I read over some of the reviews before posting mine. I wanted to see how my experience differed from everyone else's. The one reviewer was angry because she asked for no pickles and got a pickle on one of her sandwiches. Quel dommage! You can take the pickle off. Other than a line at the drive-thru, which went pretty quickly, my visit there was stellar. The guy took my order, and since I asked for no onions and extra pickles on my Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon. I knew it might take a couple of minutes. When the food was ready, about 2 minutes later, the girl apologized for the long wait. Long wait?! This was nothing compared to what I went through on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. As an aside, my order was 65 cents MORE at the Wilma Rudolph location. It's only 65 cents, but why the difference in price for the exact same order? Did he ring me up wrong? Or is he skimming a little here and there from the customers? I'll never know because I'll never darken the doorstep at that location. But this one, these folks are awesome, and I'll definitely be back. (Oh, and I deducted one star for forgetting the bacon I asked for on my Quarter Pounder. Otherwise, you guys rock!) read more

I would give zero if it was possible. We got two happy meals and a Big Mac and have been waiting 30 minutes plus. The teenagers were all over each other at the drive thru. We had to park the car from the drive thru and go inside to get the food. The lady manager was unskilled in all aspects to say the least. We ordered doordash and one of our burgers was raw. We got our refund from doordash but my husband wanted to call them to simply let them know they served raw food. When the girl answered, after a bit of back in forth I was connected to the manager who said and I quote "the quarter pound patties are a different meat and are cooked to temp, you have to specify well done". This McDonald's is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes with everyone else taken care of except for me, and when the employee finally did take my order she was extremely rude and didn't listen to my order. She also rolled her eyes at me after I said thank you when she handed me my change. When, I drove up to the food window, the employee literally threw my food at me and didn't speak or look at me. Sad to say I would do zero stars if I could. I've given this place chance after chance and every single time I've come, the drive thru wait is over 20 minutes long just to order (three cars gave up and drove away while I was waiting), they're unresponsive on the speaker and only speak to you or answer your questions when THEY finally want to break the awkward elongated silence, and when we finally do get our food it's lukewarm, horribly messy, and tastes like rancid oil. For some reason I was patient and gracious enough to give this location multiple times but tonight I finally learned my lesson. P. S. Restaurant has significant issues with processing lines in drive thru. Sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes for an unsweetened tea to be made completely wrong. I went to this McDonald's and had the WORST food ever! It was like day old food at 2 pm... I am not one to complain, but the food was sooo bad. I went thru the DT and when I got home.. which wasn't but 5 min from the store, ice cold bug Mac, quarter pounder and the chicken sandwich.. the cheese wasn't even melted in the sandwiches. Oh man! I'm not sure where people are getting a 2-star average on this McDonald's. This is the only McDonald's I've ever found worthy of such a positive review. Everything was fresh (4 burgers and the 10 piece nuggets) and came out timely given the line was completely full around the building. To top it all off the nuggets we're straight up stacked in neat little rows. Worst McDonald's ever visited. Manager berating obviously new employees Went back because upon arriving at my business down the street noticed they had my order mixed up. No biggie until I entered and a new employee was getting my reason for returning. The manager stepped in interrupting our conversation, and told me to return to my business and get the old cold incorrect sandwich if I expected a replacement sandwich or my money back. I didn't expect my money back. But to tell me to go down the street and get one sausage biscuit out of the trash form where I work and then return again to get a replacement biscuit was rude and ridiculous.
