Received the wrong order going through the drive-through (typical), went inside to get the correct order but they don't have enough staff to help people who walk in so I waited for a good 7 minutes before someone came over to help, I showed her my order on the app compared to what I was given, she took the bag which made me assume she was getting the correct order together. I was wrong. I'm standing there 10 minutes before I had to ask someone else. Then they had to re-make it all. In total, it took me 21 minutes to get a basic 4-item order with only 3 people ahead of me when I drive up. Ridiculous. read more

The Rollo McFlurry when they are busy. Half a portion of melted ice cream and no caramel (They were out but neglected to mention it and just handed it out the window). I got out and had to go in, and the girl was nice and added some bootleg caramel from the drink station, but it's not the same. The service is fairly quick. But the sandwiches are trash every single time you order the cheese is half off the sandwich ianything that doesn't come in a box aka Big Mac and 1/4 pounder expect it to be covered in condiments wrapper and all. The sandwich will be flattened like a pancake. I even experimented and got a plain hamburger just bread and a patty and they still managed to put the patty halfway off the bun. Whoever makes sandwiches there hates there job and makes sure the customer hates it too. If you do happen to go the only time you'll get "fresh" non stale food is if there's a line already. But to compensate for the "freshness" it will look like someone threw it together then stomped on it. I used to work at a McDonald's and can say making sloppy gross burgers does not make you move any quicker with getting orders out. They're just taking there frustrations out on the customer when they do that. Ordered 4 sweet teas and 1 unsweet tea, got 1 sweet tea & 4 unsweet teas. When I opened my cup to pour ice out, there was a small bug in my cup. Sorry ladies and gents, but this location has so many problems - wrong drinks, wrong food - mostly more than half the time. It is really aggravating and the management really does not do customer appreciation well when you consider a wrong order means more time, gas and effort to get things right for may-hap someone who is diabetic or allergic. About the only thing this location excels is neck tattoos and bad piercings for employees in to many locations (used to be called job killers). Speed of service: there were only 3 people ahead of us, yet it took 10 minutes to get a simple order of 2 happy meals filled....poor organization or training. I recently downloaded the McDonald's app after finding out that they offer BIG deals and free items if the falcons win on Sundays. I thought that was awesome. The McDonald's app is really cool (it's weird saying that but true). I do like their coffee and they have a section on the app for coffee drinkers, buy nine and get your tenth free. Thus is the worse. Most times you go one one drive thru window open. Instead of moving a customer holding everything up waiting for food to a space we all must wait. Last Saturday at 6 pm I was the fifth car in line and took a total of 23 minutes to get thru. It is actually faster to drive 5-8 minutes to Ridge Rd Mcdonalds's but food and drive back to Bridgemill than going to this one. I stopped in here twice on a recent visit during the Thanksgiving Day weekend. My first visit was late Sunday morning at 11:38 a.m. Being that it was past 10:00 a.m., I decided to try the all-day breakfast menu that McDonald's has been advertising. Keep in mind, the menu may vary with location. So at the time I ordered, the Egg McMuffin/Sausage McMuffin with Egg were not available. So I ordered two of the Sausage/Egg/Cheese Biscuit with a small coffee. My total came to $6.97. My coffee was served hot, as well as the biscuits. I don't think I have ever had a bad cup of coffee at McDonald's. The biscuits were delicious. The only problem was that I had to wait for over five minutes while waiting for my food. And I was the only person at the service counter. It seemed like the customers using the drive-thru window here were a priority and were given their order first. Even when they placed their order after I placed mine. My second visit came on the next day, and I had to wait several minutes because three customers who did not know how to order food in a fast food restaurant had to hold up the line. Reminded me about the old routine that Sinbad had in his stand-up comic act about having to wait in line at McDonald's. On both visits, my order was for the dining room. When I finally did receive my order ( Two Sausage Egg McMuffins, Two Hash Brown, and a large coffee ), all were served hot and freshly made. My total came up to $5.71. There was a special going on for the breakfast sandwiches, two for $3.00. Which is a great way to start the day before you get on the interstate for that long drive home.
