The pretzels tasted fresh and customer service was amazing! I come here whenever I'm craving soft pretzels specially with the spicy cheese!

I am appalled at some of the reviews I am reading for this place. I forgot about the rewards program. So frustrating they don't participate in it. I had younger staff and they all seemed really happy and enjoying their time or just doing an excellent customer service job. Maybe they changed staff recently or I got super lucky. They asked me if I wanted no salt and I said no salt. I didn't think of that as a "thing " and the pretzel is flavorful enough for me with just their seasoning mixes. The pretzels were fresh. They had no napkins but were re-supplying when I left. The service was so good I'd want to stop at this particular place again and hope for the same combination of 4 or so staff that were around Sat July 1. This is the worst store. They have flies buzzing around here all the time and the workers aren't very aware that their main focus should be the customers, not rolling trash cans out the door...actually maybe that's why they had so many flies. Okay, dump the trash before it piles up so much! I asked the guy if the coffee was fresh- yep! Oh no. Not fresh. But I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. They closed 55 minutes early on a Friday with no warning. Very disappointing, especially in this location with limited food options.

The employees don't wear their masks properly, eat and breathe over the food. They are not taking COVID precautions seriously. Eat here at your own risk. read more

Do not go to this location. They are not honoring covid-19 protocols. Mask were not worn correctly and they had an attitude about it.

The lady at the register was clearly racist after talking, smiling, and serving the Caucasian family ahead of us she gets to my husband and she rudely says what do you want, the Caucasian family that stepped aside to wait for their order even turned around like who is she talking to like that surprised at her attitude. I do not appreciate ignorance like that and told my husband we can go somewhere because he serves this country and fights wars for people here and does not deserve to be treated any kind of way, it's horrible! You can hire who you want but you should really think about who you are placing to face customers and provide customer service. eating an auntie anne's pretzel reminds me of my college days when i used to drop by the auntie anne's on campus and pick up 1 or 2 (sometimes 3) pretzels to snack on or have as my lunch (yes, i was a poor college student back then). unfortunately, where i live now, i almost never see auntie anne's, so of course, i kinda jumped at the opportunity to have something that gave me some happy thoughts. my tummy was also rumbling, so it was time for a quick feeding. i requested an original pretzel with NO salt and NO butter, but unfortunately, they didn't have any of these readily available. so i took the original with butter, but NO salt instead. it wasn't bad, not too much butter, but still soft and chewy, full of taste, exactly as i remembered. unfortunately, the price tag has gotten a bit bigger since i was in college and a single pretzel is now a little over $3 (incl tax). this is still a great store offering delicious tasting pretzels with lots of great flavour options (original, cinnamon, raisin, etc) and dips which will hold you over until your next meal. i just wish the prices had stayed the same, b/c the pretzel size has not increased. read more

In the midst of the Omicron surge, the two women prepping good did not wear masks and the man who offered to serve me had hus mask around his chin. I asked him to move it properly into place before serving me. He moved it so his mouth was covered but his nose was out. I asked him to move it over his nose and he told me he wasn't required to wear a mask at all. I told him I wasn't required to buy food from his store and left. The two women who were not masked, stared out the window after me talking and glaring. Not good food safety or good customer service! read more

Went 8/17/18 around 3:30pm. There were five staff members and we were waiting to order at the front of the cue for several minutes but were pointedly ignored. A line was piling up behind, and we asked where we order, still ignored. We went elsewhere for snacks. read more

Disgusting. I title my review DISGUSTED After spending this past Sunday 6/22 lounging on OC Beach. My friend and I decided to get a quick bite to eat. Auntie Annie's was the only food place open on a Sunday in the outlet mall. We stopped in and to our horror there were flies all over the place. Hundreds of them. They were pitched on the wall. They were flying on uncovered food. They were tiny filthy disgusting opportunistic space invaders waiting for an unsuspecting customer to leave their baked goods uncovered. I walked in and walked right back out. Ugh! There is no excuse for this level of disgustingness. Clean up your act! And I will be filing a formal complaint with the health board. read more

It's Auntie Annes. You get that needed sustenance of carbs while shopping. The great thing is that the pretzels are consistent wherever you are. Regular pretzel with salt is buttery with a hint of sweetness. It's the best!!! read more

My husband and I stopped in for a quick snack during a drive. The tiny restaurant was packed. There were two cash registers going and about eight people in line in front of us. We could barely get in the door. There were lots of employees, but the service was really slow. Happily, they had samples of melted ice cream for us to enjoy while we waited. The pretzel was extra greasy, but tasted really good. Totally hit the spot! read more

Worst customer service ever. I don't know who the 3 ladies who work there, but they all look like they're related. I walk in, no acknowledgement until I say something first. Then one of the little skinny cashiers goes to the back and says she's "I'll just go ahead and do something in the back while y'all decide" and then the little girl has an attitude when I told her the combo number 3 was a blue lemonade not regular, and then talks to her co worker and asks if we can get blue lemonade with that combo. If you work there, KNOW YOUR STUFF! Goodness. Some people really need to just find their passion and stop working customer service roles if they can't have a good attitude. And I get you have bad days, but don't take it out on people who are there just to get a DECENT pretzel. read more

this review is for the customer service and management/franchise owner. Stopped in yesterday foe a quick snack around 11am. Placed order. Mini hotdogs were not ready, had to wait 5 minutes. Asked for ketchup, cause I didn't see any. We don't have any. Really, IQ said, why not? We ran out. Oh, that's not good, I said and then she told me I could get some from the hot dog vendor across the street. Meanwhile the person cooking, mumbled, we'll get some on Monday....this was a Friday. PItiful customer service and management of this store. read more

This place is not well managed. The workers are disrespectful teenagers who do not care about the customers. They just walk away from open registers and tell everyone to move to the other line. They did not have ANYTHING in stock and told people to come back in 20 minutes and something MIGHT be ready from the over. What a freaking joke.. read more
