I'm incredibly upset writing this review. I come to this Mc Donald's frequently and expect the service to be better each time, but the employees are consistently rude. Tonight, on the drive thru speaker I heard them mocking me after I had asked about the ice cream machine which has now been broken for months! To top it off, I had to drive around again because they forgot part of my order and they seemed incredibly annoyed and disturbed having to replace it. I'm always trying to be nice as I can't imagine it's easy working in a busy college town, but the service is blatantly rude. When I said thank you and was glared down by the employee before the drive thru window was slammed shut in my face. I would appreciate something to be finally done about both the staff and the ice cream machine. read more

This is a very modern McDonald's, and the manager keeps it running like a well-oiled machine. We stopped in for a quick breakfast before an appointment. The Egg McMuffin meal was standard quality, and the Big Breakfast also was as expected. It's nice to have a predictably solid meal when you're in a hurry. The worst service I've ever had anywhere took 25 minutes just to order one cashier and no support it took another 10 to get food

This place is horrible. I've been in a handful of times and have had to wait for my simple order 15+ minutes every time and it's never terribly busy. The staff is horrible rude and unprofessional. I can't imagine what health codes are being broken in the back. The last (and final time) I was in there we were given all of our food except the chicken fingers we ordered. Then we proceeded to wait 35 minutes. We had to ask 4 times about our food. We were clearly unhappy. The manager came out and talked in circles AT us. I felt so sceevy. Like I was haggling with a drug dealer. Or negotiating with a scummy car dealer. He was going about trying to make us happy in every wrong way. I sat there quietly because I was so thrown by the way this "manager" was speaking to us and the way he addressed me was through my boyfriend when he pointed out how "wifey" still didn't look happy. Instead of addressing me directly. It was one of those moments that I couldn't believe was actually happening. This person made me so uncomfortable. I will NEVER go back to this McDonalds. I can't understand how anyone does, every time I've been in it seems like everyone else's orders were either missing or screwed up too. read more

There comes a time when you need your daily allowance of saturated fats in one sitting. What better place to accomplish said goal than at wholesome Mickey D's? Ever since the notorious movie Super-size Me, portions have become, lets just say, less generous. It's McDonald's so you already know about the food. I'm commenting on the Drive Thru, or what is really a joke of a Drive Thru. Stopped by one Sunday morning on my way home to grab some breakfast. Only one car in line ahead of me, nobody behind. It took them almost ten minutes to give the car in front of me their food. Then it was my turn, yet ANOTHER 10 minute wait to get me my food. And then to top it off, they shorted me!!! Well guess what, another 10 minutes to get the McMuffin they shorted. 30 minutes for 2 Egg McMuffin's, PATHETIC. They apologized but that is no excuse. They were smart to get my money quickly because had I not paid I never would have waited. Every time I go to this McDonald's I get poor service bad food.on one occasion I actually got French fries through the drive-thru that we're still frozen. I've complained to McDonald's corporation and they send me a coupon to go back but it's not worth going back the service and food is so poor. Three stars were given because about the dozen times I've been here every employee encountered was friendly, courteous and very pleasant. This is big for me because I haven't found too many people working in that venue with upbeat attitudes. As for the food - it's standard - sometimes the fries aren't as fresh or hot as I'd like. Only once did they give me regular coke when I asked for diet. No biggie. The drive thru is awkward when you're trying to get back into Lancaster - weird turn and if you're waiting for the light to turn green it feels like cars coming in are going to hit you. read more

I wanted to get my two year old nuggets, fries, and a shake after his Covid test. 6th car in line, 30 minutes in the drive thru. They clearly got the order wrong for the car in front of me. Finally got to collect my food and checked the order. There was a hair right on top of the fries so I asked for a refund. Employee did not say a word to me. Manager came over and short changed me $6. I told him the correct amount, showed him the receipt, and he still got it wrong by a few cents. No apology, not a word from the manager either. read more

This McDonalds SUCKS! As an UberEats driver, I would expect more from this place with it being in Rosemont and not, say Eddystone or Woodlyn...or even Clifton Heights. I got off work around 3:30 last night and looked up that this was the only 24 hour McDonald's open and it was a 30 minute drive but I was craving so I did it. There's almost always something wrong with the order. I've been a customer here for about 3 years, and no matter how busy, or how empty this place is, they would manage to mess something up. No sugar in coffee mistaken for no ice, bacon McDouble mistaken for double cheese burger, missing a drink, or just straight up missing a burger. Very disappointed. My family went through the drive-thru late this evening and to our horror, we saw the employees preparing our food without wearing masks or gloves. They handled our food with bare hands and had their masks below their noses talking to one another. What a waste of food as we had to throw it out because we didn't trust it. It's a shame they don't follow the rules to keep customers safe during the pandemic. There were even signs on the window stating how all employees must wear gloves and masks. An average (maybe below average) McDonald's but the manager that works dinner time is very nice and helpful with kid related issues (clean ups, extra happy meal toys, etc). I say below average because the food is sometimes cold, or the buns are stale, or the soda mix is off on the self-serve fountain. It's also not the cleanest McDonald's I've seen. read more
