Why does Publix make bald guys wear hair nets but here four foot hair extensions are just fine ?

I'm very confused because the reviews don't reflect my experience. I did the drive through, they were very courteous, used manners, were quick and my food was nice, hot and fresh. My fries were so good you can tell that was a fresh batch. It's easy in and out of this location and it was close for me. I would for sure again. I throughly enjoyed my meal. read more

when I clicked on the Yelp location, I was astonished to see it had 1.5 stars. This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. I get to the drive-through window and right away someone attends me. You don't see that very much with McDonald's. I order my food. I go to the window and this man is doing it all. He's taking orders, stapling receipts, and having people pay. It's amazing. It's efficient. It's unbelievable. I pay so quickly and I go to the next window. We do the mobile order and sometimes we regret it since the curbside takes so long. From the time we got there, it took only 6 minutes for food. Now, they forgot half of it inside but went back in and got it. Out of all the McDonalds so far, that was the fastest. The food was fresh. The ambiance of the birds and squirrel in the grass in front of us in curbside was nice too. You can donate to Ronald McDonald House right on the app when you order. That's handy since we don't carry change for the drive through donation bucket, if that's even still a thing. read more

I just do not understand what is happening to the work force these days. The sandwich I ordered was made incorrectly, no problem, take it up to get fixed. Person who made my food starts arguing with 2 managers and denies making it incorrectly. The 2 managers (one whom is off duty hanging out on my side of the counter with her purse and phone spread out on the counter?) proceed to scold him telling him to stop talking, shut up, and listen. Followed by explaining what was incorrect and how it was supposed to be... concluded with repetitively asking "do you understand?" "Does that make sense?" Before he finally snaps back a rude "yeah". When I sit down to eat, a different employee takes his skateboard out right in front of the restaurant, only feet away from me and still in his complete uniform and proceeds to attempt (and fail) at a variety of tricks including riding his board along the curb, and flipping the board under his feet. Twice the board hit the window where I was sitting. If I had not already been aware and in disbelief at what I was seeing, I would have probably shit my pants from the noise and scare. Of course as I take my phone out to take a picture, the kid sees me and moves out of sight. As I left the restaurant, the manager that was on duty decides to join this boy outside... having her smoke break... again right in front of the customers trying to eat. This store is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I order from here, something is messed up or just down right ridiculous. I ordered today and my fries were not only cold but they thought they could cover up how little they gave me by putting ketchup packets on top? I am absolutely infuriated. And the last time I ordered from them, I paid the price of a meal and they told me that I did not order a meal and they would not compensate the food I never received. This McDonald's hasn't changed other than the rather poorly designed lobby. The new kiosks are in the middle of a small lobby and eating area. It's hard to maintain any type of organization with folks trying to order and countless folks waiting for their orders. This McDonalds sets the bar for SLOW fast food. I told the staff the ketchup dispenser was empty and needed attention when we arrived. As we were leaving I heard other guests provide the same feedback. The entire area had not been serviced the entire time we where there which was like 30 minutes. The food was not freshly prepared. I spent 39 bucks this visit for two adults and 4 kids. We had to return one burger because the cheese somehow never made it on the burger. It was in the container, just not on the burger. Shoulda taken a pic. Sorry. All the food was cool warm and not hot at all. The chicken strips were not fresh and funny enough not one of the four were the same shade of fried brown. One was a dark brown indicating it was old. if I could give this place a 0, I would. Customer service is the pits. I stopped by today to get lunch. they told me lunch starts at 11am. I was there at 10:58, so I said I will wait at the drive through for 3 minutes as there was no one behind me in line. When they did decide to take my order, I was told it would take 10 minutes. the person taking my order through the drive through was mean and extremely rude. when I got to the window to pay, I was told to turn my wipers off on my car. Mind you it was raining. She gave me such an evil look. I paid for my meal and I asked why was I told it would take ten minutes when I got my food right away. I had to come here to pick up a door dash order. It took over 10 minutes for an employee to help the 2 customers before me. The aura here was not good, while they're setting up the orders the one employee was talking extremely low which did frustrate the older customers in the store. I even helped with announcing order number bc it was just a sad group behind that counter. No one smiled here, to me if you're this unhappy with your job just leave. These customers didn't make your day bad, thats personal, so why would you exude that kind of demeanor and put that energy on to strangers? I went to this location around 10am to grab some breakfast. I pull up, the menu is still set for breakfast, and I drove right up to the speaker without a wait. The employee asked if I was using the phone app today and I told her 'no, not today' and then she asked me to 'hold on a second'. I then proceeded to hear her same voice over the loudspeaker on the other drive through, talking to the car that had come up after I did. I sat patiently while I listened to her take the orders of FOUR CARS in the other lane. I had been trying to be patient, but I finally asked, "Hello?" to my own speaker. Her voice finally came back and said, "Do you want anything else?" I was so frustrated at that point, I told her, "I haven't ordered anything yet, you told me to wait." She then started getting huffy through the speaker and getting an attitude and I just said 'screw this' to myself and left. This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. I have had problems here nearly every time I go. They should close down and put up something that actually works and serves good food, like a Wendy's. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. The place is ran poorly. It took me 10mins for a coffee, yes it was busy but it continued because every order seemed to be wrong and had to be redone. I came here Thanksgiving night around midnight. I am from out of town. I have always had low expectations of McDonalds. However they were the only place open and I needed to eat. I had great quick service at the drive thru for placing my order. Very friendly voice. Paid for my food at the first window and got my food at the second window. Only took less than 2 minutes to get my food. I parked in the parking lot to eat my food. I got the number one Big Mac meal deal with a frozen Coke and went large on the whole meal. I first started with the fries. And low and behold they were fresh and steaming hot. Excellent fries!! I believe McDonalds has one of the best fries in the world. So then I went for my Big Mac and I took it out of the box and OH MY it too was Hot and Fresh and made very well!!! It also was delicious! I could not believe it!!! This had never happened to me at McDonalds before!! Usually the fries and especially the Big Mac would be at best luke warm. Oh and the frozen Coke was extremely tasty! McDonad's review Friday, October 18, 2019, 1pm Very dirty lobby; full trash cans; floors and tables dirty; while ordering a bag of strawberry syrup or food of some sort sitting on the dirty floor was attached to the milk shake machine. Ketchup dispenser next to soda machine very unclean. It had ketchup oozing from the pump itself for quite some time, because the ketchup was caked on in clumps. Yuck!!!
