Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been around. Pulled up to it tonight and they were closed by 10:00 when it says 11:00 everywhere else. Another thing that really bothers me is whenever I do go there and they're ACTUALLY open, after I order they always make you go to the waiting parking spot. It doesn't matter if all you're getting is a coke or even if there is nobody behind you. Just ridiculous how bad this McDonald's is ran. read more

The one sentence that should never come from a restraint is "We are closed due to running out of food" This is the third time this has occurred and in my book unacceptable! This has to be the worst McDonald's location for 50 miles. Orders are consistently incorrect, managers don't do anything about complaints, they take the fast out of fast food, and I don't know why I go back. My favorite game is the pull forward game. Where they have you pull forward so a teenager can bring your food out while you wait in a parking space. This is only done to make their times look better. Naturally, the order will be wrong and you will have to go back inside or wait another 15 minutes to drive back through. read more

Now, I usually don't expect much from a McDonald's, but even giving it one star is a risk with how bad they have it there. I saw the employees being mistreated by the managers with major delays on my order because of it. I had to the entire time with the manager constantly insulting and forcing the staff away from the order. I will just say that with this major delay in cold food, kiosk out of receipt paper 99% of the time, and the cruel disrespect the manager gives his staff. I will no longer go to this establishment, and I'd suggest everyone else avoid it too. read more

Staff is typically new - and your order is never right. One time - I was ordering food at the counter - I witnessed the girl that was handling the drive-through take a sip of the drink, before she put a top on it, and handed it to the unknowing customer in the car. I have NEVER seen that in any other restaurant. I suppose they must pay the bare minimum, and turnover is high, which is why service is usually bad, and orders are wrong. It would not hurt you to pay a bit more, to have experienced employees who don't get the order wrong. read more

The worst possible attitudes from management down. I have rarely had my order properly filled the first time and the overall attitude is as bad as it could possibly be. If you must eat at this location, make sure that you double check your order before you leave. read more

My boyfriend and I went to the McDonald's at 1815 S. GRAND in Amarillo anf placed an order at the drive thru at 3:37pm. We are asked to wait over at the side. After 30 minutes we went inside only to find that we had been "forgotten". Our food had been waiting there for almost 30 minutes. Our food was soggy and greasy. My boyfriend was so upset he just left. After I got home I tried to call the store, only to find that this message and /or a phone message was my only recourse, unless I wanted to drive back up there and complain in person. My time is valuable too. I am here on vacation and have places to go. What happened to decent food and personal service? You would have thought that after realizing what they had done that would at least be willing to offer us some fresh food... But no... They just handed it to us with no offer to fix their mistake. read more
