Young lady behind the drive through window can never remember my order because she is always has her air pods in and on the phone with someone. And I watched one day as she took an imprint of my debit card with an empty piece of ticket paper and a pencil (that was the last time I went to this location) They forget at least one part of my order all of the time, and blame me for my messed up order even with proof that I paid for everything on my receipt. Went for supper. We dined inside. When we walked in there was one family giving their order. Despite the 9 employees behind the counter it was 15 minutes before our order was taken. During that time they did try to give us the other family's order. It seemed to be a problem as there was money changing the cash drawers and employees hands. The customer service was terrible. I went through on a road trip. I went through the drive through and placed my very simple order, 2 tender meals with French fries, one with a dr pepper and one with an unsweet tea. They apparently had neither of the drinks we requested. The order had to be repeated several times because the order taker was not listening. If there was a space for rating worse than 1 star Id go even lower than that because the service I received from this Popeye's was BEYOND HORRIBLE. I was traveling and staying at a hotel nearby so I THOUGHT Popeyes would be a safe choice. If I had have known that it would turn out to be one of the worst drive through experiences EVER, I would have just forgot about going to this Popeyes and just went to bed hungry. When I FINALLY reached the intercom to place my order, after already waiting a very long time, I was asked rather "rudely" to "Wait a minute" by the employee at the window. Well that request turned out to be another long wait and when the person FINALLY returned there wasn't any type of an apology for the EXTREMLEY LONG WAIT. I ended up placing my very small order which was nothing but 2 orders of the "Rippin' Beer Battered" chicken and a side for each order. I ended up repeating my order a total of two times while at the intercom. I figured she must have been hard of hearing so I thought nothing of it. After another long wait I finally made it up to the window and thought that Id pay and Id be on my way. Once at the window the employee once again asked me what I had ordered and basically I once again repeated it and paid got my change and receipt and was asked to "Pull down"..... I'm not from Mississippi but to make sure I said "You mean pull up" and she said "yes". I sat and waited patiently for another long while and started to get impatient, but in the back of my mind I was thinking, "well at least the chicken will be hot and fresh". I went back to my hotel room which was next door to the Popeyes and once I got to the room I gave my son his "ITTY BITTY" box and I opened my "ITTY BITTY" box and I saw the extremely small piece of CHICKEN and later I found out it was COLD AND DRY "Rippin Chicken" and a biscuit and my very ITTY BITTY bowl of red beans and rice. I was like "I don't believe it... she didn't even put a darn spoon in my box". YES..." NO SPOON" at all. After all of the negativity.... I wondered why come I didn't receive a bag and why did it take so darn long for them to MESS up my order? Oh did I mention that when I was at the window I asked for some of the "SPRINKLE" seasoning and she gave me several packages and once I went to retrieve them from my purse I found out that several of the packages had "SPILLED" all in my purse.....so yes an extremely long wait, got asked 4 times to repeat my order, the employee gave me pre opened packages of sprinkle seasonings that spilled out in my purse, the chicken was small, cold, and extremely dry, I wasn't given a bag, napkins, or even a darn spoon for my red beans and rice leaving me to go to the front desk of the hotel to ask for a spoon and of course I was given a spoon that wasn't covered with plastic.
