I've always enjoyed patronizing your McDonald's here in Central Point until recently. The younger manager needs to learn better manners and service. I came in this evening at around 9:30 and waited at the front counter for over 5 minutes. No one acknowledged my presence. Could it be that I am 81 years. I am a fan of Warren Buffet who holds shares of stock of McDonald's and eats at the Omaha, Nebraska McDonald's every morning for breakfast. I looked around the corner and asked for someone to help. Terrible customer servive, by their Manager! They must've not heard one of the items I ordered at the speaker. When I checked my bag I told them something was missing. I told him no problem, I'll pay for it. The Manager, Marcus, told me I had to go back thru the drive thru line, refused to ring me up there, or walk over to a register, then shut the window in my face. I had to wave and honk, I aks for the Manager, he just points at his shirt and shuts the window in my face as I'm talking. All I get here is coffee. It's morning time, I'm sipping my coffee in the parking lot and it's lukewarm. The employees were all nice but going through the drive-thru to just get a coffee and have it be handed to me lukewarm is not acceptable. I don't feel like going through the drive-thru again so I'm gulping down the coffee and leaving. It is rare to find a place in this entire valley where they are consistently good with service and food. Check your food before pulling away from the drive through window. They had forgotten the hamburgers from my order (an easy fix, no problem). I drove back through the drive thru and spoke to the manager Travis who called me a liar, but to pull through. I drove to the window and while the associate handed me the order correction he yelled through the drive thru window "You're a f**king liar!" I decided to enter the store to get his name. He was the manager, Travis. Tall guy, short hair, and beard. He called me a liar again and caused a huge scene. His behavior was shameful, and unprofessional. Well we now know the reason for the 1 star ratings.... We stopped on our way through town for breakfast, order was right...food was warm!!! However we ordered an Egg McMuffin and got an Egg Shell McMuffin! There was a quarter size egg shell inside the egg, don't know how they missed it????? being it was such a big piece. We tried this location again, to give them another chance...and they blew it again. I only had one special order sandwich out of four, and they couldn't get that right. I drove all the way back to get my item replaced, and I mentioned that my fries were going to be cold by the time I got home, I heard the manager say "Not my problem". She gave me attitude and really, kind of unnecessarily yelled at the grill staff for screwing up my order. I live in Central Point, but would rather drive to GP to get McDonald's again. They gave me a card for a free meal, but that went in the paper shredder at home. You have absolutely lost me as a customer, and my entire family. Tonight, my kids and I went threw their drive thru, knowing that I shouldn't, but I was tired and we needed dinner in a hurry. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken. The man at the window tries giving me food I didn't even order, then hands me my order. I get my salad home and there's no chicken on the salad. Not much of anything on it as a matter of fact. I was served a severely undercooked chicken patty GROSS! I went here on my way back from Oregon to visit my brother in Corvallis and ordered the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich meal. my patty was super squishy and looked like the color of infected mucus. It was truly disgusting. Also the soda machine was totally out of whack. It must not have been connected to the seltzer properly or something because all I drank was syrup (icky). I feel like it'd be pretty hard to mess up a McDonalds visit so heinously, but this location sure did the trick! It was pretty disappointing. A good thing came though when the employee helped me out with my order. I was pretty grossed out and brought it to the attention of the staff. She promptly apologized and offered to give me a new sandwich, but I'd lost my appetite so I just took my money back and munched on my fries for our next driving segment. I'll come here occassionally before work and usually it is fine. However, today I went through the drive thru and ordered a non-fat, no-whip iced mocha. My receipt stated it correctly, however they made it hot. I asked for iced and they asked me to park so they could bring it out. Unfortunately, they forgot about me and I had to go inside after 10 minutes. They quickly said sorry and shoved the coffee at me, but it was full fat and just an iced coffee, not a mocha. Unfortunately I was already late to work at this point and nobody seemed to give me the time of day. Usually I don't complain, but it did put a damper on my opinion of this McDonalds (especially as I was just starting to prefer their iced mochas to those of other coffee chains). Bummer! read more

I went through the drive thru in Central Point this morning and ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and extra mustard. She repeated the order back but didn't acknowledge the mustard. I repeated my mustard request. She said they don't have it and asked if packets are ok. I said yes. I've ordered it this way for MANY years at multiple locations in Southern Oregon and VERY rarely do they put the mustard on (less than a handful of times). When they remember (even after me requesting again at the window where they hand you your food), they'll give me packets of mustard. Today I asked at the food window why they won't put mustard on the biscuit. The girl's reply was, "I don't know, we probably don't have mustard. I just hand out the food, I don't make it." I had to inform her that McDonald's puts mustard on some of their burgers. No attempt at all to get an answer to my question. It appeared that she was just in a hurry to get me to shut up and move forward from the drive thru window. I figure that is the level of intelligence and customer service that you get in Southern Oregon for $15/hr. I started out as just asking my question out of curiosity however after talking to her, I was irritated. I called the phone number on the receipt and asked to speak with a manager. I told her what transpired and asked her the same question. She also said, "I don't know. Probably because that's the way it was ordered in the computer, with packets." I said that doesn't make sense since they've done it this way for years at multiple locations." I added that the employees are responsible for entering a customer's order into their computer correctly, not the customer. I said I order it the SAME way EVERY time. She again said, "I don't know. Probably because that's the way it was entered in the computer." As if I didn't hear her when she said it the first time. I asked her if it is possible to get an answer to my question. Wait for it..... She gave me the same exact reply a third time". Brilliant! The manager was no better than the employee and clearly no more informed either. I think I'm pretty much done with this location and maybe all locations. They clearly do not deserve more than minimum wage. read more

I waited in a ridiculous drive through line because my kids wanted McDonald's. I received my food and drove home, realized I was missing a 20 piece nugget and a large fry. Drove back to the store waited in the long line again only to told that because I didn't want a credit card receipt and my bag didn't have a receipt with it that there was nothing they could do. This really pissed me off and I admit I may have used some language that I shouldn't have. I tried to buy the meal again and was told to leave the drive through.
