This McDonald's is an absolute joke of a business. In my 65 years, I have never experienced a McDonald's in such disarray. I stayed in the vicinity for one week and after three visits to this McDonald's, had enough. Each day at 8AM, their restaurant doors were locked and on my last visit, would not allow entry. Drive-thru only? I enjoyed walking in the morning and was refused service. One day they had no biscuits, croissants, or muffins. So what's for breakfast - pancakes only. Staff appears disorganized, no worker cohesion, and constantly complaining out loud about something. Tables were sticky. I had a better breakfast at the gas station next door! I'd be shocked if this specific McDonald's is corporate-owned, as I always thought corporate had tight business practices. Guess not! Avoid this place! read more

The place reeked of black and milds, cheap weed, and stale body odor and it hung in the air the whole 30 minutes worth of time. Killed the vibe fast. This is the laziest people I've ever seen in my life. I went inside to order a drink; they worker yelled for everyone to use the kiosk... the line was 3-4 people, long so I decided to go thru the drive thru, I waited and waited, at least 5-7 mins, at the speaker, said hello multiple times and no one came to the speaker. I pulled around, saw everyone getting their food, etc... I waited at the pay window, to order and no one came to the window. I went to the pickup window to order a drink and the heifer told me she couldn't take my order, I would have to drive thru... then she said "WOW." Clean and modern McDonalds. We were on a road trip and stopped here since it was right off the I-26. Parking was easy and we got in and out quickly. Our food was ready quick too. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, and coffee - everything was hot and tasted good. My only criticism was that my Muffin was over-toasted in my opinion. I get the egg McMuffin a lot so I could tell. Would recommend this McDonalds as a quick stop for breakfast. read more

Wait is long on a slow day. Order was given to someone else while I got theirs. Workers YELLING at you in front of others. Place was disgusting dirty. Half the lobby drinks were bad. Waited too long for an order of hotcakes (already premade, just need to send them up) and a large mocha coffee. They had a small paper on the kiosks saying no frappe written in pen. To someone who's never worked at McDonald's my husband didn't know a mocha was part of the "no frappe". They told him the mocha wasn't available and they can give us orange juice or a frozen coke drink. My husband asked what the price difference was to make sure we get what we paid for or something worth more. The older lady with pink glasses proceeded to YELL at him "don't have that" in front of other customers cutting him off every time he tried to ask what the difference in price is. He gave up and just agreed to the orange juice. Our order was then given to someone else while I got theirs. The drinks in the lobby were all flat or not working. The bathrooms were trashed and the lobby trashed were full, no tables clean. read more

Avoid this place if you want service at the time they're supposed to open. I was there on 7/13/23 at 4:58 AM. At around 5AM, the order board lit up. I waited another couple of minutes for the employee to take my order, but did not get a order request. I said, "Hello?", but still response. By now a couple of other cars were behind me. I waited another 10 minutes, calling out "Hello" every few minutes. The last car behind me reserved out and left. Another 5 minutes passed and still no response when I called out "Hello." The car behind me backed out and left as well. I drove forward around the building and saw 1 employee. I decided to go back threw the drive thru and try one move time. I waited and called out, but still no response. I decided to leave. This establishment lost 3 customers today. Maybe it doesn't matter to the owners, but it matters to me, and I hope it matters to the other 2 customers. They may have gone down the road to the Waffle House that's open 24 hours a day. Located on the other side of the highway. Walking distance. I didn't have time anymore. I wasted all my time at the McDonald's drive thru. I will never come back to this McDonald's and let all my colleagues know to avoid it as well. read more

The ratings and review on this location seem accurate. Not even 2 months ago I bought a bacon egg and cheese bagel from here and it was pretty good. Today I got the worst one from any location. We stopped in around 12:30 the other day when we were on our way to the mountains. Hubs ordered 2 cheeseburgers and I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. They got the drink wrong on my combo meal. Total screw up. Everything wrong. Customers demanding their money back after waiting 30 minutes. Soda fountain not working. Manager's response, "I just fixed it." I give this 2 stars because our food came fairly fast and the order was accurate, however the fries were barely warm. We used the kiosk to order which instructed me to take a plastic "tent" number so that my order could be delivered to our table. They called our order number anyway. No napkins and when I asked for some the person behind the counter acted put out. They seemed very short staffed which is not unusual these days. We received our food from the drive-thru window and drove to a parking space to eat. We realized we had not received the dipping sauce we had ordered for our chicken Mcnuggets. We sent our 12 year old back inside to retrieve the sauce and she was told that they had seven people waiting to be served and she would have to wait until those people were helped before she would receive the sauce. They wanted us to to eat cold food just because their drive-thru team could not put the sauce in the bag the first time. At 11:42am we placed our order, was told to move up from the drive thru to get our order. Whomever was taking orders out was extremely hateful. She was working the drive thru, Shoulder length hair, blonde highlights, red glasses, African American. We informed her we were missing things and her reply was "well, um." I'm not a huge mac fan after seeing the movie, but it hit the spot this morning. Came in while on the road for coffee and some breakfast. The staff were friendly quick to get you food. This location has some items I've not seen at a McDonalds before. I ordered a biscuit and gravy. The food came out hot fast I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. For me, McDonalds locations start at a potential 4 out of 5 stars because, come on, it's a McDonalds. The service was nothing offensive but nothing amazing. Our order was accurate. It could have been fulfilled quicker but the chicken nuggets had to cook and employees can't speed up the cooking time (at least they shouldn't). The staff was average; not friendly but not offensive. Where this location loses stars is with the bathroom. I get it; the bathroom sees a lot of foot traffic because it's right off the highway where 26 and 385 meet. I wasn't expecting the bathroom to be comparable to a Ritz Carlton. However, I expect the toilets to be clean and not overflowing. I won't be gross or offensive with my review but all I will say is the toilets were neither clean nor not overflowing. Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way back to Indiana. Hate to say it but this place had terrible service. The young lady at the register never smiled, even slightly, and when I asked for cream and sugar, for my coffee, she acted like I was putting her out. Those are actually the words of the person standing next to me . Then she gave me cream and began waiting on the next guest- I had to ask again for sugar, that's okay but..... she really was not happy with me for asking! But I asked for cream and sugar in the first place. They were out of ice and we had to search for napkins. It was 7am. Seems a little early to be out of things. I would not recommend this McDonalds. Well, I just found the worst McDonald's in the world. They fill the drinks so full when they put the lid on it's running down the sides and coming out the top. I made them pour different ones...told them I wasnt getting it all over my car. The fries tasted like they had been deep fried in 3 month old oil. Handed me the wrong order. Worst ever!!! After waiting over 10 minutes in a drive-thru space (which I had been instructed to use to await my order), I went inside to find out what happened to my order. Was initially told I had received it, then I was told they had given it to someone else. Absolutely NO attempt to apologize or rectify the situation! I asked for a refund, but the employee simply stared at me and went behind into the food prep area. There, I heard her refer to me as "that old bitch" to another employee. I really hate to complain but sometimes you just have to. So here goes! They are lucky that one star is the lowest possible rating. I work out of state so I pass this place on my drive. I often have my child with me and have had the unpleasure of having to stop at this mcdonalds on three different occasions. The first two times sucked but I had hoped that this third(which will be my last ever) would finally not suck. Nope! Wrong. Still awful. Can't discern if the "fries" they gave me are actually fries or if they are cold rubber. It's debatable. And I am leaning toward the latter. All three times we have come the coke "doesn't work". I've came three times over a year and a half period. HOW does that happen? I don't believe in that much coincidence. The customer service(if we can even call it that) is by far the worst I've had the misfortune of receiving. They don't listen and when I tried telling the girl at the last window that what was given to me was not what I asked for she looked at me like I was an idiot and said absolutely nothing, let the window close and turned around. What?! Like what is actually going on here? It honestly blows my mind that this store has managed to stay open. I can only assume that there is enough truly desperate people in the area that are forced to eat at this McDonald's that help bring enough profit in to keep their doors open. It's trash.
