This McDonald's is the best we have had when we go to other places it's no where as good as this location would give it 10 stars If I could

I come here once a week to some of the worst service in the companies history. The store has an appearance of brand beware but the floor had an unmoved soda on the ground with a wet floor sign, I never get my drinks to which I'm out at least 15 bucks at this point always hoping I'll get the cup but never EVER do. Then there are the bathrooms woth shit stains that eventually get cleaned up since I never see the same one twice with an over all bathroom smell you can on occasion smell in the entry way. Unlike other mcdonalds, there is absolutely no customer service, no one actively talking to customers and cleaning the store. And to top it off the food was literally theown at me the last time. I enjoyed my stay, payed less than $5 and left more than satisfied. also- whose idea was it to add these apps that give you awesome deals daily? I'm pretty sure all the toothless meth heads in town work there. My husband and I went in to get lunch and the black lady that was serving us was rude as hell. She did not greet me,and,rolled her eyes when I asked for the McRib-which they aren't serving anymore. They were showing that they had it on the above board. False advertisement. I asked her why they were showing they are serving it,and she rolled her eyes and said as shitty as she could I don't know why it's up there. This point I looked at my husband and told him I wanted SubWay instead. I made the mistake,and went in to this McDonald's again for lunch a few days ago,and the convict that served me was rude. He got mad that the kiosk didn't let me pay there for some reason,then when I asked for my food receipt he scoffed and tore the receipt off the machine and tried to throw it at me. He was more interested in flirting with his boyfriends than serving other people. Needless to say-I told the manager. She gave me a free meal card,I'm sure to keep me quiet,but, I brought it to her attention. Waited in drive thru line for over 20 mins. The people working the windows were friendly but obviously not aware of what fast food means. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and got home and realized they had given me the quarter pounder deluxe. Which apparently means every ounce of mayo they had in the kitchen and about a pound of shredded disgusting lettuce. Wishing now that I had just gone somewhere else for dinner. read more

Awful McDonald's very rude !!! I sit thru the drive thru they wouldn't take my order after while I pulled up to window behind cars thought maybe they didn't hear my truck or ???? But they looked right at me like 5 or 6 people an a couple shook their heads an would not come take my order this was like ten mins before 10 pm ... Waited almost 10 minutes for two cups of ice cream and two mc flurries. When finally brought out the staff was very apologetic but said ice cream machine has been broken for two weeks and needed to bleed the lines. I don't care, shouldn't make me wait at a fast food restaurant. Tell me up front if going to take a while. If this is the type of service I will expect from this mc Donald's I won't do it again. Especially with a sonic right up the road. After two bites we realized the Oreos in the McFlurrys were stale. The Oreos must have sat out the two weeks the machine was broken. read more

I haven't really had anything substantially wrong with the food here once I actually get what I ordered in hand. However, this place gets 2 stars because of the service: Anytime there's more than one order in line (or the drive-thru's busy), the ability of the employees to keep orders straight and do things quickly seems to go to crap. Last time I was in, they had to ask people to confirm their orders multiple times, I saw some poor couple waiting at the drive-through for what must have been almost 10 minutes (apparently a screwed up order had to be remade & run out to them), and as I was leaving someone else came in demanding his money back because he had to wait so long for his food. Other visits have featured missing items, confused employees trying to figure out the register, the manager yelling at employees, etc. read more

Pure disaster. Don't go unless you have a half hour to kill! Ordered from the kiosk because the line was so very long. Waited 20 min to get a child's Happy Meal (they had to make the cheeseburger twice because the first one was wrong) that contained no apples (didn't realize until we were finally back on the interstate). I live about 20 seconds away from this McDonald's, yet I routinely choose the one further away on Roanoke st. They've messed up my orders countless times. About three times I've had to go back inside because they shorted me my fries. The last and final time I went I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without ever moving forward. The woman in front of me sat there for about 3 minutes before anyone took her order. I used to work fast food, I get it can be hectic and busy, and a few mistakes are expected. But this place is obviously completely unorganized. The management needs to get their act together. read more

Worst experience at a drive through ever. My friend and I had 2 separate orders, both two completely different price totals. The lady at the first window messed up and swiped my card for the cheaper order, leaving my friend (who only had $6 in cash to spend on her meal) with not enough money for her total. When asked to void the first order, she was EXTREMELY sassy and rolled her eyes when getting the manager. The manager didn't seem to understand and kept saying "it is only a dollar difference." When you are limited on cash and the other person only has a card and is unable to pay the difference back to her friend, the issue needs to be solved by the manager WITHOUT sass from her employee. This was your mistake, we were the customers, it is your job to fix your mistake without being rude. read more
