We decided to venture out for Christmas lunch and were grateful to find Ruby Tuesday open when most other restaurants were closed. Not surprisingly, they were absolutely packed - but we were seated relatively quickly and our server Micaela truly saved the day. She was attentive, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly despite the restaurant being slammed. Outstanding service under pressure! The building itself shows its age - it's definitely tired and could use some updating - but I'll give credit where it's due: it was clean and well-maintained. Now for the food - we were all pleasantly surprised! My wife ordered the tilapia and really enjoyed it. I went with the cajun chicken pasta, which had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Our son got the triple meal (ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders) and cleaned his plate, which is always the best endorsement from a kid. For a chain restaurant on one of the busiest dining days of the year, Ruby Tuesday delivered. Sometimes you just need a reliable meal and good service, and that's exactly what we got. We'll definitely be back, probably on a less hectic day to get the full experience. The service is extremely slow and the staff will stand near you and completely ignore you. The salad bar is very sad with limited options and the sneeze guard is so far out you have to struggle to beach the back side items. The food tastes good but the portion sizes are ridiculously small. My entree was billed as (2) chicken breasts however they didn't say they were only 3oz each and smaller than a credit card from an anorexic chicken (see attached photo). I wish this town had better options but sadly this is about all it offers for food and drink. read more

Got the ribeye and a side of broccoli. It seems like they boiled my steak for a while, just to make sure there was absolutely no flavor left at all and then threw it in the grill for a second to give it a bit of a grilled appearance. There was absolutely no seasoning on it, not even salt. I ordered it medium rare but it was cooked medium well. The steak was 90% sinew and 10% meat. It was not juicy, it had no flavor and I've had deer jerky that was easier to chew. For the broccoli, it was actually tasty. If only I had gotten more than 8 tiny pieces. If you want to spend about $30 for the worst steak of your life, this is the place for you. If you want steak that actually has some flavor, stop by your local gas station grill. I guarantee they will grill you up a better tasting steak. read more

I love some Ruby Tuesday's but... I was disappointed that we had to get up and ask to be seated in another section since we had waited over 10 minutes for a server. However I was thankful after we received a very nice young lady as our server and she did everything she could to make up for the experience we were having. I went there on 1/12/2024 at approximately 7:40 pm with two additional co-workers. We sat at the bar in the middle of the length of the bar and ordered from the menu. I got the special which was a cheese steak promotion and the other two both ordered a steak with various fixings. The co-worker on the far right received his meal approximately 30 minutes after ordering, the second co-worker (he was sitting in the middle) received his approximately 15 minutes later. He ordered a steak medium rare but I noted it to be well-done. I asked him why he didn't send it back and he stated that he had no intention of waiting as he was just hungry. I was the last to be served after having waited about an hour later. I asked the bartender why this took so long and she stated that it was due to being short. Interestingly, it was not busy and quite frankly I think the slowness was due to incompetence on the staff part. We should've all received our meals at the same time! read more

We went to this Ruby Tuesdays last night as my son picked this restaurant although I am already not of fan of Ruby Tuesday because of bad experiences in other Ruby Tuesdays. When we went into this restaurant we were seated and did not see waiter, after awhile the manager came out to take our drink order and we ordered a appetizer. The waitress came a while later and took our meal orders, we waited about 30 mins and kitchen staff finally brought our food out and after asking about our appetizer it finally showed up all dry. Our waitress only came to the table about every 20 mins or longer. I ordered the jalapeño queso burger medium and when it came out one was about medium and the other was about raw not sure how that even happens! Well knowing how quickly this darn Kovid 19 is able to spread, you figure the employees here would be wearing their respective mask and keeping social distancing.... think again! I walked out of this restaurant after having to tell the entire staff that this pandemic still going on and that they have signs all over the restaurant stating that each and every employee promise to obey the law and wear appropriate PPE. We came to eat after church and everything was awful. My daughter got Mac & cheese and it was ice cold like it had been sitting in the fridge. My husbands steak was supposed to be medium, well it was more like medium rare. The presentation of the plated food was messy and gross looking. Not had very good experiences the last 2 times we've gone. This last time was the topping. Two servers on the entire floor. Our food came out before our grandsons. Evidently the other server picked up his food for one of her tables. Our food was luke warm. When his was finally delivered it was so hot he couldn't eat it. A very unremarkable lunch experience. The place, at 12:15 on a Tuesday, was not particularly busy. My lunch partner and I ordered from the lunch specials menu, and at least 20 minutes elapsed before food arrived. The waitress kept coming by to ask if everything was ok -- uh, no. No food has arrived, but yeah, the ice water's terrific !!! My soup arrived with a heavy skin on top of it, suggesting it had been sitting quite a while. My coworkers and I ordered on Valentine's Day. Our order was: -Full rack of ribs with side mashed potatoes and buttered corn -Medium rare sirloin with shrimp with mashed potatoes and buttered corn -Shrimp parmesan pasta with breadstick We placed our order at 1910 online for 2000 ToGo pick up. At 1755 we get call saying they are out of ribs and what did we want our replacement to be. We said a cheeseburger with only mustard, keep the sides ordered. She said she will owe us approx. $4 when we pick up the order. A courier went to pick the order up and first off, she noticed the order was in a Carlie C's grocery bag and there are small dessert-sized trays for the food. She asks about it and they say they're out of their big trays and bags. She realizes her breadstick is in her pasta plate, getting soggy and asked for another. The lady gets her another one and tells her to open her plate and she would put it in there (for it to become soggy like the first??) She then asked for it in aluminum foil and then she charged her even though the breadstick was not edible. She returns to the hospital and we find: -Hamburger with mustard, mashed potatoes and corn in the same container -Bloody, rare steak and 4 shrimp, mashed potatoes and corn in the same container -Shrimp parmesan pasta with 6 shrimp The hamburger would have been good if it had cheese on it like was ordered, the mashed potatoes were so salty you couldn't eat them, and the buttered corn had no butter in it whatsoever and was so dry. Also in one of the orders the corn had a small hair in it!! The medium rare steak was bloody rare. Like it was on the grill for maybe a minute on each side. It was so tough that she couldn't cut it with a knife! The shrimp were very overcooked. The pasta was dry, hardly had any sauce on it and the shrimp were overcooked. This is the worst service we have ever had! We had to go, once again a 13 hour shift without anything to eat! read more

The food was fine, but not what prompted this review. Ian is a great server and extremely well mannered which is the only reason I'm giving this location 1 star. This one does not implement COVID-19 safety measures very well. My family would have left if anyone else but Ian had been handling our food, as he and the chef were the only employees wearing their masks properly. Everyone else had theirs under their noses (including the manager) and one even had hers around her neck. Even after expressing our concerns, no one changed their masks. Dined in for a party of three. We ordered two entrees and an All you can Eat Salad Bar..I usually love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar. The salad bar was mediocre. Their infamous croutons aren't so I feel famous as I remember them anymore or at least not at this location. The croutons tasted over fried and like the oil or grease they are used to make them. The pasta salads looked they had been sitting for a while. It was not worth the $9.99 and they could do much better. Their salad bar use to be awesome. Our waitress was very tentative throughout our entire meal until right at the end when she seemed to sit there for over 10 minutes without her even passing by our table or coming over to ask if we were ready for our check. We thought the steak was cooked perfectly and since overall service was pretty decent we tipped our waitress decent. We hope your location cleans up the salad bar a little. The croutons too! Catering portions are misleading. We ordered 3 tailgate feasts (each supposedly feeding 10-12 people) for a corporate event and ran out of food with only 19 adults eating. Our order for 45 people (estimated 30 adults and 15 children) was indicated on our order. The order of broccoli barely covered the bottom of the small tin pan we were provided. Green beans also barely covered the bottom of a small tin pan. Our 2 orders of chicken tenders, 2 orders of wings, and two servings of mashed potatoes were somehow able to each fit in 1 small tin pan each, appearing as if we only had one order of each. Management disputes that an order is a full pan. fruit salad bowl was only half-way full, though potato salad and pasta salad bowls were full. This plus 4 orders of sliders came up to $400 and did not feed the recommended number of people. read more
