This McDonald's service is awful every time you go there. Every car in the drive thru at 830 Pm had to pull over in vacant spots and wait for their order. The worst part is the older lady bringing out the orders did not speak English and was letting the customers look in the bag to see if it was their order. Then would take the food to the next car until she got the right customer! I ended up waiting 10 min for my order and still had to go in and get it myself. The manager didn't even care . This is the last time I will even go to this McDonald's because after all that my fries were cold and chewy. So I have no idea why I had to wait on the first place. This Place just sucks all around! This McDonalds, out of all the ones I have visited across the country, has been uniquely disappointing and awful in their service, product availability, and cleanliness. Do you want breakfast? They're out of hash browns. Do you want lunch? They're out of Diet Coke. Or ketchup. Or chicken. God forbid you make a trip just for ice cream.... It's broken, or they're out of it, or the mix is watery, or... take your pick. And the wait times... change... your... plans! I have been stuck in line at this drive through for up 30 minutes with less than 7 cars in front of me while the employees figure out what the difference is between fries and a pile of straws. If you absolutely, positively, without a doubt have no other options but a Big Mac from *this* McDonalds, lower your expectations, hold your nose, and clear your schedule. If you use the drive-thru, do not move your car before checking everything you ordered.We paid for hot chocolate. The boy brought us coffee, insisting it was the higher-priced hot chocolate.We had left but quickly called the location after discovering the switch-out. The female who answered said she was the manager but she wasn't. Then she hung up on us. We went back in person and a woman (who appeared to be the actual manager) did make the hot chocolate we paid for. We then sent an e-mail to the owner of the location.We haven't had a reply. I have no complaints about the food, it was delicious, but here's the thing- I ordered off of the dollar menu simply because money was tight at the end of the week (pay day, you know). However, when my bill came out to $4.98, I handed the cashier $10.02 and he was baffled, maybe because the cash register told him my change was $5.04. He kept talking to me as he tried to make my change, but I couldn't hear him because $1, he was a "low-talker" and in general I probably couldn't have heard him, and #2, that place is LOUD! He took one more quarter from me and then handed me $5 and some pennies and dimes, and you know what? That atmosphere was really getting to me, so I just took it because I couldn't wait to get out of there! But warning! Use the drive-thru, and if you don't, there's a register that either isn't programmed right or is secretly ripping everyone off who doesn't count their change or care enough- depends on how paranoid you're feeling. read more

I would have given 5 stars but the service here is atrocious. Most of the employees have an attitude and if you speak to the manager she just tells you off. I like this McDonald's because of the playground for my granddaughter. The food is ok but don't ask for any particular order because they will say no or give you an attitude. read more

Ray Kroc is spinning in his grave. This is the WORST location ever. I went to the drive through arriving at approximately 730 pm on 5/26. I had to wait a half of a hour just to place the order. All I wanted was 2 large Diet Cokes. It took another ten minutes to make it from the order intercom to the pay window. The young lady took my money without a thank you, a smile or anything. Then after waiting ten to fifteen minutes just to get the two diet cokes. I asked the young man at the pickup window, why I had to wait a half an hour to get two diet cokes.. his response was " I AINT GOT SHIT TO DO WITH THAT" I asked him his name. He scoffed and turned his back towards me. I have never seen such terrible customer service.... EVER. I will drive 20 miles of of the way before I Ever go to or spend a dime at this rogue poor parody of McDonalds again. Every manager at this location should be fired and every staff member with them. This is got to be the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I am currently sitting in line in the parking lot finally after having to sit on Archer Avenue for 15 minutes because of the long drive thru lines. If it weren't for the kids wanting ice cream and Happy Meals I would have been gone. Two cars have moved in the last 20 minutes that I've been sitting here. I have never been to McDonald's that is so slow. Current wait time: 29 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. This place blows. Here's a well deserved positive review of an awesome McDonald's! I was just here for McRib sandwiches... Whoh Shit!!! The best F#@!ing McRib sandwiches I've ever had! I've been eating these things for 35+ years! The sauce was very plentiful and delicious! Onions and pickles were the perfect amount to complement the taste of everything this sandwich has to offer! Very fresh. This is McDonald's? I'm raving about McDonald's again! The other Mickey D's I thought was so good is all the way in Chenoa, IL. The service here is very good. Always easy to hear them through the loudspeaker. The employees here have always been friendly and happy twards me. When there was dine in, the dining room and bathroom were always very clean. I give it five stars because more often than not, I can get my three double cheeseburgers (just mayo) and large fry for a lil over 5 bucks and in about 4 minutes from order to food. That's not bad because typically, the time that I swing in there is after a late night at a bar and don't want to wake up with a pounder of a headache. Wasted time, money, and points. Placed a mobile order to pick up at drive thru. Person at microphone asked me to pull up to the window. I tell the person at the first window I'm here to pick up order ____. She asks me, "Uber?" I tell her no. She asks me who's it for? I tell her, "me." She then tells me to pull up to the second window. I ordered two sandwiches, and the person at the second window is about to hand me a coke. She's confused, looks for some other car, and starts writing down something. She then tells me to park in one of the curbside order spots. I waited for twenty minutes and nothing. I walk inside, where they tell me there was a problem with the system not making my order show up (I was charged though?) so my order wasn't made; they offered to start making it. I left but called later for a refund, which they told me they can only do at the store. I tell them I'm not coming back as this is not my local McDonald's and they tell me to call another number. When I call McDonald's customer service, they tell me the store CAN do a money refund over the phone. After calling, I'm getting my points and money back. I know afternoons can get hectic.. but why send me to the next step if they couldn't see my order. read more

Order 6 sundaes and a frappe. I was told to park until they made the Sundaes. The employee brought 5 sundaes with no frappe. Was made to wait another 5 minutes for a frappe.
