The lunch portion of chicken fried chicken I received was on the large side. It was seasoned very well, and I loved the seasonings. The meat was so tender and juicy! I know I got my food just a few minutes after the it was fried. It couldn't have been more fresh. The star of my meal was the mashed red potatoes and gravy. They actually cook and mash real potatoes. It is so hard to find this when dining out. They used the perfect amount of salt. It's been a long time since I have not added salt to my meal but I didn't need to here.
