The food is ok, but the orders are sometimes wrong, the tables aren't cleaned, and the staff is so swamped there's nobody at the counter. This is a classic franchise management failure if there ever was one. Taco Bell is NOT CHEAP. How is it that they charge 80 cents to add a couple extra broken pieces of crunch strips or a half teaspoon of chopped onion bits, but if I order something without these things, the price is still the same??? You can go to a decent sit down restaurant for what it costs to go here. Almost $3 for fountain soda and they can't hire more staff or stop in to do something about people sleeping at the tables.

The best part of the visit was Jessica, the lady behind the counter. She always had a smile, is happy to help. He explains there's only one pasta on the receipt. I explain there's only one line item for pasta but it's a family size meaning 2. He says I don't know what to say the receipt says one pasta. He then offered to make another one if I wanted another one. After realizing the conversation clearly isn't going anywhere I say good day and hang up. As soon as I hang up I grabbed my copy of the receipt and call back. I asked store owner Sean how my a single tray is and he says 8.99 well my "single" tray cost 13.99 and that was when it clicked for him and he starts backpedaling. Tried to blame me by saying well I was trying to explain this to you earlier. I'm really confused because earlier he said I ordered a single pasta but clearly I paid 13.99 so either they're running some kinda of pasta scam or they just can't read and comprehend there own tickets. Long story sorry if you like being disappointed over and over and over and then get told you're the one that's wrong you should head on down to the local Callahan Pizza Hut Edit 5 hours later they send me a notification that my order is out for delivery. Either they're finally sending the other chicken pasta tray I ordered and paused for or they're just messing with me at this point.
