Worst burritos EVER since hard could not eat. Won't be back for a long time. I get these burritos alot not happy this time.

If you go through drive thru and they say "we'll be right with you" just drive away.... I was told that I waited a couple minutes and then a car pulled up to other lane and their order was promptly taken, I was irritated but it happens , then shortly after that another car pulls into the other lane and their order was promptly taken also!!! These cars were not there when I was told we'll be right with you! So I was very irritated now so I left. So just beware we'll be right with you could mean after we serve people who have not arrived yet. read more

Food order is always always wrong! i spoke to the manager who told me she didn't care that I was a local food critic and continued to ask me what they forgot in my order.. so incredibly rude doesn't care about the reputation of this franchise. I had the worst milkshake I have ever had today. This place has made the worst chocolate milkshake. I could not taste any flavor at all and it had the consistency of water. There was no ice cream in it at all. I paid $4.23 for the "medium size" and it was absolutely awful. Terrible that they would do this. read more

The workers need hearing aids or something because it was so stupid trying to get my order but they made me pay over 30$ for an order that ain't mine, the food taste like grease with bread or greasy potato slivers. This McDonald's makes the sloppiest food. Every time I come here, in hopes of it being better, they continue to make my food very poorly. It is sloppy. Seems like the cooks don't know what they're doing. Like today, I got a Big Mac and when I opened it they didn't even make it right! They put both of the burgers on the bottom with dressings but left the top half empty. There was two plain buns on top of each other. It should not be this difficult to make a Big Mac stacked the correct way. It is outrageous on how poorly they make their food. read more

Someone's having a bad night at McDonald's. We got our simple order of 2 burgers and 2 cheeseburgers. Smashed flat! Each burger. Took an hour out of MY day to sit and wait at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT only to receive the completely wrong order and we were told that we had to pay again if we wanted the correct order. Was not given a receipt at first window, and had to pay for the mistakes that their employees made. Had to go back and pay for extra fries because there weren't any even though we ordered MEALS, along with having to pay for another burger simply because the employees CLEARLY do not understand how to listen to customers when they are ordering in the drive thru. I would 10/10 recommended driving 15 miles east to the Lake City McDonalds rather than dealing with the old woman working at this exact McDonald's on the night of Wednesday, July 8th. These workers show up to play. I went late on a Saturday night and my 2 Big Macs were incredible. The drive thru line was short and the food came out in a timely manner. The Big Macs has lots of Big Mac sauce on them. The worker was so kind and made it a great experience!! read more

This McDonald's is pretty consistent and I tend to get the standard McDonald's food but the service is typically great. I use the drive thru more than dine in and the girls at the windows are very friendly. 5 stars because of the service and because I love Egg McMuffins! read more

On our way to Traverse City Friday we needed to get a quick bite, and use the restroom so because if its Franchise wide consistency we chose McDonald's. FYI when we got out of the truck it was 12:57pm so basically, I thought , the end of the lunch rush. The double drive thru seemed busy. The inside wasn't bad. There was 3 waiting for food 1 ordering and 1 waiting to order. As I stood waiting behind him I tried to navigate the menu. What the heck is McDonald thinking!! This menu is 4or5 monitors with pictures flashing and changing. The value meal menu easy to see and read but I couldn't find just a regular single hamburger up there. The single items were located to the extreme left of the 5 screens and we were lined up to the right. The furthest right screen was all breakfast items. Is this their big push? Breakfast all day!!! When I made it up to the counter I ordered a cheeseburger lettuce wrapped no bun., my wife eats Gluten free, the cashier looked at me Like I was crazy and said so you want lettuce on that. I said no I want it no bun bun instead wrapped in lettuce. Once again the are you messing with me look and said I've never heard of that but maybe we can do that. Just then my wife walks up and says just give me a Cheeseburger and I'll remove the bum myself. Problem Solved. The food was hot and as expected From McDonalds, the restroom could have been cleaner but it was 1pm in a Friday. So this brings me to the big question...McDonalds,the bar that all fast food restaurants strive to achieve( of course my opinion), why haven't you blazed the trail of Gluten Free fast food? Terrible service they always mess up orders and even if u call and complain they don't do anything about it not good costumer service

line was long and moved slow meaning service was slow. When we ordered the employee was taking forever because she did not know where the oatmeal button was on her machine??? what! After receiving our coffee and water we waited about three minutes more at the pick up window they asked us to pull up to the next window and our order would be given to us there. We waited there for an eternity (4-5 minutes) when I finally went inside asking where our order was. A woman in a burgandy shirt said yeah, I was just going to bring this to you, and here is a refund for one oatmeal, we only had one left. I took it to the car and parked so at least my daughter could eat. Opening the bag, there was no extra raisins or straw as requested when ordering. And then I paid and drove alone, Beside your building I did roam, Until the pickup window I, Had reached with windows open wide. The chill of February air, I noticed not as I parked there. But then the lady cashier said, "We have no cookies, pull ahead! And when 2 minutes pass us by A fresh hot cookie will bring you I." A fresh hot cookie? Yes indeed! I'll take that deal and wait with steed! But soon 2 minutes turned to four! I looked but none came out your door. And then 4 minutes turned to 8! Why is my oatmeal cookie late? Next, 8 minutes turned to 9, and 9 to 10 and that's when I Began to think that something's wrong, My cookie's taking much too long! But when we hit minute 15, And still no cookie had I seen, With my hungry tummy tied in knots, I knew my cookie you'd forgot. So came inside I did just then, to see wherefore my cookie'd been. And that is when the cashier stated, "I thought you were angry and had not waited, I'm sorry, but, so many do, So no new cookie was sent to you." Now here is where I got quite blunt, and said " I waited right in front, In place number one where you had sent me, I waited with my with my tummy empty! I'm sorry that I seem now rude, but after this I'm in quite the mood! Unfulfilled orders I accepteth not, I paid for my cookie, my cookie I want!" Then out of the back, a young blonde came, A bag in hand, she made her way, Up to the counter where I stood, Her little bag would make things good. She said, "it's fresh! Straight from the oven!" And I thought to myself, "well at least that's somethin' " I returned to my car and drove away, and parked to eat and watch the bay. Had a new person at the register with no one assisting them. She was very confused. She did however ring up the order correct once she figured out what was going on. The kitchen couldn't get the order right though, and when asked to correct it took so long that everyone else finished before replacement was done. Nothing was offered to make amends!
