This McDonald's location is a disaster on a good day, but this last order took incompetence to a whole new level. My fries looked half-cooked--pale, flimsy, and borderline raw. Then there's the McRib. I ordered it because it's "limited," but apparently so is the staff's ability to assemble a sandwich. They dumped every drop of BBQ sauce onto the bottom bun, turning it into soggy sludge, and left the top bun bone-dry. How do you mess up a sandwich with one sauce? The kids working here need to take a class--hell, an entire semester--on basic customer service, and the manager should be genuinely ashamed of whatever "standards" they think they're running. I get it, this is McDonald's, not a Michelin restaurant, but it shouldn't require advanced degrees and divine intervention to get a basic fast-food order right. This is a wonderful McDonald's. The staff is friendly, my orders are accurate, and T he Diet Coke is actual Diet Coke.

I went to this restaurant with my kids and their friends! I allowed each child to place their order! The original young man that placed my order wrong everything up incorrectly so I had to repeat the order to someone I believed to be a manager! He may have had trouble hearing us because the music played VERY loudly! The lady that took our order was very upset and irritated! We received our food in bags when I advised them we were going to eat in. We went to the tables and 4 medium fries were cold. My daughter took the fries to the counter and told them they were cold and not fresh! They began to mock her repeatedly laughing! Very unprofessional! The hamburger meat for the Big Macs were cold! This McDonald's sucks. I've been waiting for 17 minutes and still haven't placed my order it's now 7:45pm. Why install two drive thrus to use only one. The customer service is horrible I'm hoping that my food order is right. Because it rarely is and if I hadn't worked 12.5 hours I would go home and have a bologna sandwich instead but I don't have bologna at home and don't feel like going to the store. This store sucks! Everyone Has been to McDonald's, and everyone knows their menu. This particular review is in regards to the service I received. I will admit, it was late in the evening, 10:00pm or after. I was not impressed with the level of service for this location. The team generally acted as if they did not know what was going on or if my order was ready or not. The window operator had somehow lost my order and had to ask what I had. Even after that, they got the order wrong. I had no special requests or accommodations. This is by far the WORST McDonalds that I've ever been to. We waited for 20 minutes (had we not already paid we would have left) in the packed lobby to just find out that the 2 orders of biscuits and gravy weren't there because they were out of gravy....the 2 sweet teas we ordered turned out to be unsweet tea and instead of the chicken biscuit we ordered we got a half-ass broken sausage biscuit. I can understand things getting busy and a bit crazy but I have been to this McDonalds now 3 times and each time was equally as horrible. I don't even know how this place is still open. Last few trips I've noticed the boys wearing red bandannas on their heads. Unsure why Store Management would allow this. It doesn't look very professional. Service has been slow at the counter. I usually order from the kiosk; and it seems those that order at the counter get served quicker. Store is usually clean and well maintained. Bathroom is usually clean as well. I'm surprised this McDonald's is not already on Yelp. So, this my review. I've gone to this McDonald's a few times before: their easy-access location is the main reason. I'm not a McDonald's kinda gal (Wendy's clearly is my go-to). However, this last stop it was super cold outside, thus closest wins :) This is a relatively new establishment, the decor of the building is the newer, single arc design. No playground, but plenty of seating inside. And they employ the two-drive thru-lanes system. I'm not sure how well this concept really works in reality (if there's a long line, you're gonna wait, no matter what), but I personally have never had to wait too terribly long. I normally always get the same thing at any McDonald's: Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and Sprite to drink. It's normally a 50/50 chance on the freshness of the food. Yeah, unfortunately a other McD's I've gotten not-so-fresh fries; the occasional stiffer bun; thats fast food for ya, folks. Can't recall anything worth noting here, though. But the staff here, in the few times I've stopped in, have made the experience pleasant. No particular situation comes to mind where I felt mistreated by the employees. Most of them are college age, so that makes a difference in maturity level. It comes down to how far I want to drive, pretty much. It all started when the 6 piece I ordered was not on the order. I went inside after getting my curbside to deal with it. The Diet Coke tasted musty and I was going to get another. The restaurant smelled like raw sewage and I decided to just get a refund the manager on duty said I could not get one because I used the app. She then started chanting "Somebody needs to go to Church" loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. Top-notch customer service and food. I was quite surprised when I saw all the negative reviews on here. I have been to this location numerous times, probably at least 10. Every time, although it may be a little on the slower side occasionally, they're always super friendly and get my order just right. I was on my way home from work and was looking to see what time this location opened. I drive by here almost nightly as I go to and from work, but I'm not a regular here. However, the times I have been in whether drive-thru or dine in, I've always had prompt and courteous service. My orders have always been correct and the food great. Not usually one to give bad reviews on fast food restaurants. This one however, was missing a few items which they had just received off of their truck. Now usually when you're out of stock of an item and you just got it in, you'd immediately grab it and stock your areas especially if you weren't busy. Not this McDonald's. Asked about lids for my cup just to be told that they had just been pulled from the truck. No effort was made to grab these lids and these employees chose to stand around and talk. There were no cars or people waiting to be served. Instead of cleaning and stocking their dining room, most likely drive thru, kitchen, etc they chose not to do their jobs. I used to love going to this mcdonald's, but the service has gotten consecutively worse each time i visit now. I will pull through the drive thru (while the store is still opened) and nobody will take my order. I was also told by an employee when trying to order an iced caramel macchiato that "they have never had that there" when i came through and ordered it the previous week. Without question the WORST McDonalds I know of! Been here a few times only out of necessity. On one occasion I had to ask the manager to put a stop to 3 employees using vulgar language while inside the restaurant on their break. Today at 1:30 pm and NOT crowded the service was extremely slow and the dining room is filthy. French fries are stone cold and taste like they are leftover from lunch.
