Got here 2 minutes before closing. Against our better judgment we stopped anyways. You know how fast food workers are excited to go home at closing and usually how awful the food will end up since it is usually whatever is left over. But we stopped anyways. So glad we did as this is the most pleasant Wendy's stop I have ever encountered. The lady who took the order over the speaker was extremely pleasant and had absolutely no annoyance in her voice. She happily took the order and we pulled around. We did have to wait 2 minutes for the food. Everything, the nuggets, the chicken sandwich and every single French fry were piping hot and fresh. This afternoon my family and I stopped into Wendy's. We are on a roadtrip so the first thing we did was use the restrooms it smelled rancid and there was paper towel everywhere. Then once we got our cups we went to the drink kiosk and only a droplet would come out at a time and our Coca-Cola tasted like cinnamon dog water. Lets talk about the line it was flooding out the rear end and it never moved. The fries were cold and unsalted. Overall the cleanliness, staff, and machines were at a low. read more

When we pulled up to the drive-thru screen, we were asked what we wanted. I replied "Just a minute, please." About 10 seconds later she asked again. I was still looking. I ordered a number 8 and that there's more to be added. She gave me the total for the number 8 and asked me to pull forward. I explained that I needed to order food for my wife, too She sighed and said, "Anytime you're ready". Totally impatient and rude. I WILL NOT be going there again. Be careful when eating here. They absolutely do not adhere to ServSafe rules. They handle food without plastic gloves. My food prep person touched the floor, then her hair, and then put my nuggets in the box with the same bare hand. I won't be back. Just went to drive thru pay ridiculous amount of money for combos than all the food is ice cold. Never going there again. We use to go all the time but their food has gotten more disgusting everytime we have gone. Tried to give another chance but I give up. read more

Went into Wendy's at 1:30 pm, against my better judgement, and found I was the only one in line. I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever, then finally set my timer on my phone. I saw no cashier or server, although I could hear then talking in the food prep area, for the better part of five minutes. I would have left but I promised I would pick up a key tag for someone. When a cashier finally came I ordered Siracha and bacon fries and a key tag. She said it would be $4.10, which is correct, but she only rang up $2.10. I gave her $4.10, she said thank you. I asked where my key tag was and she said "oh yea, I need to get one, we keep them locked up". I got my tag and then waited another couple of minutes for my fries. The fries were good but the service was terrible. I won't be going back in the foreseeable future. I hope the owners realize she's shorting the register ring ups, looked fishy to me, just saying a good way to skim money. read more

Honestly, if I could've given zero stars, I would have. I know that with covid, fast food workers have probably been overworked, underpaid, and overly stressed. With that being said, I just ordered two very simple orders, a baconator MEAL, and a single baconator (no fries/drink)...... To start, the lady working the window was rude and spoke extremely too fast to understand, and was annoyed with a quick question of what comes on said burgers.... OK, they're busy, I get it. When I hear my total of almost 20 dollars, I ask at the window if I was charged for a second meal, again, very rude and was annoyed with me. Took off the fries, shoved my change at me and handed me two burgers. So, I knock on the window for my fries, that I ordered very clearly with the MEAL. I was nothing but nice by the way. The worker basically opened the window and again, basically shoved the fries at me. No, "sorry about that misunderstanding ma'am" or "have a nice day!" UNBELIEVABLE. Already wasn't the biggest fan of the food for the price...... Needless to say, I won't be back. read more
