Their fries are always stale! theyre either hard, not hot, or just dont taste like Mcdonalds fires. and the drive thru driveway is poorly constructed because getting out is awkward is difficult and awkward. But I love that they're open 24/7 on the main line... Very rare. Also, the people who work there are really friendly so that's a major plus! As a Uber eats driver and work the night shift, I have been sent to this McDonalds about 10 times in the last 5 days. the 1st time I got to the speaker box and the guy said that they didn't have quarter pounder meat. I'm like is this a hamburger place. after that about every time i go I get to the speaker box and they say nothing, the lights are on so I say hello Uber Eats and I get no answer. I pull up to the 2nd takeout window and I always see nobody because they are hiding a bunch of lazy people until last night i got another order at 5:10 am i was in the area so I thought they would be serving breakfast so I drove over and went right to the takeout window so they didn't have time to hide, I saw a man mopping the floor and he said they were closed I ask that it was a 24 hour McDonalds he say NO so i ask what time they close now, he said 4 am and i said i was there at 2:05 and they were closed he turned and walked away because he was lying. This is a common occurrence now because the employee's know that they will not get into trouble because they are short handed. McDonalds Corp should take this store back from the franchisee because they cant handle Lazy employee's. when people start getting back into the work force they should FIRE all the employee's and Managers. IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE ORDERS, CLOSE THE STORE EVERY NIGHT AT 10 PM TO SAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE GAS AND TIME. This is a nightmare for all the people waiting on Uber Eats and DoorDash orders. Worst ever! Made to wait for a breakfast sandwich for almost 10 minutes and thus was at 5:45am. Employees need retraining. Ordered at drive through, told to go to second window waited and waited and waited for someone to show up and take my debit card when she finally arrived and told me they can't take card. I was pissed that 1. I had to wait, 2. Should have been told cash only when I placed order 3. Late for work. Manager or shift supervisor should be on duty early to watch what is going on. I arrived at this location for a late night snack and the staff could not have been more rude. When we arrived at the drive thru the woman was unaccommodating and yelled at us and said that "she would not serve us". After waiting for 10+ minutes and watching the 2 severs look at us through the window and simply ignore us. I have never been more dissatisfied with any restaurant. this place blows, got a hankering for a shamrock shake tonight and decided to hit it up. got to the front of the drive thru line and the employee on the speaker was super rude bc we didn't order on the app, waited for 20 min only for them to tell us they were out of ice cream. just drove to the mcdonalds in Ardmore that's supposedly open 24 hrs only to wait in a non-operational drive thru line like a clown for 5 minutes. currently on our way to havertown bc I want a damn McFlurry and it's only available for a limited time, called ahead this time so we know it's open. read more

Thee worst that I literally laughed at how pathetic and ridiculous it truly was. I was looking for a McDonald's on the way home and randomly picked this amazing lil gem of nonsense-if you ever need a life moment of terrible employees at a McDonalds, definitely check it out. It was so bad, in fact, I was curious to see how truly bad it was- and I looked at the reviews on yelp. I wanted to read the reviewers and literally downloaded the app; this is my first comment. The run down of my the list is similar to most of you yelper: they literally took forever to run my card; so long, I was concerned the machine may be broken. I was clear with my order; I get it at every McDonald's. They got it wrong, fries were cold, things were missing. I opened my order and laughed out loud at the possible pursuit of these employees giving me the utmost, pinnacle of bad services. Didn't eat the food after I tried a fry. I have never once encountered an employee at this restaurant that was friendly not once! Every time I come here the people are rude or short and the only words they say to you is the price they look at you like you have two heads if you asked any questions whatsoever and the food is always cold you could bite into your burger a minute after you drive away and that is ice cold was a nice big thing of ice cold fries to go with it and it's having to be not once not twice but three times now at the same location I think I'll take the hint and never go back again. The employees are the most miserable incompetent people I have ever met. Waited to pay for 5 minutes. Nobody showed up at the first window. I drive up to the second window and the girl had her back to me, turned her head and said something that wasn't even English. I guess confirming my order. Then a guy ran up to the window looked and looked at me so I just handed the money to him. Never saw him again. I don't know what kind of clowns run this place but it's unacceptable. The sign claims 24 hr drive thru. I came at 330 and they said they close from 330-430. Last I checked, that would make it 23 hours. False advertising. Wow, this place always had spotty (at best) service, but today was terrible. Not only did I wait 10 minutes for my meal, but in that 10 minutes, I was mopped over and saw more food returned then ever. I'll be skipping this one next time. read more

IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD. This was the worst experience of my entire life. Everybody from the workers to the customers were rude to me. Online, it says that McDonalds was open 24 hours, but don't be fooled, IT IS NOT! ONLY THE DRIVE THOUGH IS: BUT ONLY TO TO UBERS. Unless you are an uber eats you will be spending over 45 mins in the drive through to not get served and to get yelled at by the workers and other drivers in the drive through. We had to call the police on one of the drivers ahead of us, who was clearly driving under the influence ( driving while smoking, and having one of her feet outside the car window, blaring music, and using profanity, and being overall obnoxiously rude). There were two strange men standing outside the drive through window, who looked suspicious and who DID NOT WORK THERE. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you hate them. I would rather go to hell and back than to go through his McDonalds. read more
