the employees are great, managment not. By far the slowest fast food joint around. If you stop in for breakfast in the drivethru, prepare to wait over 5 minutes, minimum. Saturdays, make it 10. Very dirty right after opening Father's Day. Men's room had large to roll on hand rail rather than in the dispenser. Very loose toilet seat, blood on the floor, and both hand dryers blowing cold air. I was hoping to get it quick and go. The minute i went up the front desk I knew it was a mistake coming here. There were at least 5 ppl in the front working. I waited a full 5 min before someone ask me if I was help. Then a lady that was just went through the drive through complain that her food was cold. I was getting nervous about my order. I order two sweet tea but it was not sweet at all. On top of that the container was almost empty. I told them and they say they will take care of it which they didn't. Worst McDonald's ever ice cream machine always broken. This is one of worst things I hate about this McDonald's they get your order wrong all the time. Yesterday I went and I got a caramel frappe and the got it wrong every single time first it was the mocha frappe then the mocha frappe again until I had to talk to the lady and I had to stand there in front of them watching them make it. This is by far one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It took me over 30 minutes to get my food through the drive-thru and all i ordered was a hamburger & smoothie!!!!!! It took the girl three minutes to even greet me when I pulled up to the speaker & then she didn't even get my order right!!!!!! Then when I got to the window the girl who took my money didn't even smile or apologize for the ridiculous wait time!!!! Not only that she was wearing gloves so was she taking people's money & making food at the same time???? Who knows! Point being this is a terrible excuse for a fast food place. it was one of the best McDonalds i have ever been at. i went last week and there were these two young ladies one of them handed out my order i recall she had orange hair and was a manger went she went to go grab one of the drinks another young lady asked if i needed something i do recall her name was noelia she was so kind about me asking for sauces and both of those young ladies were so sweet totally recommend coming here again! read more

I have had numerous problems with this location. One evening I went back into the store after yet another screw-up to talk with the manager. He began to defend the situation to say he was working counter and not drive-thru. I explained he was the manager and thus responsible. He began to yell at me and tell me it was my fault. I threw the food on the floor and left. Reported to corp. what had happened and got a call from the GM, Rose I think is her name. Explained what had happened and she apologized, refunded my order and gave me her cell number so I could call he in the future if there is a problem. She had told me she reviewed the tape and confirmed what I told her. I will give it another chance. Fastfood can't be this hard. 3 weeks ago at 7:42am got coffee at drive thru left through southern exit damaged both driver side tires from debris in the greatest exposed entry to the property truck/vehicle entry. Shift manager Rosa took photos claimed it was not there fault. Insurance adjuster called said the tires were old and NOT there fault. I never have been able to speak with the owner. Linda Pittman store nanager never returned my calls. Shift manager banded me from the store called the police on me because I was gathers info and advising her I would file a claim in small claims court. Then she called the Chowchilla Popo. This franchisee owner along with his so called management leave much to be desired! Beware that if you are ENTERING this MacDonalds just off Hwy99 in Chowchilla you have a likely hood of poor Quality food, service, nasty restrooms as you see from a previous post and you may have your Vehicle damaged do to debris on there overall property. All the Owner needs to do is call me his staff has my number. But I think he is an Idiot and MacDonalds should take away his franchises. RD read more

The food is the same as every other McDonalds. The service is extremely slow at this place. If you are in the drive thru at this McDonalds then you have officially put yourself in the worst position possible, sloooowww would be an understatement! read more

They messed up our order - left two things off and we had to go back and point it out and wait quite a bit for one of them. They definitely prioritize drive-through orders. The women's bathroom only has two stalls - crazy for a restaurant right off of Highway 99. The wait was really long. Would give one star but was very impressed with the cheeriness and great service of one of the cashiers - Lauralynn, I think? She really set an example, and watching her kept me positive even as I waited a away from my family for our missing item. Some people really try hard at their work, and it makes a big difference. read more
