I did an online order and specifically asked for no Mayo and no Pickles on his sub. What do they do? Cover the sandwich with Mayo and he couldn't even wipe it off. She responds No you have it bring it back and that she needs the receipt. Don't you have it from my online order? Along with the directions on how to prepare it? NOPE I have to physically bring back the sandwich and the copy of the receipt back and then I can get a refund she says.. (this location takes 20 mins) I told her I'm off on Monday and she said that works. Now I have to go there on my day off with a moldy sandwich I guess when the manager could have done her job correctly and followed the directions on the online order to avoid a situation like this. I am VERY disappointed and won't goto this location ever again. I love fire house subs but the Customer service was a zero and it's now not worth my time or money. Who ever was the on duty manager tonight at the Grandview location if you're reading this I hope you know you provided the worst customer service! Good job on losing a customer.
