Honestly I feel unsafe even typing this... what an experience at this location. Here goes, Corporate, regional, GM I'm speaking to you. Tonight 10/31 at 12:15am - 1am at your drive thru at this location an employee was the rudest and used the most disgusting verbiage I've ever witnessed. Was laughed at by employee (black lady anywhere between 30-54. No definitely looking 54) at the drive thru when she was the one who told us to pull forward and wait for the food, and got told SHUT UP as they walked away and locked the establishment up. Me a paying customer is upset, disgusted, disappointed, and scared for my safety when she raised her voice in the middle of the night. Only solution terminate this employee immediately. Tonight my husband and I came here after a concert for food around 12:15am -- 45 minutes before close. I had placed a mobile order to try and alleviate the fact that we came late, but that didn't matter to the woman running the drive-thru. She yanked my phone from my husbands hands when we tried to show our mobile order confirmation, she laughed at us with a customer when we asked for clarification on her yelling at us to pull forward, and then she told my husband to shut up when he was checking our food after waiting for over 30 minutes... She needs to be fired, and the management of this location needs to be re-trained. Check the footage of tonight and correct this. Worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Fries were ice cold , chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and soft drinks watered down. Plus the employee was clueless how do even ring in order. Typical Wendy's location food wise - I haven't had their burger in years and it was delicious. Loaded with fresh tomato, lettuce and onion. Their fries were fresh and hot. We did drive thru and employees were fast and efficient. My dad enjoyed his ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Almost $30 for two meals - since when did fast food get so expensive?! read more

The worst customer service ever. We were waiting in line for someone to take our order, the employee looked at us, ignored us and went back to his cell phone. The place is super dirty, the women's bathrooms are horrible, without paper and smelly. It really wasn't up to the standards that Wendys regularly has. We left without consuming anything. read more

On multiple occasions, I've noticed employees with sagging pants and the unmistakable smell of marijuana. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and undermines any semblance of professionalism. It also makes the establishment appear far below the standards expected of any reputable restaurant. The laziness among employees is evident, as tasks are performed halfheartedly, if at all. Their attitude and lack of effort make it clear they have no pride in their work, and as a paying customer, this is both frustrating and disheartening. As a result of these ongoing issues, I have decided that I will no longer dine here. I would strongly recommend that management take immediate steps to address these problems if they hope to retain any loyal customers in the future. They almost killed me. I ordered a burger and some other food, about halfway thru my burger I bit into something hard. After pulling it out of my mouth I realized it was half a plastic tie from a bread bag. I found the other half of the tie in the burger after digging thru it. I easily could've choked on it. Our party arrive at 9:38PM on Sunday we see people inside so we decide to dine in. Everyone gets out, including an elderly lady with a walker. We stroll up to the door and an employee locks the door....she gives us the hand across the neck sign and says, "We are closed." I ask her are you serious? She says,"yes!" Friday 13 Apr a few minutes after 10pm. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos. Neither sandwich had tomato and both only had a postage size piece of lettuce. Oh, my wife tried to order the salad with avocado, but they were out. One sandwich came with ice cold fries. Bottom line, slow service, no quality control, will not be going back.
