No longer wasting my money here. We order extras (bacon/Sauce/etc.) and usually come home to no sauce, no bacon... or it's right but completely burned so I cannot even eat my bagel. We will get home to food missing, or sausage when we asked for bacon, or hasbrowns that do not come out of the package without the paper ripping around it. Always goes in the trash. Absolutely horrible service. Sat in line for 25 minutes to get to the window and the girl hands me two sodas with NO ice! Then tells me she got ice. I asked for ice in my drinks and she hands them back to me with three ice cubes in it. She used the excuse she's BRAND NEW. I don't care if you are brand new or not, you don't pay for the ice out of your pocket. Giving me an attitude on top of asking for ice in my soda. No need for the attitude. Usually I don't leave 5 star reviews for fast food chain restaurants but in light of the current situation we find ourselves in as a nation I want to give props where they are due. We stopped by last weekend before heading to Terrapin Park for lunch and had to use the drive through because of social distancing. Even though it was lunch time the line moved quickly and our food tasted like it was just off the grill/fryer, hubby couldn't stop raving about how his quarter pounder with cheese, said it was the best he had ever had. One of the worst. Order is often messed up. Frequently runs out of product, including promotions. Most staff rarely even talk to you. Basic manors, such as please and thank you, are not used. If you want a burger, my advice would be, to go to Hardies down the street. read more

Hands down, this is the worst service of any McDonald's anywhere. From getting a soda spilled on me at the drive through, to being asked to drive away from the drive through only to be forgotten, to the absolutely insane inability to adequately prepare for meal time rushes, this is a very poorly managed establishment. The food is more often than not, served cold. Ordering an unsweetened ice tea is a 50 / 50 proposition that you will get the syrup they call sweet tea. Sometimes the fries are salted, sometimes they aren't. They will mostly get your order right, provided they are not busy. Let me tell you a story: It's 9:38 at night. It's Sunday. It's raining. Nobody is in sight. You pull to the drive through and as you're rolling your window down the high school aged girl is already halfway finished snapping at you because you haven't ordered yet. You politely ask for a sweet tea and a FRESH french fry. You pull up. Your food is already out. Your drink hasn't been made. You hand the same girl from the speaker the cash, and get this as a reply "Here's this." as you get your change. A moment later, she hands your food and drink out separately. "and this...and this." ALL EMPLOYEES are like this. Sour, ill-mannered and lacking basic service and hospitality skills. After discovering my fries are COLD and SOGGY, I pull around front and walk in. The girl who took my order is now in the dining room pacing. She walks right past me without saying a word and goes to drop in a fresh batch of fries. I was not offered an apology, refund, larger fry, anything. Then, on my way out, she made a snide remark. If you enjoy being walked on, visit this restaurant. There was a chick in the parking lot who asked me for a ride to the bridge and got pretty pissed off when I said no. As I was leaving after my messed up order (they always screw up the orders shit is NEVER right), she was getting into a pickup truck with a guy who looked like the BTK killer that was doing that slow, creepy redneck laugh, the one that sounds like "hur, hur, hur."
