The environment was great, and the staff is friendly. That part of the experience was genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the coffee didn't live up to the hype. We ordered drinks from the fall menu (The Cozy Sweater and Pumpkin) and both tasted more like watered-down black coffee with a hint of cream. There was hardly any flavor, and I couldn't taste the pumpkin at all. The bakery items were also a letdown. We both had cinnamon rolls, which were pre-wrapped and stale. You could tell they were probably delicious when freshly made, but that wasn't the case when we had them. I really loved the space and the service but the quality of the coffee and food really missed the mark. I wanted to love it but it just wasn't the experience we were hoping for.

There were about two customers ahead of us and we had decided to stop in for a quick bite but it took nearly an hour before we just walked out, and the guy in front of us was in the same boat. The coffee was undrinkable and very expensive. It was one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I hate to leave such a scathing review, and honestly they're getting two stars because she was so apologetic and it's not her fault, but folks should be aware of the issues. It was perfection. The espresso had a nice rich, toasty flavor and the barista balanced the syrups and oat milk to it. It was so freaking good... I would place this on my top 5 iced lattes! Our barista was sweet and informative. She made us feel welcome and crafted some delicious drinks. Their teas were also spectacular - the strawberry green tea tasted so fresh and had zero bitterness.
