Everytime I go service is really slow. I like the food it's just like every other mcdonalds but staff is friendly 50/50

Absolutely horrible. I was only person in line and three women were in the prep stations angrily screaming at each other so loudly the person next to me couldn't be heard. When I ask for an order to be placed the woman waved at me as she passed and said " in a minute" then proceeded to go back and join the melee. Soooo poor! We walked out. read more

I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and nobody ever acknowledged me. I already had ordered my food through the app so I got tired of waiting and drove up to the window. The cashier then told me "my" total instead of asking if it was the correct order. When I told her I had a mobile order, she asked for the code and then got an attitude and told me to "go". I placed my order with the kiosk but when the receipt printed it was blank. The cashier was running behind and did not know who's order was who's. Point being, she gave the couple who ordered before us the incorrect order. I waited 30 minutes and when everyone else had received their order, I asked what happened to mine? The McD crew didn't have a copy of my order and of course my receipt was blank. I told the crew what I ordered and they finally got my order to me, 40 minutes later and without any apology for the delay. It's time to retire the kiosk McD, it sucks! read more

Tried to order breakfast burritos in the drive thru a got a fast a very rude "WE DON'T HAVE ANY!" So I ordered something else. At the window payment was taken, no words exchanged and I was on my way. Service with a smile? Not here! read more

We were on our way home from the beach and this was a very pleasant McDonald's. The service was fast and the workers were very nice. Our food was hot and we got everything we ordered on the first try. This is very uncommon for a McDonald's. My only issue with this location is that they do have a fly problem. Overall, it was a good McDonald's compared to a lot of them. read more

they never have their cofffee machine running. have tried twice this week to get a coffee. once at the beginning of the week and now on the weekend and both times they say the machine is down. so if their machine keeps breaking down why can the my longest running fast food chain afford to get it fixed or replaced so customer can continue to be served or is it the workers there don't want to clean and set it up for their customers and have to deal with the work? They have awful to no service. We arrived and a couple of teenagers were waiting in their food. There were 5 employees that I could see behind the counter. We waited a few minutes and then were able to begin giving our order. The cashier stopped us and asked us to wait a minute. Then she walked off. Two other employees came, fixed them some food, and left the establishment. Our cashier began talking to another employee. We waited. Two ladies came in and stood in line behind us. We waited some more. Now , the teenagers are waiting for their food, we are waiting to finish giving our order, and two ladies were waiting to order. We left. After packing the kids and loading up into the car, we noticed that the two ladies behind us had decided to leave also. Part of me wonders, if the teenagers ever go their good or if the employees are still talking. read more

Does NOT have the proclaimed "Breakfast All Day" when I went last week they did not even have HASHBROWNS & it was 11:00am. This McDonald's has always been wrong, they have terrible service & they don't "participate" in $1 sweet tea (which seems strange to me, as every other McDonalds that I have been to in the Tristate has sweet tea for a dollar). The morning staff are very pleasant. They get you in and out quickly just as fast food should be. It is privately owned so they are a little on the pricey side. But it is a chain establishment so it all taste the same. read more

This location is one of several in South Ga whose 'Participation may vary'. They do not adhere to the parent company's pricing structure (more than double in some cases). I hit their drive-thru in search of a sweet tea. The service was quick enough but I was a bit taken aback when I was charged $2.24 tax included for a large tea. I was thirsty so I forked it over and headed down the road. I got a few blocks away, stuck my straw in, took a big pull and was met with the most vile, rancid, so-sweet-it-made-my-eyes-roll-back brown sugar water I've ever had. I truly feel sorry for the people of Camilla. read more
