more

I used to go to McDonald's whenever I forgot to bring lunch to work, and I always use the app because they have discounts on certain items. One day a couple weeks ago, the app would not let me pay for some reason, so I asked the employee if he could apply the discount I would have gotten if the app worked. He said no, so I asked to speak with a manager. She said no, and there was nothing she could do. Really??? You'd rather have an upset customer over finding a way to give me a $1.50 discount? I even called corporate to tell them I was disappointed, and they have yet to respond. I'm going to Chick-Fil-A from now on. I don't think I've ever written a review about a McDonald's but this one deserves one. They've obviously done some staff changes since previous reviews because every time I've gone here I've had amazing service. It honestly came by surprise when all three people I spoke to; the man taking my order, the girl taking my card and the girl giving me my food were all exceptionally polite. It was even more if a surprise the second time I went the service was just as good. They seem to enjoy doing their job and making customers happy. Bravo to the manger and all the kind staff. This location while nice inside is always inconsistent. Either with food prep or drive thru time or a combination of both. Frequently they take an excessive amount time to prepare food even though having a staff that exceeds that of some locations. I do appreciate that the staff is friendly but if looking for "fast food" it's not always the best option. Now that's not to say the food is bad as its on par if not better than most locations. There are an occasion mixups with order accuracy but I have come to expect that from this establisment. The interior is very clean and modern. If sitting in and time is not an issue it's a good location. They have a variety of comfortable seating options and self service kiosks with your order being delivered is a nice touch. read more

They always serve drive thru first and dont stop til they catch up it seems.. you can get stuck waiting for your food inside for quite a bit depending on drive thru traffic.. as for getting the order correct..i can't recall a time where they wronged my order.. however I don't usually edit my sandwiches. read more

This McDonald's is the worst I placed my order on the app. When I received it fry containers were upside down in the bag. The burgers were half way out of the wrappers sloppily put together. Caution All those with Food allergies!!! They don't give a shit about people with allergies. Last night my spouse went through the drive-thru and ordered me a sandwich with no bun because I have celiacs disease... I order sandwiches with extra lettuce no bun all the time at other locations and it usually comes in a small plastic dish all perfect.....instead we got a sandwich on a bun marked with a grill slip that said no bun. We called and had a heck of a time trying to get the so called owner to acknowledge the problem. After much coaching he agreed to refund us and give a free replacement sandwich.. asked for my husbands name and said he would leave a note. My husband goes in today and they refuse to honor it. Hello, I would like to report an encounter that I had at the McDonald's at 3120 Veteran Hwy, Bristol, PA 19007. I am a frequent customer at this location and have even become familiar with some of the longer working employees. Normally my experience is pleasant but today Sunday, 2/9/20 during the lunch rush I purchased a bundle box for my family and I. When I got home, and took a bite of one of the Big Macs, I tasted what I thought was bad lettuce. I proceeded to try the other good items in my box that contained beef and I was shocked that they all had that funny flavor. I immediately called in to speak with a manager and was told that I could return to the store to pick up fresh Big Macs, although I was unhappy with my initial order, I was content with the fact that I would receive new items. However when I returned with the order receipt and my explanation, along with the name of the manager I was met with attitude and snarky comments. One if the employees even said that "the meat looked off"! I was shocked that these workers would continue serving food that seemed bad or "off" in ANY way. Please investigate this location and its employees before they get a family sick. read more

Manager, Danielle was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. Evidently they ran out and I was not told. I overheard her tell a customer I kept trying to get someones attention to order something else I finally went to cashier for refund. she had to go get Danielle. She instantly had an attitude and told me I should have spoken up. I told her that I only knew they were out b/c of overhearing it. That someone filling the order should have told me. She told me to come behind the counter and do a better job.
