Got the chicken quesadillas they literally had three tiny pieces of chicken in them. They threw everything in the bag where the nacho fries and cinnamon twists were all over the bag. We had a big order they stuffed it all in one bag with my tacos, burritos and quesadillas on bottom smashed!!!! The nachos didn't even have the lid on properly so when I want to take it out of the bag it fell. Take more pride in your work Taco Bell. When I hit my order the box was poorly packed and the food was cold. I ordered nachos they portioned it as small as possible the chips were so salty it was burning my nose. There was way more chips than meat and cheese they put a little meat and a lot more cheese. When me and my parents went they treated us poorly saying we need to be more patient and it will be out when it's ready we were waiting for like 20 minutes and nothing came out my mom asked if our food would be out soon. The place looks good with the over haul. The bathrooms could be clean a little more. Instead of music playing a lot and the people goofing off and not to talk much could get the good out quicker. It does sometimes take forever and sometimes it's cold. But it don't help that some people before you order a lot of food. Some of the food can be cold at times. read more

I'm in the drive through currently I had to install yelp for this review. I got here around 9:55 pm at Taco Bell in Cadillac and have been waited patiently till about 10:15 to tell them about my mobile order I had placed before I got in the drive through. After doing so at the speaker it took them about 15 more minutes to get to the window. We sat at the window waiting for anyone to talk to us for about 10 minutes before anything and we were giving our drinks for the order. It has since then been another 15 minutes and no word on anything but employees are dilly dallying around inside the store. It was an additional 15 minutes after this when we got our food and we sat there to check everything was there because after sitting for an hour I'm not going to just drive off without checking everything. We did have all our food and it didn't taste bad, just I personally wouldn't consider this specific Taco Bell fast food. I used to work at this location and we prided ourselves on having every customer through the drive thru from the speaker out of the line in under 5 minutes. Not sure what's happening to that place and why it's become what it is now. I've read some other reviews about wait times and service being bad but this was like they didn't even care people were waiting for them. It took them over an hour to clear probably 15 cars from the drive through. Not a friendly atmosphere here it's very obvious and not a place to get food if you're pressed for time. The only reason to go here is if you love Taco Bell because the food isn't bad. We ordered ahead on the app and still waited an hour for our food almost half of that hour at the window as-well. Every time I order here my food either so cold I refuse to eat it, or so burnt it's falling apart, or in all honesty just completely messed up. Well tonight I went through at 1am and ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes on it, Please keep in mind I'm pregnant and absolutely HATE TOMATOES, my boyfriend even asked them to make sure there was none on there. I'm not even kidding there was so many tomatoes it looked like I asked for extra. I will never spend another penny at this Taco Bell. read more
