My wife and I eat here often, our four grown children and their families (three grandchildren, so far) when they are in town. The food is always great, the service wonderful, the prices competitive. Our grandkids of course love to press the big red button to start or keep the train running! We always eat in the sit-down and be served section of the restaurant. Love this Chick-fil-A! We have probably gotten take-out and dined in here two dozen times since moving to Woodstock in May 2020. Our orders are consistently accurate, and the food has always been delicious. When the dining room re-opened, I was so disappointed to see that it was so dated but was delighted to come back a while later and see that a beautiful renovation had been completed. Though this location is a favorite, I do have two complaints. First, the drive through really causes congestion for half the parking lot and also clogs the access street behind the restaurant. I know this is an issue for many CFAs but would love for the issue to be solved for this location. Second, I have been here several times when the floor inside seems to be covered in a cleaning substance that makes it nearly unsafe to walk. Even though I do have some "feedback," I still have to reiterate that this location is a favorite for the whole family. I love taking my 4 year old somewhere where she practically looks her plate (errr box) clean. read more

This is a great chik fil a location- staff is always courteous and pleasant. Parking and drive thru can be a bit tricky during peak times but they've recently started having staff direct vehicles which is awesome, it minimizes people cutting in line that pull in from the main road. Also I think they've set a great example for the fast food ind, during these unusual times. Wish more places would follow their lead. Keep up the good work! read more

Almost every fast food restaurant in the United States has a secret menu. From McDonald's apple pie mcflurry to a cake batter frappuccino at Starbucks....Chick fit A has a secret menu that makes eating fast food that much funner... Here is what I know about what's on the "secret menu" 1. spicy buffalo chicken sandwich-I've not a big fan of spicy stuff but people that I know that have ordered this swear by it. I hear it's a "slow burn" kind of spicy. and the pickles just cools it enough... 2. free ice cream-someone told me you can exchange a toy that you get from their kids meal for a free ice cream cone...not sure if this is true but if you try it and it works let me know... 3. Root beer float-this is a not so secret "secret item" I've know about this since high school and we use to get sugared up after school on this and then try the burp the alphabet after gulping it down...fun times! 4. Fried chicken club sandwich-it's basically the original sandwich but they add a tomato and lettuces to it. It makes you feel like you're eating healthier as you rinse it down with your large coke... 5. blueberry cheese cake milkshakes-one of the employees about this. I've not try it but it sounds absolutely divine....but I probably have to work out for an extra 2 hours just to burn it off....sigh..... Now enough with the secret menu and lets talk about this location. I've only been here in the mornings where every single person who drives a SUV living in Cherokee county is going through the drive thru. But the folks at this CFA get them out fast. They will have a person with a clip board sometimes out there taking orders in order to get the line moving faster. Very let down from an experience that happened a few days ago at this location. While driving up to drive thru I was next in line to drive over to where your order is taken. Apparently Lori that directs traffic miscommunicated where I was being directed. Instead of being understanding she harassed me with my child in the vehicle. Yelled at me saying if I tell you to go that way that's where you go! She said it rude and loud with a very angry facial expression. I had to ask her atleast 5 times what her name is so I could report her inappropriate behavior. The person taking my order made my order red flagged because I wanted to speak to Maggie the manager about this inappropriate situation. Maggie sent a worker over to talk yo me instead of her. Clearly customers are not important at this location anymore. read more

There drive thru is incredibly slow. The line is always long. I've had to go in for the last several mobile orders because the drive thru line is so long. The line in the drive thru blocks ALL HANDICAPPED parking spaces making it very difficult for those who, like me, have a disability. I won't be back to this location. read more

This is a great location as I frequent them daily, at different times. Chick-fil-A in general has always had higher standards. Have I noticed a little difference since the employee shortage, yes of course; however, feel they are doing the best they can right now. Most fast food restaurants have mostly teenagers working and some are not as diligent as others, especially some newly hired ones recently at our CFA, but at least they are working. My sandwich came with the wrong cheese, even though it clearly said American cheese on the tag on the box, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. The last three times I've eaten here I was given a wrong order. The last time I ordered grilled nuggets and received the ones that were fried . When I took them back the manager she acted as if it were my fault. She opened the box and looked inside as if I were lying...and then proceeded to slam the the nuggets in the trash in disgust!
