I ordered online and requested curb side pickup. When I was nearby a message popped up and asked what parking spot I was in. I clicked on #1 where I was. I thought my order would be right out. Twenty five minutes later I was wrong as it was not out. I finally went in and showed my phone to the counter lady. She had no idea where my order was. She finally brought my order to me with not a word to say sorry for the delay. I started to leave and I noticed that the Hot Fudge Sundae I ordered was not with my order. When I brought it to the ladies attention she walked off to the ice cream machine. When she finally brought she tried to put it in my bag with my hot order. I had to suggest that she put it in a seperate bag. You would have thought I asked her to scrub the floor. She never said a word. Not a location I would visit again. When I got back to the room I opened up my order, The new "Big Arch". I looked amazing with the two burgers and all the condiments. But, when I took my first bite I was very disappointed. The burgers were tough and the cheese and sauce started to melt and drip everywhere. I don't think their new menu item will make it. I will never order again. read more

The soda machine is not in the dining room. Neither are the napkins. Which means you need to ask the staff for everything. Which leads to my next point... This location is in perpetual crisis and chaos. The staff are confused and overwhelmed. Nobody knows who ordered what, or how to find things on the POS, most of the kiosks don't work, the tables are all dirty, and you would be cleaning them yourself if the coveted napkins weren't kept under lock and key. They did however have a big stack of placemats, so I took a bunch of those to clean my table. But at least the owner is saving money on napkins. You can almost tell that people avoid coming here, there's not many people for the size of the location. But still the staff is somehow overwhelmed. Won't be back. read more

Rainy day, but sunny personalities all around. Woman by the front doors was mopping up the mess left by wet customers. She advised us to be careful - and said it with a big smile. Waited 25 minutes for a simple meal, manager gave me attitude (thought I was DoorDash) then told me I was lying about the time I waited, asked her to verify the time hack on the order...they lost the order!!! THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE! I went to mcdonald's after work, mind you i work night shift 12hr shifts im tired just want to grab a bite and head home, when we order i realize she put my sandwich in as (NO SAUSAGE) when i got to the window i had mentioned it and they fixed it no problem, well when i got to the second window she went to hand out my drinks and i noticed my drink was a medium not a large which when she asked what size drink with that meal i said large.. i told her it was supposed to be a large and that's i'd gladly pay to have a large, she shuts the door without saying anything grabs a large cups throws my old drink into the large cup, (after i already grabbed the cup) which i don't have a problem with but i know you cannot reuse drinks into a food service like that, but then as she hands me my drink she says my manager said next time im not allowed to do this, i said so what? i offered to- and she slammed the window in my face before i could finish speaking and resolve the situation, i honked twice because like i stated i was perfectly willing to pay for the mistake THEY made for my large drink.. read more

Stopped by here just to grab a quick bite to eat . I work for a moving company so cheap eats always hit the spot . But never consider going to McDonald's because of how bleh it is BUT. This location changed my mind . I was greeted with a smile . Cashier took my order , it was her first day she did a great job . Manager was there . Pumping up the team . (Which I've never seen in a McDonald's) professional. Pleasant . The food was fresh and great . Although I'm not in the area a lot I highly recommend giving this place a shot . The management and team that work here seem like they care and are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. But that's just it . I didn't feel like a customer . They made me feel like family . The kids asked for McDonald's hot cakes! Stopped at the drive thru, we experienced fast service. This location didn't have go gurts (yogurt) or fruit and yogurt parfaits. Food was hot. Wow! Best Mac experience I ever had. (I prefer not to come, as a Vegetarian, but sometimes when traveling, I have no choice.) Facility is clean, sleek, love the water fall by the booths. Staff is friendly, very efficient, quick, professional. Everywhere was clean, restrooms are beautiful. And this was 630pm, busy place. Surprised by the personal flat small units for touch screen games at many of the table tops. There are even word games for old folks like me. There is also a TV with news overhead. Wish all my stops were this nice. Hope I find this place again on my way through I75. I called the store and asked to speak with the Manager, poor girl was bracing for a complaint, instead I complimented and told her I would contact the General Manager asap. LONG wait in drive thru. Lukewarm food. asked for hot fries and told to pull into drive thru parking space #1. NO ONE came out! I waited 10 minutes after eating lukewarm burger and nuggets. This is the second time I did an order through their mobile app that was lukewarm. This location on Cortez Rs in Brooksville apparently puts the food order together at the time you enter the order not including 5 minutes waiting in line to order and another 3 minutes from then to actually get the food. This location and the one on Commercial Dr are the slowest! read more

A second star was earned by the server that brought us the chicken we ordered even if we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for it. She apologized and had a smile on. Our original cashier was friendly, but struggled with understanding I needed a grilled chicken (the sandwich without a bun). And our order...I regret not choosing the kiosk though maybe there's no room for customizing there. No cups were given to us and since no one was behind the registers we just took them ourselves as we paid for them ‍ with 5 people eating only 2 of the orders were correct. We had a fry missing, a Big Mac served upside down in a bag so it fell out and after explaining the chicken (trust me, gluten free is not by choice) we weren't given it. But for some reason an extra fry was ordered for the Happy Meal. But at least the food was cooked. It tasted like every other McDonalds food tastes like. Traveling North this am and stopped in for breakfast. We were warmly greeted by Patty who is the manager. We placed our orders and mine was a little different but they got it perfect. The food was hot and good. Coffee was good. I heard Patty share every compliment with her staff. What a nice place to eat!! I was working on a late night project and swung by for a quarter pounder with extra pickles. When I got back to my hotel and dug in I found out it was extra onions instead. Thankfully I didn't have to speak to anyone else that night with onion breath. Don't go here !!!!! Not fast food at all. Always slow slow slow !!!!!! Drive thru is worthless. We always have a longggggg wait using the drive thru. We pulled out of line and left numerous times. It doesn't matter the time of day but worse at night. So get ready to wait longgggg in drive thru. And your fries will be cold to. We now go to chick fila. Love McDonald's but chick fila gets us in and out drive thru in 2 minutes always. Always nice employees. Mcdonalds is normal 10 to 20 minutes in drive thru line even with 2 cars in front of me.
