Wendy's sells very good food. Some of the staff are very nice. But it annoys me because they work very slowly. I wait in line for about 15 minutes. They take an order from the person who's In front of you. And after 7 minutes they serve you. They're very slow at work.There are only a few people working at that fast food restaurant. We went about 8:00 on a Sunday evening. The cashier double charged us and it was two different amounts so I believe she was being sneaky...and that was after she dropped our credit card in between the window and car then laughed as she said sorry... but Food was cold and nasty and we had to pull up and wait for at least 15 min Just to get that!! No straws or napkins...This was the worst service I've had in a long time. Smh.. won't go back nor recommend at all.. as a matter of fact I will advise against going to this location. read more

Just don't bother. That time you think you'll save by ordering online and picking up doesn't pan out. Get ready for 45 minutes in the drive thru for cold food and coke that doesn't taste like coke. read more

What's the point of a fast food restaurant when you sit in line for 20+ minutes? Some peoples lunch breaks are only about 30 mins. This is just sad. read more

Nice updated restaurant. I've never been inside, but the drive through is fine. Sometimes the line moves pretty slowly, but I don't know if that's the customers or the place. The food is good fast food, though. read more

July 28, 2021 I came after 2pm to order food. There were a very few people in the dining room. Most of the employees don't wear masks. All the dining tables and chairs weren't wiped clean. I had to wipe the table with wet napkins myself so I could sit and enjoy my late lunch. The food was as good as I expected. read more

The burgers and fries are average, but the service is really, really bad. I have never waited so long in a "fast food" establishment to place an order. All of the employees were in slow motion mode. There was a "manager" on duty, but he was worthless. The cashier would take one order, wait until it was filled, dish it up, serve it and only then take another order. It took 15 minutes in a short line to place an order. This is beyond ridiculous. I will never go here again and would highly recommend you find another place to eat if you are in this area. I just wonder what is wrong with the franchise owner. Clearly, the manager on duty was clueless. read more

Horrible service. All the employees are teenagers who could care less. They keep the door locked so you're forced to wait in their lines that take forever because the employees don't give a F about their job. Either change management or just shut the whole wendys down at this point. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich. read more

Been here twice in the past few months (including tonight) and somehow they manage to get the order wrong. Missing an order of fries, unsweet tea in place of sweet tea, everything was cold (fries, Jr. Bacon, chicken nuggets), and a poo load of mayo on my burger. The frosty was great though. read more

The food is authentically Wendy's, so it tastes fine. But the drive through is so abysmally slow typically. I would go elsewhere.

Been a while since I've been in the lobby and they've done quite a bit of updating, when dining in they now take your name and when your orders ready your name appears on a screen letting you know your orders ready. I also like the new look of the lobby, it looks more modern, the service was great and the employees friendly, I recommend. read more

It seems to be hit and miss with this Wendy's. I have been there during the day and had no problems. Whenever I go later in the day my order is not fresh and I have to make sure everything is In The bag before I take off. The employees aren't necessarily mean, but it's not top notch customer service that's for sure. I usually go through the drive through and sometimes the girl doesn't even look in my direction, just takes my payment and shuts the door. read more

They were slow, but they were open on Easter for supper. Food was decent. I give them a three, overall.

Cashier sounded and acted like a robot. Repeated everything I said yet the whole order was wrong. Went over it 3 times and finally gave up. And the order still didn't match the receipt, was cold and not good . This was on 3/30/2019 around 8:45 pm. I finally took it as I had 3 hungry children. Won't be back. Tezz does not need to be on the front line. read more
