I eat here a lot for lunch and sometimes breakfast while I'm at work and 9/10 they get the order right and it tastes good, drive through can be a little hectic some days but they still manage to get everyone through in a timely manner and curbside pickup is also fairly quick, i appreciate the people who work there who cook the food and bring it out to me whenever I'm there! read more

The service at this location is horrible. I never expect the wait when ordering curbside to be too short of wait but it's been over 45 mins during my last two visits. I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive-through line. I placed the order at 5:05 pm and I got to McDonald's at 5:15 pm. I got there and gave them my code they said I was checked in. I pulled up to the first window the lady said mobile order I replied yes she said you are good. I got to the next window the gentleman asked if I ordered, he named a sandwich, and I said no I am the mobile order. He had me pull to spot 1. My husband went in to see what was going on with our order because we were to pick it up in the drive-thru, not curbside pickup. While I was waiting on him to come back out a man brought me my order. I asked where my drinks were, he said what drinks how many, what size, and what kind. It took him eight minutes to get my drinks. My husband came back out and I asked him what was going on. He said he gave the lady my order code. They said they had no order for that, but they did throw away a mobile order because it had been sitting there too long. He asked what was it. She said what the order was, he said that's what my wife ordered. She had it all up on the screen read it all out to him and he confirmed it was right, she then proceeded to have him repeat the order. He did not repeat it, he said I already confirmed that was the order can we get it. Long story short we finally got our food. But the service was very horrible not to count when the guy brought me my drinks they were wrong. I would have got my stuff so much faster by just going in when I got there but the items I wanted you could only get by ordering through the app. read more

I went to this McDonald's today with my great grandaughter. I ordered her a kids meal with a cheeseburger and a 4 piece chicken nugget. The Hispanic guy put it on my receipt and I ordered a 10 piece chicken mc nugget meal and a decalf coffee med. We sat down... I checked the kids box the Hispanic girl that brought my food to me at the counter didn't put the cheese burger in the kids box. Then I brought it back a second time she still didnot make it right!, she kept taking the bag and not making it right. So I ask the cashier if he could make it right. She started making faces looking up at the ceiling and then she started talking in Spanish!. I called for the manager, I told him that was Prejudice! What she was doing...because I couldn't understand what she was saying!. Then the manager ask me what did I order and what was the problem. He didnot say much at all!. Our mcdonalds "both locations" has the worst service at the drive thru of anywhere I have ever been. They are never prepared and always want you to pull up even if you are the only 1 in line! It's just piss poor work ethic. I'm starting from this day forward just asking for a refund everytime they ask me to pull up and we'll see how that affects thier little timer they seem to be so worried about. They are RUDE as HELL. After working all night, i decided to go to Mcdonald's to eat ( the only place open so early) It was about 2:30 in the morning I pulled up to the speaker and waited for 15. Mins. (Even drove around the building once. ) no greeting, no acknowledgement at all. So i drive up to the window and ask if i could order there because nobody is answering the machine. THE MANAGER replied to me "yea sure you can but we aint got a lot so watchu want?" Me- all i really wanted was 2 biscuits. THE MANAGER- we aint got no biscuits. (Just like that) Me- umm. Worst service every, they only take cash after 1:00 am but yet they are 24 hours, they don't have coffee or anything actually ready ever at night. Once you receive your food it's not hot . I normally don't complain because it's McDonald's so I don't except much but i come here one my way to work at night if I really need to and I do 3 times your out, so I will no longer bring my business back to store awful all the time not just sometimes, o don't understand how the owners let this go on, but I will be making an official complaint to read more

Ordered a Caramel Macchiato had absolutely no taste whatsoever, and the egg in my sausage mcmuffin had egg shell in it. When I tried to call, no one answered, 3 times. The one time someone did answer they said nothing, I said hello and the individual hung up. Horrible!!!!! read more

Absolutely horrible experience tonight. I came here to get a quick supper and a coffee. The children working the window are absolutely disrespectful, the cashier won't speak to you, the ones that hand you your food are loud, talking about the craziest mess! They pulled me to the second window for no reason, I received cold food and they even forgot my coffee the first time they came to the window. Then to top it all off I get home and take a sip of my coffee and there are chunks of spoiled milk in it. read more

It is a great place if you are Hispanic. I placed my order and three other people behind me then this Hispanic girl. They made her order first. When I got my order , 10 minutes later, they only gave me half of it. When I asked for my coffee it took another 6 minutes. Don't go to this place. read more
