Worse place in the world as far as I'm concerned. Used to go there weekly. I even went to work for them for ONE day and NEVER got paid. They said they couldn't get me in the system. The place is nasty. The floors in the back you can grease skate on them. Food not served fresh at all. I never seen one person wash their hands. I think the lobby is cleaned than any other part of the building. Your wait time for food is ridiculous. And no one ever apologizes for your wait or even says thank you. It was a Friday morning at 915....off peak hours and there was one car in line ahead of me. I asked for three egg mcmuffins with one being a slightly altered order with Canadian bacon instead of sausage. Easy you ask? No, oh helllll no. Why is it that 1 this McDonald's lies about its hours and 2 I have to park my car and wait for them to bring my food out just so they can fudge their drive thru numbers to make themselves look better even though half of the staff is rude, and 3 their ice cream machine is always down when it gets warmer. Not sure how pick up or walk in service are but the drive thru service at this location is staffed by people who could care less that they work in food service. The person taking our order was bothered by the fact that we were ordering and had us hold numerous times while they kept on with their conversation. Once we rolled up to window number one the conversation was still going on and we had to wait till it was done for us to pay. Then at this location ticket times are priority so you will always get your drinks and be told to pull forward till they bring you your food. I understand that is part of the food service industry but no matter how many times the make us pull forward and wait. They never get our meal correct. The management at this location doesn't care about the product being served or the service being provided. read more

Hilariously bad service. Unbelievably bad. I live close to this one, but I don't know why I punish myself by coming here. Easily 3/4 of the time when I come here, they get the order wrong. It defies the law of averages. I could see maybe 1 in 10, or even 2 in 10. But it's almost EVERY TIME. Super bad experience #1: The last time I ordered, I was waiting for my curbside pickup for a while, maybe 15 minutes. A car pulled up in the next spot, and I thought it was strange that within a minute, the McDonald's employee had already brought them food. 10 seconds later, I see the people in the next car hand the food back to the employee, and then the employee came over to my car to hand me the bag. Mind you, this is in the middle of the July coronavirus spike. I had to tell him that I was not going to accept food that was already given to someone else. After he walked away, I had a suspicion that he was going to give me the same food again, so I went in to make sure there would be no shenanigans. Then I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for my food. Fast forward 2 months to super bad experience #2. I placed another curbside order. After 10 minutes had already gone by, someone comes to the window with an order that's not ours. 5 minutes later, a lady who is SMOKING, cigarette in hand, knocks on our window, says she's a McDonald's employee (points to a crinkly sticker on her shirt), and asks us what we ordered. Then she walks away, cigarette still in hand. 5 minutes later, I see an employee walking out with my food, but headed towards the car in the next stall. I row down my window because I can tell it's my order, and he changes directions and asks me what I ordered. Yep, it was mine. In the car, I ask for the spoon so I can take a bite of the sundae. Well, I can't because there's only straws. Then I get back, and one or the sandwiches that I ordered isn't there, and what should be spicy nuggets are all regular nuggets. This is sadly indicative of a typical experience here. I wish I was making this up, but I promise you that I'm not. read more

I've never seen such a nice McDonald's, flat screen TVs, new modern wallpaper, comfortable booths and seating at a Bar / Counter. The restroom is very nice, beautiful tile back-splash and brand new fixtures and faucets and Air Dry hand dryers, but...No Toilet Paper. This is taking GREEN Way To Far. One would think that in a neighborhood like Sango that you would get halfway competent people for employees. You'd be wrong. About 90% of the people working here are just there to get a paycheck. They don't listen to customers they don't care you can sit in the poor attitude and complete lack of customer service. I get it. Most of them are just kids so I fault the management for not properly training them. Twice within the past month they have messed up on our order. They need to change their hours online as they are no longer 24 hours. Also even if you are sitting to order in the drive-through before 10 o'clock they don't take your order. They will let you sit there for five minutes and say nothing so they don't have to take it. read more

Many Subpar Experiences I have been to this McDonalds many times because of its convenience, but can't find many other pros. Not only is it overpriced, but you can get a better burger for less at Johnny's. This location is pretty good at messing up your order and half the time the syrup/soda water ratios in the fountain drinks are off. The ice cream machine is always broken not to mention that this place is very slow. Nonetheless, I have gotten lucky a handful of times and got what I ordered in a timely manner. Review Update (3/16/18): Went through the drive through and they forgot our whole order of fries (three meals worth). This place is tragic. Lunch food was ok. Ate inside and it wasn't busy but drive-thru was. Employees behind the counter made it a miserable dining experience. Very loud, yelling, clowning around. Lady with cornrows, probably shift manager, louder than everyone, like at a sports event -- heard her all the way in the restroom. At one point yelling at worker to get on the fries or clock out -- several times. No plans to return. read more
