The food is good, the service is good, but the drive through is an AI and that is a little difficult and weird.

Recently had visitors from out of town, they were craving spicy tenders, we gave them a choice, Bojangles or popeyes, we ended up getting both, we made them do a "blind taste test", Bojangles win hands down. For value, taste, size of the tenders and an "over all" score, Bojangles won hands down, their biggest complaints were the amount of tenders you get from each place for the price, for the record, the popeye's tenders were extremely greasy and lacked any sense of spice, might as well have been "bland diet" food, you get twice as many tenders from Bojangles than you do from popeye's, and the tenders at Bojangles are about 3-4x the size as the tenders from popeyes. The worst food. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender in the drive thru. It was about 4:30pm and no one was in front of us, we pulled up to the window and they were already bagged for us. The tenders were terrible. They were cold and dry and so bland, almost like they were left over from breakfast. This was the first and last time we ever will go to a bojangles. I just went inside this Bojangles and was reminded how big of a role customer service plays in a customer's experience... The experience itself took a pretty long time to even order inside for to-go as they were rushed with lots of orders through the drive thru and it would've made it a poor experience, in most cases. However, the employees were so kind that no one in the line really minded and the cashier chatted with all of us about football to pass the time. I would highly recommend trying this Bojangles and was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and customer service the restaurant showed. Lestat was especially helpful to all the customers waiting in line for a long time inside and was transparent that he was waiting for things to move along, as well as understanding/apologetic for everyone's wait. I just got two sausage biscuits from this store. The biscuits are all broken up and not easy to eat because it looks like someone put the biscuit and sausage together and smashed the shit out of it. If your going to make a sausage biscuit make sure the damn biscuit is broken all to shit. Very disappointed at the quality control. read more

I really liked the french fries. My wife ate the rice, which she said was also good. Not an impressive drive thru experience. The menu is confusing, seems incomplete. It's not organized well. I was looking for a chicken tender combo. Couldn't find it, asked about it and was told there are 3, 4, or 5 piece piece combos. Ordered 2 - 3 piece combos. Sides of Mac & cheese and Cajun fries. The tenders were sad; little more than a chicken nugget. I will not ever order these again. Small spoon of Mac & cheese, I expect the tiny cup to be full. Tasted okay.
