This is hands down the best Qdoba I have ever been to. The dining area and food bar were spotless. I live down state and our Qdobas are disgusting... it was so nice to see how immaculate this restaurant was! And as a bonus the young lady that waited on us was also very pleasant and I was impressed with how thorough she washed her hands before putting her gloves on. Only drive thru right now because they've laid off most of their staff. Employee who took my order was rude and seemed generally annoyed to be talking to people or working. Food was okay, obviously a far cry from chipotle, but edible enough. In Cadillac I'd still recommend it as your fast dining options are limited. If you can keep driving to Grand Rapids or Traverse City I'd do that for fast food. read more

Stopped at this location on the way home from vacation. This was the best experience I have had at a Qdoba and I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff. They were all actively working and busy doing productive things, friendly, helpful, and kind! So we live in Grand Rapids and often travel thru Cadillac, and enjoy stopping at Qdoba. Great service, large portions, and consistent very good food quality. Today was our first time getting somewhat skimpy burritos, but we'll let it go as this place is way better than all the Qdoba's in GR. read more

If you know how to order at Qdoba you would love it. Don't be afraid to try new condiments and ask for more if you wanted more of the toppings. Prices were a bit higher than fast food but you actually get freshly made good quality ingredients. Their steak, pulled pork and tequila lime chicken are some of the favorite of my family's. Love the seasonal mango salsa. Really good quality food, friendly and fast service. Their soda machine has wide variety including Powerade. Nice addition to Cadillac. read more

The Impossible Burrito bowl. Love it!!! It is difficult to go out to eat with friends, I am vegetarian and most of them are not. I get tired of going to restaurants and having mushy veggie burgers or dishes made mostly from beans. The Impossible Burrito bowl, with fire roasted veggies and cilantro rice, is probably one of the best bites I have had in the last year! Staff was friendly, efficient, made some really good suggestions. I am officially a fan and will be back as soon as they have more Impossible meat available. read more

The last couple of times I have been in the service hasn't been great... one time I asked for more black beans and it was like it was an inconvenience to the worker. Nice to see fast casual brands coming up in Cadillac. We need to catch up with the dining options offered in bigger cities to attract more business from tourists vacationing here. This location does a nice job. I've been to plenty of Qdoba's and I'm a fan overall. My advice is to get the burrito bowl and then get chips or tortillas on the side (free to add on to the bowl). This way you can better regulate the size of your burrito. How they roll their burritos would be my only complaint but I can easily fix a bad wrap job. Or better yet, get the bowl make your own burritos and nachos out of that. read more

Good food but portions small compared to other QDOBA restaurants that I have been to in Grand Rapids Detroit and Kalamazoo areas. I ordered a small bowel. Really rushed service and they left their soda fountain completely unstocked -- literally no options left other than diet and water. It's too bad that they haven't got their act together,I love Qdoba but this one is not good. Their soda machine doesn't work and the portions were half the size that Gaylord has. Two of us ate and we left hungry, usually I have to take a doggie bag. I guess that is the reason it was crowded in the first couple of weeks and now the parking lot is sparse. What is going on tonight? We've dined here before and loved it. Tonight the chicken is ice cold in the tacos, iced tea is empty, dirt all over the floor behind the counter where the food is served. I ordered the three tacos which the girl did not even know they offered. she had to ask the manager who told her it's just not on the menu. when she pulled out the tortillas, I couldn't believe it. I have never before seen tortillas that small. My wife's bowl was about half the size she gets when we go to Chipoltes. Overall a disappointing experience. read more
