This is another wonderful, very modern, McDonalds. Same food, different location and an ultra modern setting. For this reason my reviews will remain the same from location to location with small exceeption. My wife and I had just landed in Jacksonville, got our car then headed out. I definately needed some breakfast and this was the perfct place to stop. Great job by the McDonalds team keeping their restaurants fresh, bright, very clean, and a fun place to be. I like the new electronic ordering system (Kiosk) which was a nice addition. Even when ordering, a team member asked the customers if they needed any assistance, and walked them through the process. I use the McDonalds app which always seems to give me a hard time. Honestly, I am not a fan of the app and always seem to have a problem.. Thank you to the AMAZING team member Brooke who worked iwth me to get my issues resolved. She is clearly a shining star here. Like most locations, they had a big parking lot with an easy entrance in and out to the Main Street. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Clearly, McDonalds has developed a good, winning formula. KUDOs to the team at McDonalds and more KUDOS to Brooke and Lineshka who were friendly, warm, curteous and prvovided exceptional service. read more

This is one of the best McDonald's around. I normally don't review a McDonald's but when you deserve 5 stars you get it. The food is always fresh, yes it is thrown together sloppy but that's how fast food is. The service is always friendly and helpful. If they make a mistake they fix it without questions and apologize. There is usually someone in the lobby cleaning tables, sweeping the floor, even taking your tray when you finish. This place would make Ray Croc proud. read more

I am apart of a local church youth group. We order 120 tacos from a nearby store this morning for a 3:20 pick up. Upon arrival they informed me they could not fulfill the order they had accepted. So I'm a panic we went to the next closet restaurant the Callahan McDonald's and explained our predicament and that we needed 80 cheeseburger and 20 hamburgers. Even though it was during rush hour they said they would hep us out. They worked hard and fast and were able to feed our large youth group. Rh am you McDonalds this will not be forgotten. read more

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and when I was eating it I noticed something off about it. When I opened it up I saw an expiration sticking in my sandwich. I tried contacting the store about it and got no answer. It was obvious to me that they took the phone off the hook because it just kept beeping. Absolutely disgusting. read more

The food I have gotten from here has been good. It's McDonald's, so do I really need to go into detail? It's always been hot and fresh... even the fries. They do tend to mess up the orders quite often here, so whether you go through the drive-thru or inside, always check the bag before leaving. More often than not, your order will be wrong. They will be quick to fix it, but don't be surprised if you get an attitude from the employees here. There are a few nice employees here, but for the most part, they all hate their jobs and they let it show freely. Also, if going through the drive-thru, make sure to ask for napkins, straws, sauce, ketchup, etc. Again, more than likely, none of the above will be in the bag. Because of the constant screw-ups on orders and the negative attitudes of the employees, this is definitely not one of my favourite McDonald's; however, I'm still giving them 3 stars because the drive-thru is open 24 hours and when you want something to eat in the middle of the night in Callahan then this is pretty much your only option. This was Halloween Night. It was really slow but there was a Fall Trunck or Treat Carnival going on down the street. Thought it would be quicker to run inside to Order to go. We ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Tenders & 2 of the New Sundaes-Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Strawberry Shortcake. We waited way longer than normal. Turned out the manager couldn't find lids for the Sundae's. No worries. I really do like the Buttermilk Chicken Tenders aka BCT. They're so moist and juicy that you can eat them an hour later and still be like Yeah . These BCT's didn't make the mark. We got to the in-laws to eat and they were dry and brittle. Even though McDonald's was just down the road, we didn't feel like going back. I chalk it up to me...I normally check my food before I leave. Maybe the next visit will be better. read more

Expect condiments on your burger during the day time only. I compared my last three daytime visits versus my last three nighttime visits. At night, I seemed to get no mustard or ketchup on my burgers and just a mouth full of grease. During the day shift, it tasted as it should with ketchup and mustard. Smoke whatever you want, night shift. Just give me what I ordered. read more

Terrible service. Our French fries were cold and not fresh and upon asking to be replaced, we were told they wouldn't be able to and had to ask management. They came back and said they were able to give us new ones and they were probably the same fries we gave them. If I wasn't driving through on a road trip, I would've gone in to further complain, but not impressed with customer service in this location. Donuts were terrible also. I know it's a fast food establishment but quality should still be there! read more

If you go to this McDonalds, I guarantee you that if you order a double fish filet, you will receive a single fish filet. I happens to us every time. And the manager working there this evening at 615pm blamed me for not confirming a double when in fact I repeated it multiple times. She then turns the blame on the teenagers that she herself hired and said all she can do is write them up. I hope Corporate McDonalds does a site visit and orders a double fish filet. read more
