Went through the drive-thru, which is a double. It was lunchtime on a Saturday, and the parking lot and drive- thru were packed. The order was correct and ready fairly quickly. They didn't give us the total until we got to the pay window, which slowed us down digging for a dime. They have Coke Zero. read more

This place is run by the most management and staff of all the McDonald's I have ever been at over more that 60 years. We attempt to or are forced to try this place when we drive to Miami about 4 times a year. Drive in times are at least 30 minutes, inside ordering is at least that lone and the food is marginal at best. read more

We always stop at this McDonald's as we drive to Naples at least once every month! And this time we stopped tonight and it has surely upgraded clean and fast! The bathrooms were clean didnt smell bad! The food was good the only complaints i have is i asked for well done fries.. I went through the drive thru at 8:30am on 10/12/19. While I was eating my hash brown, I noticed at the bottom there was fly that was fried with the hash brown. It was disgusting! Then I wonder how many other people's food was fried in that same oil. read more

The food is good most of the time , and that's ok we all have an off day once in a while. My only negative experience is the lack of front counter it seems like the drive thru is the main focus . The wait sometimes all though not very long , it's frustrating to see so many people working on bagging food and making drinks and none at the register . When ordering at the kiosk and taking a table number stand to where I am seated, am finding this completely useless as the clueless staff will just call out your number really loud and you have to go retrieve your meal from the front counter. I do not understand why consistently this restaurant does this. So I gave up on ordering at the kiosk. Today, I show up at 10am to dine in and found that the door was locked. NO SIGNAGE INDICATING WHY. Eventually someone showed up and opened the door to tell me that I had to use the Drive Thru. I went across the street to the Wendy's where the dining room is open. While there I watched across the street as other people walked up to the McDonald's door, then walking away shaking their heads. Out of curiosity, I also checked Subway, Popeye's, and Burger King - and their dining rooms are OPEN. I give up on this McDonald's. They are not there to serve you. Their consistent bad behavior indicates that they could care less about customers. Why they closed the dining room, here in mid-August 2021 when other establishments are open really upsets me. Just a simple sign on the door would have been sufficient. Though I should not let this offend me, it does. McDonald's corporate needs to explain their behavior. Unfortunately, I left my phone at home so I couldn't take pictures. This place is nearly brand new and looks like a tornado went through it! The garbage was so completely full, stuff was falling out I had to push my trash in. Also, there was ice cream on the floor where people could slip on it, and the ladies room was atrocious! Thank God the food was okay... While I was waiting for our food I could see into the kitchen and the trash was overflowing! As soon as you enter inside this McDonald's in the quiet town of Clewiston, the counter is right in front of you. Wouldn't want to see this place when it becomes busy. The layout of the restaurant was nice. There's a four corner display case in the middle of the dining area filled with every happy meal toy imaginable, which was pretty cool. The employees were friendly. I ordered a bacon McDouble with small fries. For $2, the sandwich was small, but very tasteful. read more

They need to stay open longer because they should have took the orders of cars that were there all because every we were there in line and can't order food because there closed and they had a card in line to order that is a shame they need to go back to 24 hours and it's a waste of my husbands diesel waiting in line only to find out they closed because they speaker don't work. Ordered at the kiosk which assigns a number to your order. Waited forever for the food only to realize that the counter assigns a different number to your order. I had ordered soda but was later notified that they had no soda, only iced tea. They also had no ketchup. Custom service was terrible and I witnessed the workers arguing with several different customers. The pinnacle was while eating my meal a bug crawled out of the box. Not sure what kind (maybe a silverfish?). My husband notified the workers at the counter to which they accused us of finding the bug on the ground to add to the box. Really? We were sitting at the table in front of them the whole time. Please select one of the many other restaurants nearby and save yourself this headache. read more

This McD's has worst manager I've encountered. Kashara had long lines in drive thru and long lines inside. The breakfast switched to lunch while breakfast people in line. People ordered breakfast and some paid for it but when their ordered came it as half filled. I spoke to manager but I couldn't understand her. She was all attitude. The guy in front of me of her same background cheered me on. Two older patrons told me I was right. This store had plenty of employees but Kashara had no clue how to do her job. Online for 20 minutes at the window waiting. told to move up to 2nd window. waited 5 minutes then food came out. drove away while driving away wife open bag and noticed order was wrong. we did not receive any meals received 2 so called crispy chicken sandwiches one had cheese and rotted soggy lettuce which I didnt ask for no french fries in bag and we ordered meals! receipt in bag did not match original receipt we turned around and went back to mc donalds went into store to see manager told mgr that that was the wrong food and showed him receipt in bag and showed him my receipt his answer was that is what you ordered he stood there like a dummy and suggested to give us our money back which was $5.00 more than the bag receipt. First meal in Clewiston and did not meet expectations. I did the kiosk ordering but didn't get my free pie as advertised and we waited 25 minutes to have our food delivered to us. The quarter pound burgers were dry so obviously not freshly cooked. Seemed like they were over staffed, lots of standing around and talking. They got my entire order wrong and then gave me attitude because I wanted it fixed. Came on Sunday 4/28 at 7:30am I say that in hopes of the manager seeing this & giving the blonde girl at the window some customer service training . Ordered coffee & specified the cream and sugar be ON THE SIDE. They didn't listen. I come here because there's only one location here in Clewiston. If there were another one, if probably go there. The food is good, (when they do get your order right) but there's ALWAYS a LOOOOOOONG wait whenever you order your food, whether it's peak serving time or not. They have recently remodeled, but the service still sucks. I was here for breakfast, and it didn't take too long this time, but, I was given my Big Breakfast with pancakes with no fork, no salt and pepper packets for my eggs and no syrup for my pancakes.
