This should be called a Chick-fil-a express since you cannot eat inside. There is nothing like driving 6 hours and looking forward to relaxing inside when you cannot. What a let down. Also you would think the service was faster since you cannot go inside but it was not. The music in the drive throw was so loud we could barely hear the person taking our order. read more

This is my last time at this location. Understand that if I pull into a drive thru location I do not want to have to pull up or park in a parking space hence drive thru. when asked to do this I say "no I really don't want to park my car...etc" they guy simply says we trying to get the line down, sir I don't care about y'all getting the line down unless it involves y'all getting my food out in a timely fashion. So I pull into the spot and here they come with my food so why did I have to pull over if my food was ready and the manager disregards my complaint and says thanks while walking away. I tried, I tried so hard not to - but I was in a car with four people, we were there, and we were hungry. Also I just spent three years listening to co-workers rave about how much they *loved* coming here, to this location in particular because the staff is famously over-the-top nice. And you know what? They were right. After the running the harrowing gauntlet of getting into the driveway in the mid-afternoon, we decided to actually sit down for a while. Right off the bat, I was surprised how large it is on the inside, and it was an absolute raucous party full of people! In a good way, and remarkably despite the crowd, we had several tables to choose from. Heck, we even got a window-table for the four of us and weren't even crowded. The shining star of the experience really was the service. Holy crap they're nice. I must have talked to a half a dozen employees, all of them instantly recognized when I needed anything - literally, anything - and my goodness they were quick, with not even a hint of hesitation, impatience, eye-rolling, nothing! I had a #2 meal, the spicy chicken sandwich, with their house watermelon lemonade, and a salad and fries for my wife. The fries are waffle fries (nice), and the lemonade was on the sweet side, but very tasty - and I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich. It was a little spicy, with nice flavor, and was even juicy enough that I almost forgot it was fast food :) All in all, a surprisingly top-notch experience. read more

when I went to pickup a doordash order with my boyfriend I har to use the restroom the restroom was full so I waited my turn in line to use it. when the stall opened for me to use the restroom and I was walking to the stall. A worker, elderly white lady, by the name of Kay just came rushing through with a black trash bag to just take the stall I was about to go in. the fact she didn't even ask if I was waiting and just went straight for the stall was extremely disrespectful. If I was going to order and Dine in as this woman was working I felt I would get the same level of disrespect I received in the restroom. She also didn't wash or disinfect her hands after getting out, just kinda rushed out like she came in with the same trash bag. i don't feel like I would be ordering from that location personally because it just seems unhygienic. read more

This is my second time coming to this place and they constantly get my order wrong, whether it be missing sandwiches, no sauce when requested or even napkins. Trust me, they will get it wrong, save your money and run down to McDonald at least you won't have to pay the chick fila price for McDonald service. This visit was a disappointment, chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at, but on January 22nd around 10:40am, the young gentleman that helped me had a terrible attitude! From beginning to end terrible customer service, there was no welcoming greeting, he seemed irritated at the fact I was taking my time ordering, and after I placed an order for 1 meal he proceeded to give me the price for the meal, as if I was finished ordering, didn't ask if there was anything else, just an attitude and the price, and when I told him I was ordering more he seemed even more upset. But if this is what I have to run into every time I visit your establishment, I will no longer be interested, I shouldn't feel like it's a problem ordering food that I'M paying for. read more

I went to the drive thru with my 3 year old grand-daughter. This was our special treat morning before heading to daycare. I purchased two chicken mini meals and a smoothie. Upon arriving to work and opening my box, I realized my bread was not done. It was partially raw and still even smelled like uncooked raw dough. The chicken inside, however was cooked to perfection. I called the number on the receipt and of course I was unable to speak to a "live" person, so I left a message and requested a manager to return my call. Nothing, no call back. The next morning, I called again and asked to speak to a manager. The gentleman stated he was one of the manager's. I asked his name and he stated "Bruce". I proceeded to tell him my service dilemma and he just kept saying "uh-huh, uh-huh" as I told him about the raw dough. After completing the story, there was a brief silence so he finally asked, in these exact words, "so are you asking us to replace these meals?" I calmly told him, "If I have to ask you to do anything, then do not bother. I wanted to let you know, what my 3 year old grand daughter and I experienced in coming to your restaurant". He said "ok" and hung up. I will never, ever, go back to this location again. I will admit, the outside staff that takes your order and gives you your receipt were awesome. I'm a frequent Chick Fil A'er! The food is always amazing and the service is always better and with a smile! Chick Fil A is our #1 company caterer for casual business meetings.. We had some visitors from Minnesnowta (Minnesota +snow) last week and I ordered nuggets, cool wraps, salad, those finger licking good chocolate chip cookies and sweet tea and let's just say, they were in Chick Fil A Heaven! They said they really enjoyed it because their Chick Fil A doesn't have the same menu options! Great location, nice newer clean building. Parking is tight and it's tough to get into this location. Once in you'll find a drive thru with two lanes, and a staff that's generally pleasant and quick. Sadly on all three visits whether it be drive thru, dine in lunch, or dine in dinner, all had chicken sandwiches served entirely too hot. Burn your mouth wait five minutes for it to cool HOT. Other than that it was a decent experience. Parents, if you're not scared of germs, this location has a playground. read more

I go here about 2-3x a week. They are very proficient and move quickly. The attendants that are in the line helping during lunch are always very courteous and polite. The people at the window are also polite and quick to get the food out and line moving. read more

Because the Order Here lanes were backed up and there was nobody ahead of me in the Express lane, I should have figured the app was useless. Well, since I'd ordered and paid over the app using Google Pay, I drove in the Express lane looking for the advertised Pick Up sign, which didn't exist. There were several signs that said Express Check In "just scan the bar code." Well, this didn't work with either the app or my phone camera. Anyway, I hung out all alone in the Express lane, while a young man ("I only started yesterday") realized quickly he couldn't figure out the bar code/app, so he called a manager. She was very nice but couldn't figure it out either. Unfortunately, my app then said, "You haven't paid yet" or something, so I had to pull up my email and show her the charge from Visa. This took a good thirty minutes with a hungry little guy waiting in my car. Anyway, just don't use the app and enjoy the fast food, which is pretty good. read more

If I were only rating the food and inside service then 41/2 stars but I use to use them for catering large office. I would schedule delivery 15min earlier than I needed in order to have it delivered on time and this usually worked out, but now I'm wondering if they want to do delivery at all. I just found out that they charge "PER" item to deliver. Yeah, like they charge $20 to deliver a Lg Chick Strip platter plus $2 for a gallon of Tea. I used them for my past lunch and spent over $400 in food and it would have cost me an extra $150+ just in delivery fee. Gas, insurance, car payment, employee time on delivery and what else could cause such an increase in pricing all the while my budget is getting smaller. Please don't misunderstand my review, the food is great and all the offices love Chick-Fil-A foods and the quantity / quality is 100% constant but I'm at a loss for the outrageous delivery cost now imposed on us. read more

This Chick-fil-A carries on the excellent tradition we all have come to expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. Great food, excellent service, friendly staff. However, accessing this restaurant during any busy time of day, is not only difficult, it is dangerous. If you are driving west-bound on Markham at rush hour, expect to sit in the left-hand turn lane for an inexorbant amount of time. When you do finally see an opening, quickly make the turn bc east-bound traffic come barreling up and down the hill in a matter of seconds. If you are trying to access the restaurant from the east-bound lane, prepare to sit in the far right lane on Markham at a complete stop while the backed up drive-thru lane clears out. So, while my experience with this Chick-fil-A has been great, my experience accessing it has not. read more
