I would like to start off by saying the parking lot is spacious with plenty of parking around the building. This McDonalds location has two drive thru lanes for easier flow. Upon entering, there are two sets of kiosks (total of 4 ordering stations). You can either open your McDonalds app and pull up the code and enter the code onto the screen, connecting your rewards points to the screen or you can bypass without entering a code. The kiosk ordering is similar to ordering from the app. All of your menu categories appear on the left side of the kiosk screen. The kiosk screen always you to customize your order by adding, removing, or upgrading. On the left side you do for the option to redeem your rewards: 1500, 3000,4500, or 6000 points depending on the item you'd like to redeem. The kiosk does give you the option to pay with card or giftcard or to pay at the counter with all payment methods. During this visit, I tried the new limited time only Big Arch burger. The Big Arch is similar to the double quarter pounder with cheese, but has a different style bun, white cheddar cheese instead of American cheese, and includes onion straws with a new Big Arch sauce. As far as the taste of the Big Arch, to each its own. The first bite was glorious because it was something new! The new Big Arch sauce was exciting addition that was quickly overpowered by slivered onions and stale/dried out onion straws. The fries are always hit or miss depending on the time of day and traffic flow. Usually a variation of soggy to the "golden standard" to burnt. The staff does their best to keep up with the demands of drive thru, counter/kiosk/instore customers, as well as delivery services like DoorDash. I was greatly impressed this visit with the Oreo McFlurry. Other McDonalds locations dump the Oreos on top of the ice cream without blending (McFlurrying it). One thing missing is the charm of being focused on family. I feel there has been a major shift from kids and family focused atmosphere to the hustle & bustle of life in a hurry. Think about it: people sit in fast food or other restaurants to have a breather from the chaos of their days to be surrounded by "not the Happy Meal" atmosphere. read more

Disgusting service. I had to use the drive thru for the first time in my life since there were no parking spots left. I am 99% sure the screen showing the menu had at least 3-5 bullet holes in it. I ignored it and tried to order. The person taking my order couldn't even speak English (they were Russian) and it took 10 minutes for them to get their *manager* and translate. When I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. They even gave me 4 raw cookies instead of 6 cooked chicken nuggets. I specifically asked for no pickles since I am allergic and I figured they would understand because they always advertise that kinda stuff. and guess what I found in not one, but two of my burgers. When I started to drive off, they had the audacity to give me a look and mutter some curse words in Spanish (I speak it) all because I didn't give them a tip. The worst part was that they had signs all over saying that they don't accept tips. What a pathetic company. read more

Inexcusably awful service. Do yourself a favor and don't even go here. Ever. Even for McDonald's, this place an abomination. I tried the curbside pickup for the first time ever, because the drive thru line which I had always used before had been so bad lately. I sat in the curbside spot for 25 mins, shit the car off, went inside, wasn't acknowledged by anyone for 5+ mins.. finally someone accidentally locked eyes with me and I told them I was waiting for my order. I placed an online order at 4am and arrived at the drive thru ar 4:10am. I followed the directions and pulled up to the speaker to give my code. I was told to wait. I waited until 4:15 am and was finally asked for my code. There was 1 car ahead. I was forced to wait while their drive thru order was placed and prepared and the when I finally made it to the window at 4:24am I was told I could wait for my cappuccino or get something else. When I stated that I had to wait 15min for an online order, I was called a liar. I will never use this service with this company again. read more

Quite literally the worst McDonalds out there. Most workers are super rude, and don't care about customer service. The food orders are NEVER correct, and everything tastes so fake. I hate to pay for 2 things and only receive one, or get a messy McFlurry they refuse to mix because they "don't know if they can." And the tables and chairs are sticky, it's just gross. This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the country and should be shut down. I avoided this store for 3 years because the last time I went there my double quarter pounder was actually 3 not matching pieces of a patty that were placed on the bun under the cheese. I also found a small coke cup inside my large coke cup so I got a few sips and that was it. Well I decided to give them a try again today and what a mistake. The fries were so raw they were almost hard. The burger patties were so over cooked that I had to peel off the outside edges, and while it was just me, a car behind me, and one in front of me I waited 15 minutes in the drive through only for them to forget my drink. $12.86 for horrible food and service. I will never eat at McDonalds again. Maybe try hiring people who actually have people skills too. read more

Okay so I'm not usually the type to ever complain about food even if my order gets messed up, I will check my order before I leave but McDonald's convenience has just not been good the past couple of times I've been here. The first time was when I ordered a 10 piece and they gave me 9 nuggets. This happened twice actually. Then, my friend ordered from here and they gave him the completely wrong order and we had to go all the way back. I ordered from the same one tonight and I'm just fed up with McDonald's. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and my lettuce was old, my chicken was over cooked, I barely had any Mayo on it , the tomatoes were slimy and my bun was the worst part out of anything though because it was ridiculously hard. I was about to take a bite and I can hear and feel the crunch in the bun. I couldn't even eat the sandwich because the bread was so hard. McDonald's is great but this is just unacceptable and I have to speak up now. I hate to do it but I don't want other people to experience this. I went to grab a quick breakfast with my boyfriend. The lady working the drive thru EXTREMELY RUDE. We would have called but didn't get her name, she had pink hair. My boyfriend was trying to get her to use his points and use the coupon by giving her the code but she kept saying it wasn't working even though he asked her to scan it and then it worked because she wasn't hitting the completion button on the register. She was absolutely awful and mean. Not to mention they didn't even make the iced caramel macchiato right. Which I get people mess up sometimes but with the awful service and the messed up order put together. We were NOT happy customers. read more

Horrible service!! At about 320 am I order a number 2. Pay 8.18 cause I got a bottle water. Get pulled up cause they are waiting on fries. Multiple cars come and go. Final I back up to window and lady says "can I help you" lol wtf! I said "yes my order". I was waiting 14 mins. I said," can I just get my money back". I get 6.53 back!! The person who posted about the late night staff is dead on. They are the worst at this McDonald's. The daytime staff is usually better. Went there this morning and I ordered two Steak Bagel Combo's without egg. I get home to realize that they only gave me one of the combo's. I went back and went to the windows and told them they forgot one of the combos. They gave me a bag and as I was pulling away I checked the bag and it was minus the hash brown. I go in and the drive thru girl was very rude when I asked for a hash brown. She said, "I know I put two in there so no." I stated that she thought she put two bagels in the bag when the cook said he only made one. This through her into a complete fit. I asked for a manager and stated that even if she did put two hash browns in it would be nice to receive a fresh one since by time I got home to the original one if it was there it would be could and nasty. Morning staff spends too much time on their phone and talking with each other. Use foul language when they talk to each other and don't seem to care that customers are present. The food was terrible and of course, they got my order wrong. Definitely not recommended. read more
