Ok, now that I've 'accepted' these new ordering methods (using the app while driving is fun, and the in store ordering kiosks and digital menus are HORRIBLE), lets just keep it to food and service. I gassed up at the truck stop nearby, parked, and ordered 2 EggMcmuffins and two hash browns using the VERY nice BOGO$1 coupon in the app. 5 minutes later, pulled in, gave my code, they said 'William?', "yes", got an accurate receipt and food. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Exactly what I wanted. The face-face customer service was SUPERB! Management, you got it GOING ON. :) This McD's is easy on-off the freeway. Another fast food place where you have to touchscreen your order. But at least 1/4 of them are broken. The others are slower that dialup internet from the 90s. While the screen and menu items are organized in some way that only the designers know. Meanwhile, no one is around to help people who struggle with the touchscreens and there is no queue system to get to the touchscreens. So...good luck. read more

At 11 AM people are waiting 30 minutes for the food and it's not crowded. Completely incompetent.

I ordered 2 breakfast burritos with no cheese due to a severe dairy allergy and I was informed they could not sell them without the cheese as they are premade. Most other McDonald's have always accommodated my request and made my order fresh without adding cheese. This location emphatically refused. I backed out of the drive through and I went up the street 2 blocks to Burger King. There was no problem filling my request because their slogan is: " Have it your way"! By far the BEST McDonalds I've ever been to. The staff was attentive, kind, accommodating, and overall super respectful. The manager even went out of his way to make sure to pronounce my name correctly. They upgraded us to larger sizes without us knowing. Overall, I would definitely come back just for the service! I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich deal and it was at night was driving and pulled sandwich out only to bite into a burger with ketchup and I never order anything like that cuz I am allergy to ketchup. I turned around and went back and was already breaking out with reaction. I told them and showed them my reaction. One girl employee said I would be mad to the guy who gave me my food was telling me how sorry he was. By the time I got home I had to use a epinephrine pen to my leg to stop reaction. I was told they would cover my 277.00 pen replacement. Then I was told a name of insurance lady never given name of insurance company and never received even name of insurance company. Then they denined me cuz I left restaurant. So going there cost me 277.00 and almost killed me. I will see them in court read more

McD attached to the Rocket store and the Chevron gas station. Decent place. Service is a little slow. That's the only complaint I have. They gave me almost 15 mins to get me a fresh brew... that was strange. Other than that the people were friendly and helpful! read more

While my wife & I don't go for fast food very often, when it comes to fast food, this location is one of the best McDonald's I've been to while travelling in 10 states. We went to this location on our trek home. We only came for McFlurrys. Once we got to the order window they told us they didn't have ice cream. We were then locked into a drive thru that was packed. I called the manager while waiting in line (for nothing). And told him to put a sign out, so people don't get stuck and waste their time (be proactive rather than reactive). I was told that he was busy and he will talk to another manager about it. I don't expect much from a McDonalds, because despite awful customer service these places will still make money, but buyer beware. read more

This McDonalds shares its restrooms with an adjacent mini mart/gas station. The floor in front of the urinal was the most disgusting I've ever seen, and I've seen many. When I told the woman at the minimart (where the restrooms are) about it, she said "whenever we clean them they get dirty immediately," her point being she was going to do nothing. I told her I slipped and nearly fell. She did nothing. The food was fine, our fries were hot, the McDonalds' staff was friendly, but to risk a fall to use the rest room? Not worth it. read more

This McDonald's is hit and miss, and as someone with dietary restrictions that makes me nervous. I order burritos with no cheese sauce, and get cheese sauce. I get the wrong style toy for my childrens' Happy Meals. The food is standard for a McDonalds, but be check your food if you have a special order in the drive through. read more

"What we have here...is failure to communicate". After my visit to this McDonalds, attached to the Rocket Market convenience store at the Chevron gas station; I hear the old woman's voice saying this quote from the beginning of "Civil War" by Guns n' Roses. I ordered a #10, a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese meal, add bacon, no tomato. I got some chicken sandwich with bacon, no tomato. I took it back and pointed out the wrong sandwich. They were just going to throw it away! I know that's normal, but it's also wasteful. I asked if anyone wanted it and gave it away. They also forgot one of the fries my kid ordered. No problem, got those right away. The correct cheeseburger though seemed to have been forgotten about. Went back up to the counter after a little while wondering where it was and it seems that the request wasn't heard the first time. Let's try again. Wait a little more and then finally get it. Opened the box and it was a regular quarter pounder with cheese, add bacon, no tomato. Not the deluxe. I've had bad McDonalds elsewhere. None of the visit was bad, just failure to communicate. read more

Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.... You can't walk in and place an order in this restaurant without"earning your keep first"... A customer cannot walk to the counter and place their order, no, you are required to go to their panel, search through their menu listings, pick each item, and THEN you are allowed to approach the counter to pay for your order that you just entered in yourself. How would you like to have a family of five and have the awesome experience of entering everyone's order?? When it first opened, it was an excellent McDonald's restaurant, but the deterioration in food quality and service has been remarkable. On our last two visits, the fries have been inedible (cold and hard); the service has been chaotic; and the employee attitude seems to be that customers are an annoyance. Being a local resident, it pains me to see this fast food restaurant take such a precipitous dive. It strongly needs good on-the-spot management and a serious employee training program emphasizing customer relations and food preparation. read more
