This place is terrible. All the staff is unfriendly, slow and seem to hate their job. Last night I went to get a Oreo McFlurry and it took almost 8 min for them to answer the drive thru speaker. So by the time they answered there was a line of cars. Then following that they gave me the wrong McFlurry and when I pointed it out the gave me a disgusted look and tried to say i ordered that one. This has been among the worst McDonalds in the country since it opened. New ownership hasn't helped either. Slowest service for fast food. Order is wrong more often than not. Open anytime second drive thru lane is never open. Still have signage for holiday pies but they are no longer available. If they weren't so convenient I would never go back, but sometimes you just need your McD fix and here they are. Reading the past reviews it's obvious they don't care as they know it's them, Taco Bell or Sonic for fast food options and they have the biggest name and most money behind them. read more

Do you ever wake up in the morning and you were absolutely craving a sausage Egg McMuffin from McDonald's? I had that happen today and then I went to my local McDonald's and I found out they were closed. Upon further investigation I found out they were closed because there is a protest against illegal immigration and too many of the employees decided to walk out thus they cannot open the store. I cannot for a moment understand how this could possibly happen. So I contacted the management company. They actually agreed with the employees walking out on work today to try to further their cause for illegal immigration. This is absolutely not a place that deserves any of our money. Illegal immigration costs all of us $115 billion a year and for this local, small town, business to respond like this is beyond me. read more

I was driving through Celina and I decided to stop at McDonald's. Ordering process was fine but when I finished paying that's where it the problem began. There was only one car in front of us and it took them 10 minutes to get their snow cone. They left and we waited another 10 minutes to get our food. Never stoping at this McDonalds again!!!! read more

Started going thru the drive-thru and met the sweetest young lady. She always hands me my purchase with the sweetest smile and has something to say. Eva, the morning manager yells constantly at her employees. Management by intimidation is just wrong! No wonder the service level is low. Who would want to do a good job for a tyrant! She was curt and snippy with me, a customer who ordered via the kiosk and just wanted to pay for my coffee. I don't think I've ever received everything correct in my drive-thru orders. The second drive-thru lane is never open. But the icing on the cake happened just this past Friday when we stopped for milkshakes at 9:15 p.m., pulled up to the drive-thru screen to order, and heard a recorded message say that the restaurant was closed. The lights were on and people (both employees & customers) were walking around inside. We pulled slowly around the side of the building to see two teenage, male employees standing at the pick-up window laughing. We left and went to Sonic instead. From there, I called that McDonald's to see if they were open and what time they close. The man who answered (not a teenager) said the lobby would be open until midnight and the drive-thru until 11 p.m. When I told this man what we had just experienced, he said that recorded message is on a timer and it should not be on right now and to please come back. I told him we took our business to Sonic instead. Driving past McDonald's on our way home, there were 2 cars in the drive-thru lane getting food. Teenagers trying to be funny will come at a cost when business goes elsewhere. read more

Made the mistake of trusting the drive thru to get my order ready. Ordered 2 kids cheeseburger kids meals with just mayo meat cheese and bread. Both with fries AND apples. Plus my meal. Ended up with one cheeseburger with mayo ketchup and mustard and the other cheeseburger was the normal with ketchup mustard pickles and onions cheese and bread. One happy meal had fries and apple the other didn't not have apples at all. I knew better to leave without looking so some fault is mine. On the drive thru screen the order was correct.
