Their coffee was fine, nothing special about them, but their avocado toasts were really good! I'm normally not a big fan of hard boiled egg but these were perfectly cooked and the addition of chili oil took the toast to the next level! The salmon avocado toast was also pretty good but I wish they would be a little more generous with the smoked salmon. But this unassuming bakery steps from the last stop of the A train is not just a neighborhood gathering spot, but rather a destination-worthy purveyor of some of the best cakes in the city. For a recent celebration we ordered a red velvet as well as the chocolate ganache cake. While I expected the red velvet to be my preferred option of the two, the chocolate ganache was absolutely stunning, with a decadent texture and richness. We received multiple comments from guests asking where we had sourced the cake, none of whom expected the answer to be Inwood.
