For the second time my burger was raw. This time there was a long hair on it. It's just not worth it anymore. If you request any type of customization you're going to be parked. The last time I was in the drive thru they ran out of places to park people so they can keep their recorded times down. WOW - stopped for a quick bite for breakfast. This was not a typical McD! Was promptly greeted with a smile and a hello as we entered. We used the self kiosk and took a table number to our seat. In a couple minutes we were brought out meals. I am not sure what may have changed since the previous reviews but the food was quick and the location was very clean. read more

By far my worst McDonalds experience ever. We're in a hurry for a road trip and figure we'll stop and get some food real fast. We get in no one is at the registers so we have to use the order machines to order our food and it takes forever. I mean 20 minutes to just order the food. We reviewed our order on the machine every thing looked good. We get our food the fries are only halfway filled and taste like they are old and stale. We only get one of our drinks and we look over our receipt and magically half the things on the receipt are wrong. So if you're looking for a quick place to stop and get some food and get back on the road. Go to the Taco Bell across the street or the Waffle House or even get some gas station food just don't go here it is terrible. UPDATE: we threw away most the fries and a couple burgers from how bad they taste. read more

I have ordered the sweet tea there many times, but it is either sour or just taste awful. They also have mixed up my order on three different trips. The wait is crazy long, I actually timed one event and sat in the drive thru for literally 20 minutes for a large fry and a double cheese burger. So I just came into this McDonald's and I was told they refuse to take my order at the cash counter. Now I'm young and I do understand technology but that doesn't mean I want someone to try and force me to order food on their touch screen out in front. I find that when I come to McDonald's and I want to order off the big board and interact with the cashier. So to give you the full picture the manager and the cashier are telling all three customers out front that they can't order at counter which is what all three of us wanted. So instead of the customer is right the manager spent the next five minutes telling us we are wrong and this is popular way and the customers love it..... Um sir I'm your customer and I don't love it and I don't want to order or have you order for me off the touch screen board I just want to do what I normally do and you told me no. So in short I didn't order anything as I don't like being told that as a customer I'm wrong. Lastly after I saw one guy order off the board he paid cash they have to take his bills and walk back to register and get change so tell me how is that safe for cashiers to be walking money off the floor back to their register and than back to customer. Makes no sense I plan on calling Oakbrook and ask as well is this how the program is supposed to be run??? read more
