I cannot even describe it. And the cold butter would not melt because they weren't hot. Our eggs were ordered over medium. They were over easy and without toast the yolks could not be eaten( because the pancake was so bad). The bacon was limp and not crisp at all. The hash browns and sausage patties were fine. I am hesitant to rate the service because I don't know how much was her doing. It is hit or miss here. I have rated them 5 but today was awful.

Sometimes so many problem areas occur but first priority should be focused on the front of the house where customer impressions and experience begin. It meant a lot to us that they had AC, cinnamon rolls, coffee and fruity pebbles donuts. They were so sweet and able to find a little bit of pumpkin spice when there was none to be found between Georgia and Florida. My husband had the blueberry crisp coffee and it was like nothing I've ever seen and fabulous! My cinnamon roll was warmed, soft, and the cream cheese frosting made it even better.
