My daughter called in our order while I was in Merced.She was told pick up in 15 minutes.I got into town and had to run into Save Mart first so by that time,it had been like 25 minutes..went in and order still wasn't ready,.waited inside the restaurant about 15 minutes longer,which would be a total if 40 minutes..they were not busy..the whole time I heard the young blond in a long ponytail and glasses using the "F" word very loudly and yelling"UGHHH" over and over..this was so ridiculous! I'm so disappointed in my local Little Cesar's Pizza. I love their pretzel crust pizza and I buy it as often as I can when they bring it back (it's a "limited time only" pizza). I've purchased at least six of them in the last two months but the last 3 were just awful. A few days ago I was craving it but the young man working could care less about the quality! In terms of pizza, Little Caesars is what it is - good pizza at a good price. It's not some fancy pizza joint with Glazed Tibetan Yellow Onions served over Siamese Tofu. It fast food pizza done well. That aside, the people working there are always friendly and professional, quick to help and quick to get me on my way. We've probably ordered a couple of dozen pizzas there over the last few years and they've never made one wrong, which I think says a lot. Especially so, since every one has been vegan. It's always lit well and always clean and they are great in a pinch, when it's late and we haven't started dinner yet. read more

About every third time I order from this place something is wrong. First they completely messed the order up. Second time they having me something that hardly look like a pizza. Third time they run out of food but I can live with that. This time we ended up waiting 45 minutes for a pizza they said would take 20 minutes. This location has issues getting orders correct. The reason I have returned here is because there isn't much for pizza in town and my kids like it. Unfortunately, there is an issue with not getting your order made or given the wrong order when you show up after calling in an order. Overall, i am not a huge fan of little caesars. i think there pizza quality isn't as great as some of the other places. Having said that, i must admit i have had a good experience in chowchilla location. Decent staff. Quick service and "OK" pizza! I do like the connivence of it being located near save mart. I am done purchasing from this place! The employees are rude and NEVER apologize for incorrect orders or when an order can not be completed due to not having the ingredients. I placed my order online a few weeks ago (so they had my phone number to contact me for any reason) when I got there my order was not ready and I had received the email it was. Plus I was then told they didn't have the tray to put the cinnamon dots in so they were told don't sell them. Seriously over a tray you can not make an item, you have pizza boxes and trays for wings but couldn't put them in that. But whatever, to today we ordered several pizzas breadsticks and cinnamon dots again (we have wanted to try these since they brought them out) again we get to the store to hear oh we don't have thin crust or the cinnamon for the dots so we just made your order as extra most bestest and will refund the cinnamon dots. Well we don't really care for other crust from little ceasers and really like the thin crust. So this was unacceptable. Again no call and no apologies. I asked who the DM was and was told I don't with shrugged shoulders. This place needs new employees and new management. read more
