FREE REFILLS! This is favorite McDonald's but that might be because i grew up in the area and I'm bias lol I'm a bit older now so I can't say I use the indoor playground area but I saw a lot of kids having fun. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was nice. read more

Fries are hot and fresh, and the wifi is amazing. Due to the schools surrounding this mcdonalds, it can be a jungle after 2:30 pm.

Service is always quick and reliable, just ate a big mac snack wrap and a small fries, which were right off the fryer. Decent late night menu, and open 24hrs, and still the cheapest meal you can get almost anytime of day! It's McDonald's what more could you ask for? read more

I'm here for the jungle gym and coffee it's a good place if you want to take your kids or the kids your babysitting to a jungle gym to get tired make sure they wash good when they get back home. Good wifi too!! read more

Ordered a $40+ order through UberEATS tonight, only 2 items arrived. When I called the store, they said that that's what I ordered. I told them that there's no way that two items would be $40. The person checked and said,"oh yeah, I see the rest here, but not sure how you are going to get it." The driver was nice enough to return to get the rest and said he'd call when he was outside. However, this is where it gets worse. After over half an hour, I tried calling him and apparently he tried calling me but my order info was no longer on the app. so our info wasn't available, only the uber phone number. I'm guessing they deleted the order info. I called Mc Donald's again, and they said that driver did return and picked up the rest of the order a while ago. So my husband goes out and sure enough this poor guy has been outside hoping that someone would come out because he felt bad. Again, he had no way of communication with me because order info had been deleted. Finally, food was home, everything was cold, everyone was annoyed, and McDonalds was unapologetic. Totally ruined our movie/family night. read more

Let's start by saying that the cashier was a bit rude and abrupt with me. I was taking out my wallet and was about to pay, but she yelled at me because I dropped one of my cards. She kept saying "the card, the card" and but wasn't really communicating what she meant. I understand she was trying to help me, but at the same time I didn't know what she meant and her tone became abrupt and impatient. At first, I thought she was telling me where to pay with my credit card. Then finally I saw what she was referring to, and picked up my card, I tried to explain to her the miscommunication but she rolled her eyes at me. Then I ordered a medium iced coffee and I specifically asked and was very clear I wanted no sugar in my coffee, and I said this several times. This has happened several times when I order an iced coffee and asked for no sugar at this particular McDonald's and they get my order wrong. And it happened again today. In fact, it was very sweet and exactly how I don't like my coffee. And after I handed her cash she just snatched it abruptly from my hand with an attitude. And as I was explaining my order, she looked at me with a very confused and kind of annoyed facial expression. When she had my coffee ready, I asked if there was any sugar and she said no. As a customer, I want to feel comfortable with the service I'm being provided with, and I want my order to be made correctly, especially when it's a simple order. No sugar. read more

This by far is the worst mcdonald's i've ever been too, they rejected my order due to the circumstances that I did not have a vehicle even though there sign said 24/7 service. i have been to plenty mcdonald's that have taken my service and my money even though i didn't have a car. i explained countless of times that it shouldn't matter if i have a vehicle or not( even explaining to them i am a military wife and that should have at least some leverage ) they're service was TERRIBLE & i wouldn't recommend this mcdonald's to ANYBODY. I have been coming to this specific location for 18 years and I love the staff. The Indian mgr the Chinese mgr, Monique, The Albanian mgr and Merita in the early am and the twins I love the tall pretty woman of color with her braids and the crazy chick who does the overnight shift I even adore the Spanish man who cleans early am. Recently I was absolutely disgusted when a young male employee named James and to clarify light skinned braided hair fairly new disrespected me over large fries. I was waiting ten minutes for large fries I patiently waited I saw the young man make 3 large fries and then walked over to me asked me what I needed so I showed my ticket and said fries he then said very loud and rudely yo you gotta wait (ok wow really) Why so much hostility towards a woman of 44 with her child, long story short he took me out of my composure cursing me called me a bitch and yes I cursed right back I mean really who does this in a family establishment my order keeps local business running He was so disgusting that one of the twins a female kept having to try to prevent him from coming at me. I hope that this situation is investigated asap and he is and should be terminated asap I have spoke with other neighbors and they say he is so disrespectful oh and I have spoke to team members he has grabbed employees buttocks and hit the hand of a older employee and nothing has resolved I am a local community service provider and I will prevent others from buying from there if this is the type of employee McDonald's employs and I want to refer back 2 years ago when unfortunately McDonald's had a lovely managers life taken by a customer you would think that this would prevent employees from looking for trouble since such a kind hearted manager lost his life for doing a good job but this delinquent has no respect for woman moms coworkers or maybe just women in general please McDonald's screen employees a little more thorough Oh and btw normally this place would get 5 stars read more
