I ordered through the app and parked at a curbside parking space. I waited for 30 minutes and the food was never brought out even though it said delivered after 10 minutes. There was a worker eating from a McDonald's bag inside and I believe he might of taken my food and ate it. I haven't been to this McDonald's on Spring Ridge Road in Clinton for sometime. It has always been the worst McDonald's that I've been to in my 44 year history. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I went through the drive-through I placed my order as usual the screen is not working so you can't confirm your order. When I got to the first window to pay the employee just told me the amount. Never even acknowledged however that wasn't the worst. When I got to the second window the employee stuck a bag out the window as soon as I grabbed it she turned around and walked away. Never saying a single word. It's not like they were busy there was one car behind me and nobody inside the restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was so saturated in grease and disgusting that after taking one bite I had to throw it away. Will this Clinton McDonald's ever improve? read more

This location is a great example of why McDonalds is losing market share. If McD's corporate cared at all about their business they'd pull this franchise. The restaurant is dirty, there are flies everywhere, the trash is full, the women's restroom has one clogged overflowing toilet and one stall that is locked so my wife had to run next door. Had we not regrettably already paid for our food we would have left. We almost left anyway even after paying for our $30 meal. There are something like 9 employees here and no one in the dining room which should have been a clue. I can ignore the employees playing explicit videos on their phones and their cussing banter but the rest is too much. I can't imagine there's a manager anywhere but whoever has that title needs to be fired. I'm disgusted and will just look for a chic filet next time we need to grab a bite on the road. Were this location managed with any care at all it would be much more profitable given its location. I don't see how any franchise could be run so poorly and still make a profit. I don't eat at McDonald's much, maybe a handful of times a year. Probably a combo of not great food and poor service. This place is pretty bad. Most of the time the person taking orders mumbles, so I can't understand anything. It is always wrong. Today at the pickup window, they tried 5 times to give me a Mc chicken. I said no I ordered chicken nuggets, repeatedly. They set the bag down, and picked up, what I thought, was another bag and said nuggets. I said yes and took it. Nope it was still a mcchicken. I didn't realize until I left the window cuz they were busy. Went inside to get it fixed. And realized I never got a drink, so I had to go back and get that too. While inside I heard about 4 other people trying to get errors fixed. read more
