I gave 1 star which is too much. we live in the area and have visited this location many times over the years. a month ago we went in as we were going out of town and tried to order at the self order but it wasn't working so we stood at the counter and was ignored by a staff member. after 15 minutes I called out asking for service when a manager appeared and yelled at me stating the lobby was not open yet. I explained the hours on the door that was open said the lobby had been open for an hour and then asked why the employee refused to acknowledge me and if the lobby was closed why were there 3 customers eating in the lobby. she then proceeded to say sorry we are short staffed. but the real problem was last night when I went through the drive through and just simply asked for fries and a drink as soon as my order was handed to me I checked the fries and they were cold. I handed them back and asked for fresh fries. I was asked to pull up and they would bring them out, as the window was closing I heard a staff member yell "I just pulled that shit". I just pulled forward and looked in my mirror to see an employee run to the door and lock it along with the other doors. I assume they were closing the lobby at 10:30 on a Saturday night but after waiting for my food for 20 minutes I went to see what was going on and couldn't get in or any help. food finally arrived and it was like warm. Without a doubt, one of the worst McDonald's I've been to - ever. They are slow. The employees at the drive-thru window at least were lazy, rude, and instead of just telling me they were out of iced coffee or asking me to pull up and wait a few minutes... they handed me a cup full of creamer. I'd bet my next paycheck there wasn't one drop of coffee in it. When I asked about it, the problem was me of course... not the ridiculous cup of creamer they handed me. Hire better people. When I told her the app code AND the items that I ordered, she said, "Oh no, I just cashed out your order and gave it to the car ahead of you. She had a mobile order too." She went and got her manager, an older woman with long, string-y gray hair and dirty nails. The manager, who was EXTREMELY RUDE, told me to pull to the yellow line and she would be right out. I've never had such a great service and meal like the one I've had here. I usually don't write reviews for fast food restaurants but this one THAT great for me to just pass up. I ordered their fish o fillet sandwich and it came with the perfect amount of cheese without even asking for extra cheese and no extra charge. The fries were hot and fresh and not soggy or over fried and nasty. They keep this place super clean too!!
