We had given up on Mcd's awhile back due to freshness issues. Recently, we gave Mcd's another chance because we missed their food, and the freshness was back. We loved it and have ordered from the Frazer PA location several times recently. Selling food is simple. Have fresh and delicious food at reasonable prices (not the cheapest) and give the customers exactly what they ordered on a timely basis consistently. Mcd's at Frazer PA does that. on 11/20/24 we pulled in to drive thru @10:45pm (web says thet are open til 11p). as we pulled up to the order station the machine (recorded voice it turned out) asked us for our order which we gave, repeatedly. when no one responded, we drove round to the pick up window and honked - folks inside move around and complete ignored us. We drove on to Wendy's in Bryn Mawr and got happily served - all before 11pm. I get that people wanna get home but its management's job to make it workable and workers' job to serve the customers during hours of operation . Work it out. Just like the 900 people before me, this is the worst McDonalds ever. Rude staff and I have never gotten my order correct, like ever. Just got home with a two quarter pounders missing the cheese and a Sunday sticker on them, yesterday. I ate there one time and had to go back up to the counter no less than 5 times to get more items that were not in the bag. Like who puts fries and a toy in the happy meal box, closes it up and hands it to the customer. Horrendous.... Last week we picked up food here on 3 different days. Each day there was a wrong order in the bag, which we didn't see until we got home. The drinks on two days were the wrong drinks and the chicken sandwich was the wrong sandwich. The one we ordered and paid for had more on it. We paid for more but got a minimal sandwich. The people working there don't seem to know what they are doing and there doesn't seem to be any supervision that would see this errors. We are not going back to that branch anymore. I ordered via the McDonalds app. When I arrived they said they didn't have the order and wouldn't look at my purchase receipt or order and instead told me to order and pay (!) again. When I called customer service they didn't help and referred me back to a local supervisor who didn't bother to get in touch. This is my local work Mcdonald's. I've had so many issues with this place, from the wrong amount of nuggets, to an incorrect sandwich. Cashier (young, African-American woman) told us that they were not making shakes at this time. We saw her superior making one for the drive thru and we asked if we could now have ours. Her boss disciplined her and told her that she just can't stop making shakes if she doesn't feel like serving them. Waitress got mouthy with boss and continued to berate him for fifteen mins. She told him to "fuck off" among other horrible things. She claimed she would no longer be working when he is on duty. The boss made us our shakes eventually. I am just appalled with the way this young woman treated her boss. She needs to be removed from this position. read more

Much like the other reviews here, the service at this location is probably some of the worst I've ever experienced. And I really don't mean this as an exaggeration. I can only think of two other places I've had worse. My wife and I stopped here to get a McFlurry at the drive thru. We were greeted with a rushed attendant and a whole lot of background noise. So much so that they we couldn't understand each other at first. Now on our part, we ordered a peanut butter cup McFlurry that isn't on the menu. That's our fault. However, the attendant was very rude in telling us that they didn't have that and decided that we were getting an M&M one instead. She then rushed us into finishing the order. We make it to the window and we see many of the employees wearing their masks improperly and barely covering their faces as they were moving about and handling our McFlurry. On top of that, they initially made an Oreo one which they realized before serving us. Lastly when I went to pay, there were no words uttered than the price which wasn't really said in the friendliest tone. When getting my change back, it was pretty much thrown at me with disregard and a couple of coins fell in the process. No apology or recognition of the sloppy exchange that had just occurred. After all of this, and disappointed, we did not eat the McFlurry as we weren't comfortable with what we just saw and experienced. Nor did we go back for a refund because we did just didn't want that headache. If you've made it this far, I don't think I need to stress any more how much you shouldn't go here. Not just from a customer service stand point, but simple "hello's" and "thank you's" are kind of expected I think in every day interaction. I'll be honest and say that I wouldn't have even have left a review if I wasn't so offended. I just need people to know what a headache this place gives me. I just can't believe that this location still remains open as it really does put a tarnish on this brand. I hope the franchisers make some managerial and staff changes here. read more

Came at 1am, to a 24hr drive thru McDonalds, nobody there. Knocked on the drive thru window, saw a rat scuttle across the floor, but nobody came to serve me and my hungry, exhausted family. Filthy and extremely unprofessional staff, making it inappropriate for children to be present. The staff were yelling obscenities at each other constantly, specially the F word, so loud it was clearly heard throughout the entire restaurant. There were gnats or fruit flies flying around and kept landing on my table. Couldn't even fathom using the bathroom once I saw the condition it was in. Toilet paper all over the floor, and the toilet seats were not clean. The floor in the bathroom was disgraceful, along with the toilet paper it was just beyond dirty. The counter was dirty too where you pick up your meal, dried liquid spills all over. It took longer than usual for my meal to be ready and then it's just tossed on the counter, not even a chance to ask for an additional sauce because the attendant so quickly walked away. I frequent this McDonald's about once a month and tonight it was far worse than I've ever seen it before. Very cringe the entire time I was there. read more

This McDonald's is right in Bryn Mawr, off of Airdale Road. Like most of their suburban locations, there's decent parking. However, I've only been here (and twice) for drive thru service - in fact, I made a late night run for Chicken McNuggets, only because it was Sunday night and even WENDY'S was closed. One of the first things you'll notice about this place will be that it looks a little dirty. Not a lot dirty, but just enough for you to know that it needs to be cleaner. The next thing you will notice are the employees yelling. Not at each other as much as just shouting. Not a very pleasant experience. Horrible experience i recently had there! I don't recommend this place to anyone! I had my three year old in car and waited 20 minutes in line for a happy meal and a meal for myself. I finally had to get out of car and open window to ask what was going on- my daughter was crying to eat and no one was readily available. I had to open the window and asked what was going on- that I had a child in the car! I was met with less then appropriate reactions from employed. A female child got in my face who worked there threatening to fight me . She told me I wasn't getting my food and to get out of line! That there were only 5 people there. I obviously asked to speak to supervisor in which she tried to state she was the supervisor- I tried to record her but my husband called in to check on me! He interfered on the video recording ( no fault of his own) and told me to call the police! I'm furious! The young ghetto man Carl replied he didn't care my YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS IN car! No apologies for the wait just anger that I was bothering them! Then Carl through my card on the road over him. I'm not saying I wasn't angry - because I responded to the threats and the wait. I have been an Ardmore resident for years! I expect more from the establishments and am blown away with the threats and unprofessional disgrace I experienced with my daughter! They should be fired and they are lucky I decided not to call the cops- they were trying to hold my meal and money for ten minutes! Wouldn't come to window. I can't even give this place one star it's so horrible. I've been in there only one other time in my long time being a resident here and it was disgustingly filthy. Workers barely wanting to work! Was like a social party for the young employees to hangout and complain about doing there job! I have been to your store multiple times and have never encountered someone so rude and unprofessional. Robin was working in the drive thru. She was rude from the moment I pulled up to order. She told us to wait, then had us repeat our order multiple times. When we got to the window I showed my phone to scan our app. She said what are you putting in my face.
