I called to ask a question and to give me one min they repeatedly said McDonald's and told me to go "mc nut up my a**" and when I called back to talk to a manager she had said that I need to stop playing around and I'm way to old to be acting like this that we should know they don't do orders over the phone. Oh. My. That really sums it up. This must be the worst McDonalds ever. The drive thru was super slow, the coffee machine was broken on a Monday morning, the service was terrible. The person who took our order in the drive thru told us twice, rudely, to pull forward before our order was even complete. I had a really good experience at McDonald's on 3rd street the food was fresh I ordered a quarter pounder-meal. I love this place McDonald's is one of my favorite places to eat . The manger named Barbara is always friendly she makes sure you get what you ordered I couldn't ask for a better place as well as service. read more

we ordered from here last night using door dash, dash dropped off the order, and nothing in the order was correct,gave us someone elses order, tried to contact dash, not much luck, i only live a few minutes away. so i drove down to mcdonalds, drive thru is packed, so i go to front door and knock, manager comes, opens door, i explained what happened, probably explained way to harshly., she checks, and sure enough our order is setting in the kitchen, she redid the order, checked everything and gave me some pies for the trouble, she was the most professional manger i have ever dealt with. her tone and manner her actions all awesome.i give her 5 stars, she definitly needs some better help in the store. i repeat the night shift manager working 4/19/21 is awesome, give her some good help mcdonalds read more

First they messed up my order, then they gave me a half filled Frappe and when I said I'd like the cup filled up they said they couldn't. To that my response was that I wanted my money back. Miraculously they were able to fill the Frappe up. The service, cleanliness and food was awful. I think this might be the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. read more

No ones communicating in the kitchen. My food took 15 minutes to get, not because it was busy, but because the grill guy didn't know he was out of the ingredients. The lady at expo told me at about 10 minutes in that they were making me fresh food, that's why it was taking so long. The food wasn't hot, and the fries were stale. The cashier was apologetic, and added a couple pies and a drink. Which was nice, but, I'd rather have had hot food for the wait. Horrible experience. Drug dealers dealing meth from the bathroom. Unsanitary environment for food. Workers had no idea what they were doing. We ordered coffee and they forgot about our order for 15 minutes and then told us after we waited this long that "they didn't know how to make it". I was outraged as they offered us their cold desolate apple cries as we waited 20 minutes while they "tried to figure it out". This is one of the worst experiences at McDonald's I've had. In terms of cleanliness and comfort. The tables were gross and sticky as well as the drink station, which was out of sweet tea and low on just about everything else. You couldnt even sit down and eat your food without flies landing you. My sister found a ant in her chicken nuggets. Tiles were missing from the ceiling which was also leaking water on to our table. The bathrooms were nasty. And the service and food weren't really that great either. Fries were over done and the burger was extremely greasy. The women handing out food was rude to the customersm And to top it all off they forgot my dad's food. Will not go back again. I do not recommend. Flys were everywhere when we walked in the place, but hoped it was just Bc of the incoming people coming in and out the door. The lady who took our order and the different on who handed us our food were not very friendly. You could also hear them very loudly yelling at each other to drop grilled chicken. Once getting my food you could tell the fries have been sitting in the fry vat much longer than the 7 minute time frame. The ice cream machine was broken. you cant rate this store. I just waited over 10 minutes while the girl behind the counter wandered back and forth trying to re fill orders that had not been correctly filled. Every time I go in this location I swear I will never return. I will only get coffee here (very few places in the area to get coffee). The store is nasty, full of flies, and the employees look dirty, some are covered with jail tattoos, and act ghetto. It is probably a better place to buy drugs than food. I have seen an employee pick up condiments from the nasty floor and hand them out. My office manager stopped and got a bagel one morning and the bottom of it was covered with mold.
